41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The state of crypto - The only serious thread on the subforum on: September 11, 2015, 01:43:24 AM

My white paper will be the first to show the above are false assumptions.

I am telling you I am going to shock the world.

I don't do small things. I rock the Titanic.

Call this hype without details. Fine. But I can't let you write fallacious statements without pointing them out.

By pointing them out using a fallacious statement yourself.  The irony. Maybe if you spent less time beating your dog we'd get more sense from you.
42  Economy / Digital goods / Re: (WTS) Hero member acct on: September 11, 2015, 01:32:38 AM
im not necessarily looking for just any offer. im not desperate at all and hero member accts can command .4-.6btc per month with the current campaigns out there. my asking price is reasonable for anyone honestly. takes almost 2 years to become a hero member on this forum. why wait when you can earn big money right now?
Actually, it takes a less than an year to become a hero member. 480 activity / 14 per week = 34.2857142857 weeks * 7 days = 240 days.

Perhaps that is right but really it is not a life I would recommend. Unless you are 12 or something.
43  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] Hero Member account with very good post history on: September 10, 2015, 07:46:36 PM
bump

I was gonna sell mine a while back because I don't use it much and prefer other names, but the hassle was too much. Get ready to be asked to jump through hoops.

I also posted from a different account which seemed to make it worse.

Good luck, I wouldn't go through it again.

44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DRK vs XMR warez on: February 26, 2015, 02:50:22 AM
I dislike both coins, but I have to admit that DRK has surprised me. I thought it wold have been out of the game now, given every alt, and BTC, is taking a bashing.

XMR, well I have no reason to see it beyond a small-time operation on Poloniex. I don't think DRK has been shilled anywhere near the extent of XMR. I have a litter of deleted posts from moderated XMR threads.

I have none from DRK thtreads, nor do I notice it being shilled so much.

Someone could do a count over 6 months, if they can be bothered.

In saying that, I see no point to DRK, it is a variation on everything else.

But it has been a success, there is no doubt of that.

Putting XMR against DRK is like putting Digitalcoin against Bitcoin.

The winner is not difficult to spot.
45  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Ebay/Paypal's ridiculous fees on: February 19, 2015, 12:24:40 AM
Ebay is a bastard, but if you live in an expensive country where there is little choice for the consumer, it is a great resource. I could buy something on Ebay for half the price compared to where I live. Plus, it will be a nicer, cooler version. I just have to buy within the EU, or the Nazis at customs will charge me 3 times the value of the purchase if I am stupid enough to pay it.

Just don't sell crypto there.

amazon and Abebooks are also great for me.

Lesson: Scandinavia sucks.
46  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What are you selling for Bitcoin? What can you buy with B? Discuss and post here on: February 19, 2015, 12:16:06 AM
I sold a couple of CoinWheels and Coindice, but just 'cause I was bored one day. I sold for hardly anything, made no difference to me.

Cryptothrift.com has some interesting things, although the pirated software is hilarious, given you can get the same from numerous sites similar to pirate bay (potential trojan included), which is where the seller got his from.

I like the idea of sites like the above, with growth and multiple users, it is great for the consumer.

47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bittrex SCAM,i lost 6.75BTC ,and account disappear on: February 14, 2015, 02:08:48 AM
No way, Bittrex is legit, write them a mail or come into IRC and talk to them directly, they'll get you fixed quickly for sure.

How do you know? Do you have access to their brains and thoughts?
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Twitch of the death nerve: Goodbye Monero on: February 03, 2015, 06:01:21 AM
I won't miss you, or the declining number of shills and saps.

Poloniex will.
49  Economy / Service Discussion / Blockexperts.com are they out or in? on: January 25, 2015, 11:48:25 PM
3 days the service has been offline ... well, 74 days behind.

Not much communication, just a note about reindexing, about 5 days ago.

Anyone shed light on this?
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / coinwheel script and dice script 20 dollars or swap for something interesting. on: January 25, 2015, 01:23:43 AM
anyone wants these, PM me, You can have them both for 20 dollars ... and i have made a couple of new wheels and a background if you don't want to buy the hideous shit going around at 3 times the price.

51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: who killed crypto? on: January 08, 2015, 01:25:51 AM
so all the tech created and being developed are just scams too?

i think this is just the beginning of something big and we're lucky to have discovered this...  early.  there's still more to come.  don't get discouraged now.

Your question makes no sense whatsoever.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / who killed crypto? on: January 08, 2015, 01:20:40 AM
It was always a scam, the greedy weaklings using their cunning  to scam us, one way or another.

The rot with alts started with Feathercoin. Cryptsy didn't help, but Bittrex nailed the coffin down.

Also the BTC exchanges, Gox, Stamp, BTC-e, etc.

You wouldn't leave them in charge of your personal information.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: $5 for a NOMP pool service .. nicktehpro on: January 07, 2015, 12:05:12 AM
by the way,he built me a pool, in about 1 hour, and it works, that's why I'm posting the link.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / $5 for a NOMP pool service .. nicktehpro on: January 07, 2015, 12:03:48 AM

That's the guy, he seems very good, and fcuking cheap.

Worth a look I would say.
55  Economy / Services / Swap .... Coinwheel script for a NOMP Pool set up (Digi Ocean) on: January 06, 2015, 02:15:29 AM
Anyone interested in building a NOMP for 2 coins in return for the Coinwheel script? I can even give you the daemons.

It would be on Digi Ocean, and made as simple as possible.

NB: Coinwheel is not that easy to set up, but if you can make a NOMP, you can set up coinwheel.

The wheel is very adaptable visually speaking, which is lucky because it is very ugly.

I'm not using the wheel, so it is yours to use if you want to do business.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Romanian Gypsies manipulating crypto? on: January 05, 2015, 11:20:18 PM
There are hardly any Romany in Finland (to the guy a few posts back).

England, France, Germany and of course Eastern Europe. The further from Bulgaria and Romania you get, the fewer there are.

(Yes, I visit Finland sometimes). The problem for Finland is you see a non-pasty-white-face, and it is news.

Sweden is the only multicultural country in that neck of the woods (and, yes, there are Romany there, too).
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Romanian Gypsies manipulating crypto? on: January 05, 2015, 11:15:13 PM
A couple of weeks back someone on the Litecoindark thread insulted the avatar of @manelecrypto, some wannbe kid trying to be the next Iconic Expert using the icon of an East European singer.  Per posts on the LTCD forum the singer's fans included some Romanian gypsies who decided to get even and crash the coin.

Total FUD but all it takes is a few thousand US dollars to manipulate and kill a new coin so maybe not. Sure enough LTCD had major dumps that didn't make sense and only started to come back this week after this one post says the gypsies backed off.

Now on the Craigscoin forum the same thing this time because Russia is occupying a part of Moldava which is a Romanian speaking country.  The dev of Craigscoin is Russian.  That coin just went through a giant post-ICO meltdown that makes no sense because the dev was actually doing what he said he would do, posting everyday and being basically professional. Everyone says the usual about whales eating and that kind of thing but the dirt-dive is pretty epic: more than for coins like $syscoin that really seem(ed) scammy.

I don't have time to dig though those forums for links but the stuff is there unless the mods de-FUDed the threads already.

What do people think? Just really wierd and kind of possible if they don't care about loosing a few thousand to prove a point.  That's day's earning from a whorehouse by the highway over there so they wouldn't miss the cash really.

It's a ridiculous train of thought, you could link any group by doing something almost identical.
