2241  Economy / Services / Re: [BIT-X.com] OPEN SPOTS Earn Bitcoins by Posting | Signature Campaign on: October 01, 2015, 12:24:47 AM
Now when you check the http://bitsig.website/beta/ you will read the next text!
No slots avaible now , try again later.
 Undecided

bot is buggy with people with negative trust.

I dunno why. Maybe it has something to do with campaign rules

I assume he will be kicked anyways due to negative trust.

2243  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitmixer.io SCAM. Once a legit site now apperently went bad on: September 29, 2015, 10:00:14 PM
I have never seen any complaints against Bitmixer. That website you posted is brand new...are you just trying to get hits for it?
2244  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitmixer.io SCAM. Once a legit site now apperently went bad on: September 29, 2015, 09:57:14 PM
what the hell is this letter of guarantee (i also replied asking them the same thing..and got absolutely no reply)??

it's a signed message from their official address stating that all btc sent to generated address will be forwarded to your address.

but if you don't know that it means you didn't downloaded it. you should always download AND verify it before sending any btc.
You don't really think that any such website sends out anything close to some sort of a "letter of guarantee", do you?

They clearly state that you need the letter if there is any issue. You have to follow the rules when using services like these since they do not store logs. The letter is very clearly mentioned...
2245  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk activity, rank, and trust increase on: September 29, 2015, 06:10:06 PM
When do these happen?

Trust doesn't increase over time. It is mainly given by other people in this community who either trust you or not. Given that positive trust rating could only be achieve by having someone give you the rating, that shouldn't be a ground to exploit the trust rating system e.g. buying trust.

Actually, trust scores do grow over time here. If I give you a +1 today it is worth more the longer it remains to a max of +10.
2246  Economy / Collectibles / Re: SELLING: 1BTC Casascius Silver Round /w Gold B - MS-69 on: September 28, 2015, 01:21:08 AM
You wouldn't be selling this same coin on this forum also would you?
https://forum.bitcoin.com/

If not then there is someone trying to impersonate you over there.
They have this same coin listed for 6BTC but said because he is trying to make a name for himself on the new forum he will sell it to me for 4.2BTC
If its not you then you should check it out.

I can pretty much guarantee that is not him. Bitmarket would not drop his prices that much to make a name for himself.
2247  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: USA only/ I have a box of gear. A surprise box. 0.10 btc ship to all 50 states on: September 27, 2015, 04:15:17 PM
Got my box of stuff yesterday from Philip...got quite the amazing deal!
2248  Other / Meta / Re: Can someone with Ban authority look at recent posts of RGBKey on: September 27, 2015, 04:08:28 PM
A majority of the posts here are like that and have been for a long time. From what I can tell this is perfectly fine here so nothing will be done. You are allowed to post only to get paid here so long as you make it over a few words. Useless walls of text are also fine so long as they are somewhat on topic and not just a copy/paste from elsewhere. I am sure that guy probably has several accounts to farm the campaigns with.
2249  Other / Meta / Re: Any tips on how to rank up? on: September 26, 2015, 10:02:16 PM
Just buy an account and start spamming posting to get paid. I think most accounts get positive ROI pretty fast. Just make sure when you post to make it a few sentences not 1-3 word posts.
2250  Other / Meta / Re: To theymos, BadBear and other DT members on: September 24, 2015, 11:40:02 PM
Beware - someone already registered my nickname on that forum. If someone there tries to make a deal it is not me.
2251  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Luckyb.it Kialara on: September 24, 2015, 02:00:57 PM
I quote from the tournament rules:

Quote
The Grand Prize winner may opt to not accept the physical prizes and instead receive a total bitcoin prize of 1BTC

Take the 1BTC for sure...better deal than the Kialara.
2252  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is anyone pre-ordering 21 Inc's device? on: September 24, 2015, 12:34:46 AM
Obviously it is not made to ROI via mining. I think I will pass on this one until we know more about it. At first glance it seems pathetic for the amount of money they got, but if the software is amazing might be a great device. Time will tell...
2253  Economy / Collectibles / Re: WTB/WTT SerpCoin V0.1, V1, V2, and DIY1 on: September 23, 2015, 07:36:38 PM
Is the version 1 the brushed nickel looking one? If so I have a few of them laying around.

2254  Other / Meta / Re: DeaDTerra? Deprived? Default Trust? on: September 23, 2015, 06:11:45 PM
Dead should probably not be DT lvl 1 since he is not active. He also has led a few questionable large investments here that have not gone well. I have mentioned this a few times, but no one seems to care. The trust system here is interesting to say the least. You can try sending him a message to have deprived removed.
2255  Other / Meta / Re: To theymos, BadBear and other DT members on: September 23, 2015, 01:06:01 AM
Probably a good idea...is it active?
2256  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS]4x - 1oz (24K, .999) Doritos Gold Round! on: September 22, 2015, 11:09:22 PM
I would take one.

I should get a finders fee for the easy sale lolz... OP you welcome.
2257  Economy / Exchanges / Re: MtGox: A bankruptcy claim transfer platform on: September 22, 2015, 02:08:37 PM
I would sell my claim if it were possible. The big issue would be the amount of personal info required to transfer them though.

2259  Economy / Reputation / Re: ABitNut Abusing trust system. on: September 22, 2015, 12:01:39 PM
Since the trust does not influence your overall score, I wouldn't consider it to be trust abuse.
If ABitNut doesn't trust you, he will put down some negative feedback for you. It is irrelevant whether you feel that this is justified or not.

Pretty much this right here. The only time the community gets involved is if the person leaving negative trust is in the default trust network. People in DT are held accountable for their ratings since they carry extra weight.
2260  Other / Meta / Re: [Altcoin discussion] This forum became so disgusting. Thanks to Smooth, iCEBRAKER and their sock on: September 22, 2015, 11:58:58 AM
I used to think that we should delete the alt section, but it would basically kill the entire alt market. Pretty much every alt has no activity on their own forums. If you look at XMR or DASH their own forums are pretty dead compared to their threads here. I do agree most are blatant scams, but they do bring in new investments and ideas. Also, they are a huge chunk of the posts made on this forum so they are good for it overall.
You can just hit ignore if people like iCE bother you that much...
