1441  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [5/100] "What is Bitcoin?" silkscreened posters [UPDATED DESIGN FOR 2016] on: March 09, 2016, 04:32:36 AM
I will also take one of the early bird copies. I have one of the first editions...might as well collect these also.
1442  Economy / Collectibles / Re: PAPERBACK - Encyclopedia of Physical Bitcoin and Crypto-Currencies - [50/100] on: March 09, 2016, 02:07:49 AM
UPDATE:

I have requested the ISBN number today. This can take max 10 working days (hopefully much less).
Once I have that, the file is submitted to the printer, who can take up to 5 days for approval.
after approval, the order will be fulfilled in 5 days.
There may or may not be a need for me to approve a prototype copy. This would add an extra 5 days.
Once I receive the books, I will sign and number them, and quickly ship them.

Page count: 270
Number of images: ~564
Full Color 70lb white paper
Matte Laminate
6x9 Inches

Great news and congrats for getting it all done! How many hours have you spent on this project if you had to guess?
1443  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] WIFI Bitcoin And Altcoin Price Ticker Screen - afkdata.com on: March 09, 2016, 01:56:42 AM
Seems the group buy option does not save enough to be worth all of the effort. I will just take 2 of the blue and white models please.
1444  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Signature Campaigns: Worth The Time? on: March 08, 2016, 01:20:41 PM
Easily worth it so long as you are not posting to get paid. I get paid a decent flat rate for posting even though I do not post all that much some months. Join a decent campaign and basicly ignore the fact you wear a signature and all is good. I do have to say overall the amount of sig spammers is on a decline since several members are actively hunting them down. If you are a decent poster and can find a slot it is pretty much a no brainer to join.
1445  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] WIFI Bitcoin And Altcoin Price Ticker Screen - afkdata.com on: March 08, 2016, 12:50:04 PM
I'm shipping all orders that have been currently placed, tomorrow.

Completely out of the WiFi board now though. Will be a week or so before I get a new shipment.

Group buy is fine, just may take a while to get parts and build lots, the larger the buy the longer it will take.

Well, if it saves a good amount then great. If shipping say 10 of these does not save very much and only slows it down I will just order solo. Do you know if we will save much shipping wise?
1446  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] WIFI Bitcoin And Altcoin Price Ticker Screen - afkdata.com on: March 08, 2016, 05:59:19 AM
I would like to buy one too, you should consider Blaze for a reshipping from the usa..

Let's do it. I will take 2 myself. I assume we can save a lot on shipping if I bulk order?
1447  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] Casascius 5 BTC Bitnickel 2012 Error Coin (ungraded) on: March 06, 2016, 06:26:14 PM
*sigh* This coin is available again. Potential Buyer thought I am from 'murica, too.
Coin is located in Germany!

I have received multiple coins from Lincoln in the past with 0 issues. Do not let the coins location be a deal breaker!

You will not make positive ROI until you sell the stake though? I am curious if the owner is willing to buy out peoples stake for face value?
1449  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: devthedev trying to scam ??? on: March 01, 2016, 12:17:25 PM
I assumed as much and knew dev was solid. I removed the temporary feedback.
1450  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: devthedev trying to scam ??? on: March 01, 2016, 06:49:53 AM
I really doubt dev is doing anything bad. Negative is just in case since he is trusted. Sorry dev...I am sure this will be sorted fast!
1451  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: devthedev trying to scam ??? on: March 01, 2016, 06:46:48 AM
I am guessing there is an explanation....negative until we figure it out just to be safe.
1452  Economy / Services / Re: [BIT-X.com] Earn Bitcoins by Posting | Signature Campaign on: February 29, 2016, 11:43:35 PM
As a heads up since I am on a monthly plan. Today is the 27th the 29th is in two days.  I would be due my payment.

Last month you were 2 or 3 days late.

Please try to be on time for me this month.

For your info I started Feb 1 at 13,967  posts

I am now  at 14,537 posts

as a follow up I was paid a day early this month.  that does make up for being a few days late last month.

I will continue with this campaign for the month of March.

I am now at 14,585  posts

I have also been paid my monthly rate!

I still think monthly flat rate is the best way to handle these campaigns.
1453  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] WIFI Bitcoin And Litecoin Price Ticker Screen - afkdata.com on: February 29, 2016, 06:26:28 PM
I will take 2 if shipping is reasonable to the USA. If you get a few USA people wanting some of these I can order a bunch and reship them for you.
1454  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mempool is now up to 25.5 MB with 22,200 transactions waiting. on: February 29, 2016, 05:34:55 PM
Huge amounts of network traffic, most likely another spam attack, this is the highest I have seen at a queue of almost 30MB.
This was predicted years ago and could have been completely prevented by implementing BIP 101 last year. Run Classic/BIP 109 now so that we only have to endure this for 1 month. So, Sooner Bitcoin will be back to normal.
How the frack would BIP 101 help with this?
An increased blocksize would help keep the fees low and prevent any confirmation delays. Bitcoin Classic/BIP 109 is indeed the best solution to this problem now.

They lack enough devs to get it done. Gavin said he will not be coding much if at all. Tommim is too stoned... I saw that interview from the roundtable with Roger Ver and his answer was we think the other coders will join us if we fork... Does not instill much confidence for me.

We all want larger blocks, but we want it done with competent devs...so not the Classic crew.

Op went silent?? lol

However,I need to fall down to your level to explain things because you certainly don't understand scenarios without real life implications.I think I'm done conveying what was suppose to be done way before. Its time that I use my powers as well.

Let's see how many more days you enjoy your privileges .

Probably in the process of growing a pair or something.

I really doubt that OP is default trust lvl 1 for a few reasons. His typing is exactly the same as Heutenamos (they odd way he uses commas) also if he were DT1 he would have just msg me and told me who he was. I really think that Lutpin and Mexxer are doing alright so far. I think it sucks we need people who have to scam bust, but this forum is a cesspool of scammers if we do not. I am on the fence about the gift cards though. Some people do sell cheap cards and I doubt all of them are carded. If someone is offering a warranty with them...obviously carded. I have spoken with a few high-level people and had some message me about these 2 additions. Everyone agrees they are doing an alright job so far. My only advice is slow down and make sure you are right when leaving negative feedback. I am also glad the "hate crew" name is gone...that was a bit much.

I do agree that this trust system is sorta broken. I am not really sure of a good way to fix it though.

1457  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] Casascius 5 BTC Bitnickel 2012 Error Coin (ungraded) on: February 27, 2016, 10:54:57 PM
I will offer 6BTC + shipping.

Well, I see this has turned into quite the shit storm. I have been afk for the last few days and not had a chance to go over all these threads yet. I will read all these posts in this thread and the others and see why we have all of this drama.
1459  Economy / Reputation / Re: Default Trust List is a Joke.Theymos Save This Forum. on: February 25, 2016, 03:50:30 AM
I will take a look a closer look into both of them and see if they are abusing DT2. Mexxer-2 and lutpin have been helping the community with threads outing spammers and alt accounts etc... When you are DT1 adding people to your list has nothing to do with trades. The goal is to add users whose feedback and efforts help the community. Anyways, I will look into this and reply back!

1460  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [FYI] So, ANACS is certainly grading Cas brass higher these days... on: February 24, 2016, 09:42:21 PM
ANACS was grading them too low and fixed their mistake. The grades now reflect the condition of the coins.  I remember sending coins over the last few years and feeling they were graded way low. Stabbed coins are always better since they seal the coins better than a capsule.
