121  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Experience on: May 03, 2014, 01:33:03 PM
BCP is a paid advocate for BFL. He took dinner and a miner paid for by pre-orders which is customer money. Ethically he like BFL has no standing in this community and when asked a clear majority of people here understand that and will not BUY BFL based on the facts as posted 1000s of times here in these forums by 100s of dissatisfied customers. It is best to ignore him and keep pushing all avenues to have BFL brought to justice. Currently the class action and reporting BFL to the probation officer for current failures of the 28nm Monarch delivery would be the right move.

Here are my predictions.

Sonny V. gets jail time in 2014.
Check out claims 44, 52 and 55 (b) viii reagarding Eclipse mining.
28nm Monarch doesn't ship until later in 2014 after more delays.
BFL is forced to refund everyone or they go bankrupt in 2014.

There is nothing in what BCP has said or will say that is truthful and honest about the BFL scam. He is not an honest broker here in this community and when this is all finally put to rest in the courts there will be no where he can hide to twist the argument to suit is perverse need to debate what are known facts. In the end the truth will come out. Discovery will show they have used customer units to profit and then delayed shipping in order to profit further you can't hide the TX ID on what was mined. They are doing the same thing right now with the 28nm no doubt. Let us see this house of cards come down in 2014 and hopefully customers can get their money back.
Wow Bickfailski, you are still at it, and going so over the top you are almost as big a failure as Syke!

Since you like deleting posts and editing them, I'm quoting you for posterity.

I like how you claim to never lie, but your current post is full of them.  I've never advocated BFL, I've just told stupid people (like yourself) that they were stupid.  Examples:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=150803.msg2954332#msg2954332
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=150803.msg2958112#msg2958112 <-- I even hit my mark, I said *may* get my Jalapeno by Christmas, got it in Nov

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=266945.msg2983795#msg2983795

The funny part here is that I am not an advocate, nor am I a shill, *I* am what 90+% of people on this forum are, I AM A TROLL and Bickfailski got trolled for his trolling.  I honestly could care less about this company or that, I just enjoy telling stupid people they are stupid, and by the definition of TROLL, that makes me one.  Where are all the "BFL is a long con" trolls?  They repeatedly said the company would take the money and run, yet they shipped product!  Looks like they've changed their tune to BFL is a FRAUD!  Having been wrong once, that obviously means they are right now, correct? Pfft.

5 months Late Bickfail, where are your WASPs?  Oh, right, you just posted that you're redesigning again.  You didn't even have to design an ASIC chip and you're a 5 month late failure.  THANK GOD you didn't design an ASIC, the way you're operating, you wouldn't have gotten it ready before 2020.
122  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Experience on: May 03, 2014, 02:48:05 AM
Gee, to listen to you, one would think companies never make a profit.  That transcript you keep harping on talks about $2.5mil in revenue from 2012 for the FPGAs, and I highly doubt that it cost that much to produce them, so there had to be a profit.  Are you trying to say it's wrong to use the profit from a company?  I'm glad I dont work for you, you probably force your employees to pay to come to work.  Kinda like your WASP project, pay to participate...

Let's see what the actual court had to say.

Quote
Q. Now, should people who have company credit cards use them for personal expenses?
A. They should not.

Q. All right. And so does that continue on, do you know,by -- by Mr. Vleisides?
A. I -- I will say that it probably has continued.

Let me highlight the important comment from the court...

Quote
A. They should not.

Hmm, who's right? bcp19 or the court...
As usual, you are taking things out of context.  Bickfailski said
"Maybe we should ask Josh how he uses his company Diner's Club card? Maybe they pay for meals for BCP and PG when they are in town I am sure that your pre-order money is well spend lavishing food and trinkets on those who would shill for BFL right? I don't think any BFL customers would be happy to learn personal expenses are the norm for employees with credit cards."

Which is what my comment was in reference to.

Since you bring it up though, that WASN'T the court answering, it was BFL's accountant.  Now, let's look CAREFULLY at that wording... they SHOULD not.  Should is used in statements like you SHOULD eat more fruit, it's like a recommendation, not an absolute.  They SHOULD not means it's not a recommended practice, but you and the other trolls treat it like the statement was "That is absolutely wrong and against the law".  Guess you flunked English, eh?

Why would anyone be wasting time with a bfl single or any bfl 65 nm product right now? Aren't they losing money after electricity costs are factored in?
Maybe they are mining for the future.  The price of bitcoin is unlikely to stay at this price forever or you're going to see a lack of new products as the difficulty of getting more would just keep getting more and more into the red.  Look at the sale of GPUs with just the preorder of scrypt ASICs.  People want to get what money they can, and by doing so, the resale GPU price has more than halved from excess supply and lack of demand.  Without an increase in the price of BTC, we'll soon hit that same mark in regards to new ASICs.  In addition, with the new IRS ruling, if I mine BTC and spend more on electricity than I mine, I can take a loss on my taxes.
125  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Experience on: April 25, 2014, 09:44:12 AM
Let me clear up a few points here real quick:

  • BFL stole nothing. Unless someone can provide some proof to the contrary, they are lying.
  • BFL has scammed no one. Unless someone can provide proof to the contrary, they are lying. (Go on, ask for proof from the trolls claiming scams, you'll never get it.)
  • BFL gave refund for over six months past the estimated shipping date. BFL only stopped giving refunds after shipping started. Anyone who tells you differently is lying.
  • There was no promised shipping date for the Monarch line and in fact there were big bold text stating that it is a preorder and subject to delay. Anyone who tells you the Monarch is late and that BFL made promises on delivery time is lying.
  • BFL has shipped over 50,000 products in the 65nm line. The failure rate is less than 1% (0.72%) not including power supplies.  If you include power supplies, that goes to 1.65%.  Far lower than industry average and a simply awesome (lack of) failure rate. Contrast to the other mining companies equipment, which has double digit failure rates and it's even better.  Anyone who tells you differently is lying.
  • OP's experience is the norm. People rarely come to a forum to post when they have a positive experience, they usually come and post to complain. After 50,000 units shipped and you look at the complaints, that should tell you something.  Most people are not complaining, just a handful of disgruntled people and a whole lot of trolls who aren't even customers.
  • The only people who get rude responses from me are people who initiate a conversation with rudeness or lies. Go on, ask one of the trolls to provide proof to the contrary, you won't find it.  The secret is being respectful and polite and you get the same in return.  Be an asshole and you get the same in return... funny how that works.

Inaba you are an absolute ballbag living off innocent peoples conned money being cheeky to your customers sick of reading your offensive comments and the sooner you and BFL crew are all behind bars the better for the BTC community. Scammed = taking money off someone and not giving them what they paid for nearly a year later. Ordered a 5gh BFL machine and so glad i cancelled it days later. Had this gut feeling in my stomach- THAT YOU ARE A SLIMEY HORRIBLE CUNT

Then again, theymos is shitting a brick now cause he deletes my comments that state that he doesn't give a shit but his 20-30 btc every month from this site. That he charges people to use vpns and other stuff when it not their fault.

Pure con artists same as they did with glbse but no one listens to truth, they prefer play games with trolls like yourself who just spout out shit and distract people from the truth. I understand your game even if you don't! I got enough life experience from India to america to know its all the same game that's ran from corruption.

Gtfo of here you dirty cockroach, people are waking up to what in say, just like shit younspread, the truth starts sticking as well if you chuck enough of it.

This forum needs burning and forgetting, its ran by crooks for crooks!
Actually, you keep getting banned because your an idiot, not because Josh is doing anything.  Stop and think about it, you've openly admitted you've been banned and that you've created a new account to keep posting.  That's a red flag and the moderators will just keep banning you as you're more over the top than the normal troll on here.
126  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Product Failures / Underperformance. on: April 25, 2014, 02:58:13 AM
Anyone else have some Product Failures / Underperformance to report?
I have a failure to report... I went to my profile page and looked at the trust rating (which says 0 to me) and notice this:

These ratings are from people who are not in your trust network. They may be totally inaccurate.

Bicknelski (blah blah blah)
YipYip (blah blah blah)

Looks like the forum is right, as they ARE totally inaccurate.

Knock knock knock... you have been served.

New job as in no longer a paid shill here in https://bitcointa.lk/

Time to move along nothing to post here.

I think it is time some of us take a stand against shills. If you think BCP is supporting BFL in continuing to defraud people feel free to add that to his trust ratings as I have. Let people know that SHILLS are dangerous.

bcp19 Trust Rating

Bick, Bick, Bick... You are one sad piece of work... I am paid nothing to post here, so you are spreading lies as well as falling into the trap set for you and the other trolls.  What trap you ask?  The one to help prove the trust rating is too easily abused.  After hearing about the 'experiment' you and others jumped right on the band wagon and abused the trust rating system.  Your continual abuse of it shows that you don't care about the system working.  I find it funny that you are actually supporting the person you hate so much by abusing the trust system and thereby proving it is a failure.  I applaud you!

Class action lawsuit underway by a law firm so tenacious that in my opinion there will be nothing left after this is over.

BCP needs a new job!!
Why do I need a new job?  Are they moving to Iowa?
130  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL starts taking pre-orders for 1TH Imperial Monarch Miners on: April 04, 2014, 10:19:53 AM
I suggest without payment receipt and proof of an order number in an order queue I doubt that is a real person ordering. There are so many faux accounts on the forums at BFL I bet that fake accounts out number the real ones that are active. The customers they trap tend to have a 1 time horrible experience and learn from it. If you see people buying a 2nd or 3rd time they are being paid off more often than not. See BCP as an example. He was such a great customer he bought a 300 gh/s "on sale". He knew they wouldn't deliver or he'd have bet the farm the way he backs BFL.

Sad to say but anything on the BFL forums is pretty much a single voice and has little to do with what real customers want or expect in this market. Antminer if you want something now. Spondoolies if you want to wait a little more. One Strings from Ben are shipping now so those are few options. Not 14 months and still no 28nm chip... you can't reasonably believe that BFL is going to ship these things at all do you?
Hey, it's the renegger again!  How's that FRC treating ya? I see it's down to $.011 cents now, hows that $7000 bath feel?  So sad you crowed over your great investment (when you were supposed to buy $2800 of BTC but reneged and bought $160 of FRC), but now it's in the toilet.  Kinda like your WASP project... 4 months overdue and by the time you produce a working model the cost to build the board for outdated chips will exceede the possibility of ROI.  Puts you smack dab into BFL territory!  Since this will be your third failure, you're definitely in the mix!
131  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [BFL] List of Lies on: March 30, 2014, 04:12:13 PM
Coindesk is paid off and only cares about $$$ and getting traffic to there site! Ain't that the truth! Mr Jon law the dirt bag over there! And you ask why they don't report about cockroaches? Because they are!

People need to realise the amount of scum out there, its the 90% that are scum! Wake up sheep!

As for bcp19, whybdont you jump off a cliff and do everyone a favour, at least what I say is to help people! Explain your motives you dirty cockroach cock sucker!

Fuck your worse than them! Get a life you fat lonely fuck!
I'm waiting for you to jump first!  I have to see if it's going to work or not before I commit myself.
132  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [BFL] List of Lies on: March 30, 2014, 12:18:21 PM

The fact Inaba has slandered me and others in the trust ratings and in the forums here before is going eventually land him in court. What needs to happen now is a perfectly timed court decision that freezes his BTC wallets ala the HF accounts. The idea he thinks he can play his psyops games without any consequences to him or BFL is just the level of hubris that will eventually bring this court. Lies and slander and now attempting to game the trust system overtly. Ethically challenged definitely the forum needs to protect itself from the likes of BFL and Inaba and I am very surprised they have not blocked or banned his account yet.

This is something that is NOT being reported on enough in some of online bitcoin news providers. http://www.coindesk.com/ really needs to pick up the ball and do a more in depth look at how BFL systematically lies and slanders bitcoin community members. They continually skirt the issue as much as bitcointalk.org has. We need to get the word out through the media on how Inaba and BFL are attempting to trash people's reputation and how their ads are deceptive to new buyers as well as a focus on the damage they have wrought by being late time and time again. Millions have been lost by members of the community due to BFL why is this not being reported openly beyond the threads here and in reddit?
Kinda amazing how you never commented when someone did something similar against Inaba... There's a word for that... HYPOCRIT.

It amazes me that with as current as you guys are in reporting anything BFL related that I had to find out from a Max Keiser post about this BFL sponsored game show called take my bitcoins.

http://www.maxkeiser.com/2014/03/take-my-bitcoins-first-online-bitcoin-game-show/

You guys are losing your touch!

No one gives a fuck what you think shill! How many monarchs mining at eclipse mining? Not all of us are stupid and know why hey had a nice spike in power! And you sit there defending what is a blatent (semi sophisticated) scam! At best you spread mis information but as we all know you got free gifts from said company, your word is as meaningful as barrack Obama's (Barry is his real name BTW, non american!).

Your as sick as the sociopathic gay pheodophile phycopaths that's are running the show on this damned earth! If it wasn't for people like you, they could not exist, making people like you the problem!

Bunch of cockroaches people, wake up you sheep!
I take it you have this Monarch mining at eclipse information on good authority just like your blackmail scam that you can't prove?  Maybe not all of the trolls are stupid, but you sure are.  I think I should inform the GMs here that you've been banned in the past and are now here repeating your past mistakes.  That would clean these forums up and hopefully keep the lice out.

Did someone clarified what is "lifetime warranty" in terms of BFL? I am suspecting it is not the same as we used to mean in UK, 6 years at least of replacement parts on-stock.
Straight from their FAQ page:

Quote
Q: What is the warranty period on your devices?

A:Our ASIC Bitforce Products carry two different types of warranties.

The PCB (The board that the ASIC chips are mounted on) carry a lifetime warranty. Lifetime is defined as the length of time we are manufacturing that product. Once we stop manufacturing that particular product, we will not be able to warranty the product any longer, since we no longer have replacement stock.

The rest of the components (Fan, power supply, case, heatsink, basically everything that is NOT the PCB) carries a 1 year warranty from date of shipment to the end user.

In all cases, warranties will be a minimum of 1 year from the date of shipment. For example, if you happen to buy a BFL product that happens to be near EOL (End Of Life) and the following month we come out with a new product and stop manufacturing the product you just bought, we will honor the warranty for a 1 year from the time your product was shipped.
136  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [BFL] List of Lies on: March 27, 2014, 10:16:00 AM
Again you are completely wrong. There are viable options shipping now and returning positive ROI (see bitmain).

And to clarify I mean they failed to deliver the product they advertised within even 8 months of ordering and refusing refunds for this unacceptable delay.

And avalon has learned from their lesson and is only selling in stock hardware.

The only reason BFL is taking preorders and not selling in hand hardware is because they had no confidence in their ability to ship on time and realized it is much more profit to bullshit your customers.

Let's quit pretending BFL is even near comparable to companies like knc/bitmain/asicminer/bitfury
Between your lack of understanding what is written in front of you and the trolls who insist on reading nothing and just lobbing shit from the cheap seats (yes, bick, I mean you), this has just turned into yet another bash thread.  It's the same now as it was nearly a year ago, people have their blinders on or insist on seeing the world through rose-colored glasses.  While Bitmain is currently selling reasonably priced items, the positive ROI is not a given until you can look at it in hindsight.  You don't know what the future holds, so every purchase is a gamble.  I will agree some are much better risks than others, but unless you are offering a guarantee, don't tell me it's a given.
137  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [BFL] List of Lies on: March 27, 2014, 01:58:59 AM
Bcp19 do you admit that butterflylabs is either the worst, or competing for the title of worst bitcoin company in existence at this time?
I will admit they are far from the best, but I don't classify them as the worst.
I'd be interested to know who you classify as the worst.
I feel the worst are the ones who promise much and deliver nothing.  bASIC and Yifu fall into that category.  Hashfast made a foolish guarantee of BTC refunds which every greedy sod out there tried to cash in on when the price spiked so high which puts them into the running.  Speaking of greed, there's a couple who will remain nameless due to the mindless people who think they are so great, but fleeced people far worse than the ones the majority think are the worst.

So according to you, avalon with a few month delay on a single product and full btc refunds makes it less reputable bfl with an 8+ month delay on every generation product and no refunds?

You do understand why we all call you a shill correct?

It involves using incredibly flimsy arguments to support a company which has failed to deliver on every product it has offered.
Failed to deliver on every product?  So you're telling me there were no BFL FPGAs delivered and used?  No BFL ASICs delivered and used?  Who's throwing out the misinformation now?

Probably the only reason Yifu was able to give full BTC refunds is because he used the mining equipment to mine before finally shipping to customers.

Sadly while Bickski has it partially right, he forgot to include the rest of the ASIC manufacturers... none of them are really worthwhile in the long run, people keep throwing more and more moey into the wind and the manufacturers are the only ones getting rich.

Yup, they banned that account because joshy boy didn't like been called a cockroach. How much are they paying you do this job on here? Any advertisement is good advertisement rigbt! Is that what you do on here? Look around to get attention? I pop back have a giggle at it all so keep going for all I care. Throw whatever accusations you want about me but people see the truth. I don't need prove nothing unlike you seem to have some want for attention.

I suggest you get out more and maybe talk to a female. I know, it must be hard for an ugly shill like yourself but if you don't try to be happy you never will. Thats probably to deep for sociopath like yourself. I bid you farewell child as the best thing EVERYONE can do is ignore you!

Truth hurts I know

Tar tar
Actually, what hurts is trying to understand your incoherent ramblings, I have yet to see truth come out of your statements.  You make false accusations and then hide behind some sick immoral code to explain why you can't prove them.  Good thing you're leaving, otherwise you'd get yourself banned again.  Course you'd just blame it on Josh again, as you fail to take responsibility for your own actions.

I will admit they are far from the best, but I don't classify them as the worst.  While they need help in the calculation of time it takes to complete things, they have delivered or will deliver what they set out to do, which is more than a lot of companies/people have done.  While I do have an order with them (Hey, Bickski, how's that FRC treating ya?  I see it's plummeted a bit further and is now at $.019 each!  Hope you bailed on it to preserve some of that great profit you bragged about), I did not order until Black Friday so I'm still unclear as to how I fall into the scheme of things.  The email about the power specs and what they are giving to whom was a bit confusing to me, so I'll have to wait and see what I get.  They are kind of like the little engine that could, they seem to have to try and try and try, but in the end they've gotten there.

In overall terms, I'd give them a C-/D+.
