722  Economy / Services / Re: FOREX TRADING SIGNALS on: March 27, 2017, 07:02:06 AM
FREE FOREX TRADING SIGNAL
I shall be posting on this thread free forex trading signal for 1 week starting from tomorrow.
I shall also make a precise calculations and ensure accuracy of the signals before posting to the public.
If you are in doubt, try the signals on demo account.
This is not for everybody but only for those interested in forex trading business.
My past trading history can be found at https://www.fxblue.com/users/felixo/stats

I was wondering if you could recommend any forex sites that accept bitcoin?

Because i'm interested in using your forex trading signals except the all of the sites i look at only accept fiat currency, which is really annoying to someone that only has bitcoins at this very moment.

Do you know any Bitcoin PAMM forex accounts as well?

It would be nice to know, thanks.
723  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin plunges currently at $929! on: March 27, 2017, 06:54:05 AM

What's causing this drop?

Probably a correction that was going to happen anytime.

There is no avoiding the fact that the price was obviously a bit too bubbly, and an adjustment downwards was needed before there is a price rise again. After the ETF decision there was a short squeeze which left shorters stunned.

But then after everyone's attention shifted out of the ETF it went to the hard fork.

And that's bad news for bitcoin, as there is a ton of infighting going on.
724  Economy / Speculation / Re: After Panic Sellers get their fix, China will buy up the Cheap coins on: March 27, 2017, 06:45:37 AM

Major Chinese cryptocurrency exchange, BTCChina, announced today that its new KYC/AML verification system has been completed.

source: http://www.razor-forex.com/2017/03/chinese-bitcoin-exchange-btcchina.html

It is unwise to not hold onto your coins right now.

Just because bitcoin dropped $200 in a few days shouldn't make you feel panicky and make you sell all your coins. In fact you should always go against what others emotions are. People are feeling like they've lost too much and they want to sell, this is the time to capitalise.

The Chinese will probably start buying again, but more trades are going to localbitcoins.

I wonder how they're going to get high volume trading going now... Especially those with dirty funds.
725  Economy / Speculation / Re: So you decide to sell now that Bitcoin is < $1000? on: March 27, 2017, 06:36:32 AM
Doesn't make sense....  Huh

People's emotions don't make sense, do they?

When it is obvious that bitcoin will experience a correction from that ridiculous nearly $1300 we stayed at for half a week or so, nobody thought that they were going to be selling their coins. Everyone was buying, some even with leverage.

Now that they see bitcoin can crash, they are the first ones to dump their coins bought at the ATH.

I mean, it should really be the opposite way around to make a profit.

Personally, i'm still in profit, but i'll hold because i believe in bitcoin.

Just because the price of bitcoin is lower than $1000, doesn't mean bitcoin is going to die.
To early to say that Bitcoin would die even it dips it price on 900 mark but still its high theres no really need to panic when price of bitcoin does drop because i do treat it as a normal thing that do really happen on bitcoins price.Panic selling do normally happens on most newbies which they dont know too much on bitcoins potential.

Definitely not dead.

Bitcoin still has a long way ahead of it and if you look at the historical charts you will find that bitcoin at $900 and beyond is still a rare occurance. The average price of bitcoin during the whole of 2015 was only around $250-$300.

It would be stupid to sell now, at least hold till the end of the year and see what happens.

I've sold all my coins at $1100 and now i'll be the first to buy when the price drops down to $900. Wink
726  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What's going on with BTCJAM.com ? on: March 27, 2017, 06:25:47 AM
Hi guys,

Since some weeks btcjam seems to be on freeze, no new listings at all ! it's like no one is still borrowing on that platform.

Some say btcjam is over, it's closed, but meanwhile i'm receiving payouts from guys who borrowed from me ...

Anyone have an idea ?

Interesting, because BTCJam usually are really active on social media but haven't posted any updates on their site or on twitter since last year April.

I think that it is certainly possible that they have closed due to the high fraud rates, but i don't think that it is the most likely situation right now. They are probably experiencing some unforeseen delay or hack.

Bitlendingclub has closed last year as well.

I mean when people are taking out loans for "trading" or "personal purposes" without ever telling you what they are going to do with that coin in detail, it is probably not a good idea to lend to them... And the irreversibility of bitcoin just makes it worse.
727  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Should i join mypayingcryptoads? on: March 27, 2017, 06:19:35 AM
Hi,

I have read good reviews about mypayingcryptoads. They offer 20% return on value. Is it safe to join?

No, it is not.

There might be people on youtube promoting the program and making presentations and running calculators to make everything seem very desirable and legitimate, but really they're there to make the referral commissions.

If you invest as Vod stated, you are stealing from others.

It's a ponzi scheme. People thought MMM were legitimate when they got caught in the hype, but at the end only the promoters won because they pulled out early but told everyone to keep investing.
728  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Does Anyone Think BTC Splitting into Two Will Make BU Go to the Moon? on: March 27, 2017, 06:16:24 AM
I don't get it.  It will actually be bad for BOTH chains if indeed Bitcoin forks into two.  Some people who are following the space could see this as a weakness and another reason not to start investing or accepting BTC as payments.  Imagine if you were a merchant and you have to go thru and be involved in this sh*t, with all the debates and the drama.  And worst of all the uncertainty of BTC's future.

I don't see how it would be bad for BU at all no matter what happens because right now there is no "BU" coin and that will only happen after the fork. Once the fork happens, BU will carry a value. Right now it doesn't.

However the concern is very legitimate. Bitcoin price combined(BTC+BTU) will probably drop a bit after the fork happens, which is bad.

As you said, bitcoin's future is uncertain right now.... Would be nice if we could just get this over and done with.
729  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How do you think about the housing price in China? on: March 27, 2017, 06:08:54 AM
The hosing price in first-tier cities like ShenZhen, BeiJing, ShangHai have risen to a unfordable high position for average Chinese people, for the average Chinese graduate, they earn 12,000 USD(2016) annually while in ShenZhen it costs almost 1 million to buy a average 100M^2 house(30% down payment).

It's difficult for young Chinese people to buy a living room in such first tier cities but most young people would rather choose the first-tier cities while the small cities has a lower price.

Share you view about the price in China and the one in your country.

I think that a lot of those houses are being used by Chinese officials to park unneeded funds. This creates a massive housing bubble and younger generations can't find anywhere to live, but to rent out.

Same thing here in Australia, people are rushing to buy every house they can find in Sydney and Melbourne because the sheer number of Asian immigrants that have considerable wealth brought into the country with them.

Every time you go to auction, you'll see like 50 Chinese people.

I guess wherever Chinese people go, they'll drive up the housing prices. But obviously it's a bubble, it's going to pop sooner or later.
730  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Changelly.com - instant exchange. VISA/Mastercard accepted. on: March 27, 2017, 06:06:17 AM
I can vouch for this project, i've used it and it works.

It might take some time for the exchange to actually be completed unlike shapeshift but really i don't mind waiting a few more minutes to get better rates. Usually you'll get rates that are 1-3% better than shapeshift's rates.

I've used this with Steem and it works perfectly because how fast the Steem blockchain is.

Keep it up Changelly! And I love the credit card option too, although i haven't used it myself. Although it seems like the rates are a bit... On the high side, i guess.
731  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-03-25] Bitcoin Unlimited Derivative Introduced Ahead of Possible Hard Fork on: March 27, 2017, 05:49:36 AM
These are only speculative tokens.

They do not really mean anything right now. All traders have access to is the percentage of hash power in bitcoin unlimited and in core, as well as the nodes that are dedicated to each. They don't know when the hard fork is going to happen or if it is going to happen, for sure.

And also, Bitfinex has released BTU tokens before HitBTC did.

They would be literally useless and worthless if no hard fork happens... I wouldn't be buying into them.
732  Economy / Economics / Re: crypto is the future, make money of it on: March 26, 2017, 01:05:32 AM
What do you think about the fact that cryptocurrencies will literally be the future ? In a few years, it will exploded and, be rich if we hold many ?

Yep, in my opinion bitcoin is going to be the future simply because there is no future that fiat has. The only direction that fiat is heading at is a total and utter collapse of value in fiat.

Bitcoin on the other hand is decentralized in production, so that means the government cannot hold control over the production of bitcoin.

That means that bitcoin cannot be exploited. It cannot inflate more than what the lines of computer codes make it to inflate by.

I would take advantage of this occasion where we all know that bitcoin is going to be the future, and whilst price is still low to buy in.
733  Economy / Digital goods / Re: making 5$ a day WHITEHAT on: March 26, 2017, 12:38:17 AM
making 5$ a day

Autopilot

start easy porgram

easy and safe!

price 5$ BTC

I will take a vouch copy.

Once I receive the vouch copy i'll make sure i write up an honest and legitimate review based on my knowledge, whether or not you Autopilot program works. Just a reminder, $5 isn't a lot for per day. If you have to keep your computer open 24/7 for $5 a day you might have to pay a dollar or two on electricity bills.

Please PM me and let me know.

Cheers
734  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin price is recovering! on: March 26, 2017, 12:33:36 AM
Good news dude !
Bitcoin price is recovering little by little .
From 950 $ some hours ago to 1066$ now !
Buy now till it's under 1100$.
 https://blockchain.info/markets

There are bears that are saying on this forum to short bitcoin every day but they have been proven to be wrong time and time again, when bitcoin price goes up up up.

Personally I will just hold because I know that bitcoin won’t crash like it did in 2013. Sure it might drop by $100 but nothing major like what happened in 2013, when it went down down down in a single day.

I wonder if a short squeeze is going to happen soon, a lot of people are shorting bitcoin ahead of the hard fork, but there is still strong community support. If a whale buys in right now then the price will grow exponentially.
735  Economy / Economics / Re: Paying taxes on Bitcoin - the IRS has a form, but Google can't find it! on: March 25, 2017, 11:34:36 PM
Taxes on Bitcoin?!

Obviously the IRS will try to get its hands on any money American's make. They even tax Americans on income generated outside the US while the American is living as an expat in another country! It's gotten so bad that some Americans have dropped their citizenship to protect from being a tax audit target.

Bitcoin is likely to be not different. The IRS claims they have a form that can be filed (form 8480) but out of general curiosity I tried to find it and Google couldn't even find it!

http://lmgtfy.com/?q=IRS+Form+8480

If one can't even find the form, how could they be expected to complete it?! (That is, of course, if anyone thought it was right and just to declare their hodlings for tax reporting!)

Apparently less than 1,000 people have filed the form in each of the last three years (2013-2015). https://news.bitcoin.com/807-people-declared-bitcoin-tax-purposes-according-irs/?utm_source=OneSignal%20Push&utm_medium=notification&utm_campaign=Push%20Notifications

Fortunately, if bitcoin isn't sold there's nothing to declare...it's just a holding like owning stock.

What's your take?

Even if the US government tries to arrest you for tax evasion it will be incredibly hard for them to prove that you actually need to pay the taxes.

Bitcoin is designed against taxes and the government in general.

Fortunately i’m in an area where taxing is looser than in the US, and I don’t make that much at all with bitcoin to make me eligible to pay tax, which is great.

And that statistic about only 1000 forms has ever been filled out is pretty obvious to me, pretty much nobody cares.
736  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where I can buy BU coins? (not btc) on: March 25, 2017, 11:24:29 PM
Hello community!

Do you know any exchange selling BU coins?

Pretty sure BitFinex is the only exchange currently offering bitcoin unlimited and bitcoin core futures, correct me if I am wrong people.

However if no hard fork happens then they will be worthless.

It is a good tool for traders to speculate with and earn a buck or two, but probably not for the Average Joe. You’ll be able to get the same amount in bitcoin unlimited after the fork happens, as you currently have in your own bitcoin address.
737  Economy / Lending / Re: need loan 0.15 btc,collateral given 0.20 btc on: March 25, 2017, 08:45:53 AM
I do not require proof of collateral, our escrow will state when the collateral is secured.

Send me the escrow details and I will get the Bitcoins ready.
don't know escroew you can find for me? i pay fee 0.005 one time service till very end 1 week

Do you still need this?

If you still need it i can probably fill it, however you have to find a reputable escrow to hold your Ethereum coins and you'll have to pay the fees involved in using the escrow as well. Or you could just send directly to me the collateral.

Let me know, thanks
738  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do you convert cash to bitcoin anonymously? on: March 25, 2017, 08:42:40 AM
I understand that no method will ever be completely anonymous, but there seems to be a complete lack of even close to anonymous options to buy bitcoin. For example, stuff like OKpay or PerfectMoney need your personal details and verification.
Things like wire transfer and Paypal mean other people and companies get to know your name.

So HOW do you do it? (don't say prepaid cards since those aren;t available everywhere.

Well you have to pay a hefty fee for that anonymity that’s for sure.

My advice for you is to go to Localbitcoins or Paxful, depending on which site you are most comfortable using, go to “Cash” listings, and meet the guy in person. I mean yeah, that’s not anonymous but i think you don’t want the government or big companies to know your personal identity, not individuals.

Or you could get gift cards, but these sell for a hefty discount which could result in a really really bad deal. If you get amazon GCs you’ll get 70-75% even with receipts, max.
739  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin in a bubble right now? on: March 25, 2017, 07:46:06 AM

Considering the tighter China regulations, the possible upcoming fork, and the rejection of the etf, could it be that bitcoin can actually go down to th $700-800 and settle there?

What do you guys think?

Yes, i definitely think that bitcoin is in a bubble right now. The price is too high for no reason in my opinion, even after the ETF was rejected and there are rumors of a hard fork(actually not rumours now but rather a very real probability that there will be a hard fork), the price has stayed almost the same.

I’d rather see bitcoin at a $800 level than at a $1000 level right now, that would reflect that the bitcoin price isn’t inflated.

But still, i don’t mind having a chance to sell expensive coins… I’ll sell now and buy back later.
740  Economy / Securities / Re: [Crypto-Games.net] Investment portfolio from 13 Mac - 20 Mac 2017 on: March 25, 2017, 12:24:20 AM
Greetings!

I am a gaming hobbyist and have been wanting to share my investment portfolio at Crypto Games (CGN), partly inspired by this thread from Twistedx2 at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1796062.0. Hopefully, this thread can help you decide if you would like to join one of my favourite sites as a player or investor. You can find me in chat as Sojourner.

All details of how their investment works can be found at their FAQ page, specifically https://www.crypto-games.net/faq#collapse31 but here are the main points:

A. 8 different cryptocurrencies to invest in and their respective minimums:
0.01 Bitcoin  |  0.5 Ether  |  1 Dash  |  1 Litecoin  |  1 Monero  |  20,000 Dogecoin  |  10 Peercoin  |  1,000 GridCoin

B. Profits(P) or Losses(L) split 30/70 between CGN and Investor, calculated hourly.

C. Min. 24 hours investment lock-in, with variable divest fees for periods shorter than 21 days.

===========

I actually have had several investments at this site, with overall profit at time of divest. Today I divested and made two new separate investments of Gridcoin (GRC) and Bitcoin (BTC). In addition to tracking growth of coins, I will also make note of fiat value (USD as per CGN's rates).

I will post a weekly update, with dailies when significant (updated as add-on edits to the weekly post) and monthly wrap ups.

Feel free to comment and/or ask questions. If you're interested in signing up, do consider using me as your referrer (PM me for a link). I'll be more than happy to give you a starting hand in site.

==========

Portfolio as of 20 March 2017
Number of Weeks: 1

0.20102572 BTC
1,226.21694318 GRC
20,179.92252662 DOGE

Great thread!
However what made you invest in Crypto-Games instead of other bitcoin casinos that may have better house edge instead of 0.8% and lesser investment commissions?
For example, pretty sure that YoloDice investments as well as BitDice has better house edge, which is around 1.00% instead of 0.80% that Crypto-Games has? And I’m pretty sure that BitDice has more gaming volume and more whales than CG?
Anyways, i’ll be following.
