I had a long conv with bitstarz support. No success. THat is bad. All is well till you win and they lose. Very difficult to win that much gambling then they won't payout. They take peoples money all day long but see when they on the losing side what happens. Bring in the big guns dude. Lawyer up xP Or at least send some kind of legal notice. I don't know but this is why I don't gamble with big money. THat and hte fact I may lose it all xP I tried again. Well this time I got a completely different excuse that this person cannot discuss anything relating to a Bitstarz player to a third party (lawyer, courts included?) (especially when they are not able to give an answer) Sweet. That makes up for most of what he said. I couldn't copy it, it was closed by the other guy before I could. Adding a negative feedback. They deserve it! If you have a deposit at Bistarz with any other means than Bitcoin, and you may not be able to provide all the documents relating to that, your withdrawals are at risk of being withheld. Don't deposit, or create a new account with VPN/proxy/Tor if you must.

But I still think that they are not quite there yet to crush humiliatingly a grandmaster level chess player.
Besides, what is an estimated elo of a chess algorithm? Any chess match is time restricted, and would the algo show the same elo on some decrepit hardware given the time limitations for making a move? In my view, an estimated elo of such an algorithm is more hype than reality.
I'm not suggesting humans are inferior to machines or anything, well they are the ones designing the chess algorithm in the first place. You are totally underestimating these chess algorithms. Can we even beat a calculator?

I don't agree that these terms are unreasonable, but in the interest of fairness, it is unprofessional for Bitstarz to remove the entire balance because the player made higher bets (less than 30% too) without being aware of the terms.
I think it's a lot more than unprofessional, it's unethical and scammy. For instance, my site rules say you can't bet more than 1 BTC. I'm not comfortable with the variance of bets bigger than that (since our edge is so low). So what do we do? We don't allow people to make the bet. If you try, the server will reject the bet (regardless if it would've been a win or loss). If it were Bitstarz they'd allow people to make the bet and then if person happened to win too much over the coarse of playing, check their history for rule violations and use that an excuse to seize the whole account (even if it wasn't material to the win) As they've done it multiple times, and repeatedly defend that behavior -- I guess they've made a business decision to be a scammy casino. I agree. It is unprofessional, unethical and scammy. ;(

Whynthe does it matter what you bet ? If you go all in and lose that's it. Ita much harder winning by using bigger bets then smaller ones so I have no idea what this casino is talking about. They just making excuses not to pay. Its fine when you losing money but as soon as you win they get so butthurt. Just wow.
It matters because the higher the bet, the bigger the Return to Player. For example, a player plays a game with 5% house edge. There are 40 outcomes; multipliers (each with equal probability) - 38, 0, 0, 0, 0 ... 0. (high variance) A player deposits 0.5, claims 100% bonus, goes YOLO. Repeats 40 times. He loses 39 times but wins once. Total deposited : 20 Total cashout : 38 - (39 * 0.5 * 0.05) = 37.025 RTP : 185.125% I don't agree that these terms are unreasonable, but in the interest of fairness, it is unprofessional for Bitstarz to remove the entire balance because the player made higher bets (less than 30% too) without being aware of the terms (they could at least mention it in the bonus/deposit page).

So they're basically saying if you created a brand new account, they would've treated you better than if you used an account with them with history?
lol well said! Bitstarz, I don't think it is legit. It is still in gambling section. They deserve to be red trust, but people here like attacking innocent casino-betcoin.ag, they had many red trusts, but I didn't have any problem there
I consider Betcoin.ag to be shadier than Bitstarz.

hello there i just want to ask if you know a gambling site that offers a PVP chess game? I want to play some chess and at the same time earn some profit, I'm tired on playing with bot at my computer. Thanks in advance for future responds. Why there aren't many of these PvPs is because you won't know if you are playing with a bot. For example I take black, you take white. I run a PvE chess game at maximum difficulty on my PC. (I take white) You make your move. I make the same move in the PvE game, wait for it to make the smartest move, and make the same move in the real game. Wait and repeat. There was a whole movie about using this tactics, long before computers got widespread. The plot was built around some trickster who separately challenged two chess champions which hated each other. They agreed to play against him as well as lose substantially more than win since they innocently believed they could easily smash to pieces their insolent opponent. While in fact they turned out to be playing against each other at the end of the day. I don't remember the movie title though. Anyone know? I have heard this story too, but cannot seem to place it either. All I get from Google is Derren Brown (a magician) beats 9 chess players simultaneously. (using a similar trick) and this from https://en.chessbase.com/post/derren-brown-s-che-trick-once-more-with-feelingThe trick is not new. Alekhine and his twice world championship challenger Bogoljubov are said to have been challenged separately to games of correspondence chess at money odds. In effect the opponent, who had little chess skill, was playing in neither game. He was simply passing on the moves of the players. Since he had received money odds he ended with a net profit whoever won the game. I don't know how authentic this one is.

The trust score you see depends on who are in your trust list. You can have your own trust list and that is better than going with the default. Default Trust is just the default trust list. Not sure why people are so bothered about having green trust. As long as you don't scam or do anything bad you should be happy to just be on 0: -0 / +0
If you're not actively trading, buying & selling stuff on here you don't need a load of green.
Yep. I wish everyone realized that. With so much buying and selling (and hacking?) going on, the green trust doesn't really have any value.

Don't use blockchain.info. They have not been very reliable in the past AFAIK. I see some rely on Cubits. a) They can change your mind at any point, ...

CASINO WEBSITE I was in the middle of a session of blackjack when suddenly I get kicked off/booted off the site. I try re-logging several times with no luck. I proceed to start a chat session with a customer service rep. She asked me what my username for the account and I give it to her, she replies with telling me that their system does not recognize it. I then proceed to give her my email address, wallet info and previous transaction I had made. They responded with saying that they have no record of my username, email address or transaction I ever made. I end up giving them detail wallet info and blockchain info. They come back and tell me that my account was hacked, that my username and password were changed and my full balance had been withdrawn. They tell me that my account will be restored but they will be unable to restore my full balance. PLEASE HELP!!!
fortunejack.com
I had 3 BTC that were removed.
If the casino was compromised why should I be responsible?
Can you confirm you are referring to https://fortunejack.com/ ? Was it on https? How did you contact Fortunejack support rep? Do you have any record of the conversation? Can you post the deposit txid? Some things don't look right: I tried now to change my username and such option does not exist.
I am not aware of any such option either. They claimed they have no record of the transaction you have made? They just told you your account was hacked? If anything was compromised, it would very probably on your end.
