Wait, this is confusing, ndhc said that it is oka notto show the face but there is a rule in the OP that you mus ake a photo with yourself. So what it is? Should the face be shown? J want to participate maybe I'll post somethig with effort. Cheesy

Hey, what I meant was if you are not comfortable with showing your face on the submission you don't have to.

Like you could wear a Batman mask and hold up something that says "Even Batman loved PD!" Wink
Or better "Batman loves PD  Cool". (owing to certain practical constraints we won't be able to verify if Batman was really you all the time.. so it should be fine)

Good luck!  Cheesy

is it ok to post my entry without my face in it?

Yep, it is fine. Smiley

Pro Tip  Cool

The highest scoring bet is the one that rolls the magic number 77.77
How many points would that give someone? What about 97.79? That's not as high as it?

For a 8.6 billion - 8.7 billion bet ID, on a bet of 0.001BTC at whatever win odds, for

77.77 gets you 43 points.  (14, 16, 2, 10, 1)

97.79 gets you 25 points. (18, 4, 2, 0, 1)

You can use this points calculator here : https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1vHgLnbPlTbLeVwXuh5W05y1s0Jhx8VlG-mxHh6ZuUr0/edit
1065  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: The Primedice Palindrome Hunt! [Up to 5 BTC in prizes!] on: January 30, 2016, 03:04:01 PM
Is there any tip to get the roll number 77.77? Still no luck btw

Battery low !

Nope, don't know any or I should own a few mansions by now. Sad

You don't necessarily need to roll 77.77 to win. Competition is as less likely to roll the number as you are.
There are ways to increase points like raising bets (provided you have enough bankroll and you can reduce risk by playing with high win chance) to say 0.01 for 9 more points or so.

But the ideal strategy depends on which position you are trying to win, your bankroll, risk taking capacity and so on. Up to you. Smiley

May you win every bet! Smiley

Pro Tip II  Cool

All you need is 25 points to win something.

Edit: That is, you don't have to give up even if you think you won't make it to Top 10.

1069  Economy / Gambling / Re: Moneypot just took a huge loss? on: January 29, 2016, 11:06:35 AM
Sorry guys, I don't know how long it's been this way, as I don't check up on my investment that frequently, (They're mebbr to be long term, so I have an excuse for not checking every few days, alright?) But I've recently found my invested 0.1 turned to dust. Not a very encouraging thing, at 3 AM.

So, how long has it been like this? Does anyone know who won this big amount? Or was there a glitch allowing gamblers to bet with a negative house edge? Grin

Don't know what exactly the issue is here.

Right now the profit shows : Investor Profit:    -27,307,361 bits
May be the investor profit was reset under new ownership? (It was like 100BTC last time I checked)
But in either case, 0.1BTC won't turn to dust..

Or is it that you were not aware of the change?
MoneyPot.com is under new ownership. All old balances and sensitive information is with the old owner (rhavar) at mp.bustabit.com You can login here with your old moneypot account as well.

You can log in on mp.bustabit.com and check if you have the balance.

Edit: Or because of the big win,  Shocked Shocked if you meant dust to be like 0.04-0.06 of the 0.1.

This doesn't mean that the prize goes to only one participant with the highest payout, right? (since it is "a" prize and not "the" prize)

There will be only one winner in each round.

Ha! I'd have changed my bets had I known that.

Never mind.

If participants lose they get refund?

•   Refund will be credited as a free bet on the Barclays Premier League the following day and will be valid for 7 days.

Hey, it is way too old.

Some of them have moved to another accounts and sold their accounts to others very possibly after taking loans.

I believe I lend this guy EZEQUIEL.MARCOS who used account Elgusto for communication. The former was collateral. Loan was made on 2014 IIRC and defaulted.
I can't remember the password (it should be easier than the username Wink). I am okay if you add negative trust to that particular account. Smiley

Watoshi-Dimobuto has changed hands too as a few of you already know.

but i dont understand whats the benefit of posting all my picks??

You don't have to post every palindrome roll you make.

But it is recommended that you record the entries, since you will need it in case of a tie.

Quote
In case of a draw between two positions, the one with the highest total points on all entries will get the higher position and the other the next position.

Though I agree it is a pretty tiresome rule, we couldn't find a fairer way to settle a draw.

The chances of a draw happening is not high, though possible. So, you can keep a record of palindrome rolls so that in the event of a draw you can just post all of them in one go. Wink

You can also run a bot that will auto roll but also keeps a record of Bet IDs and if possible other details of all palindromic numbers rolled.
