Looks like a dead thread but will try one last time.
Have noticed a issue for a well of closing my account with a set amount,only to turn it on the next day with a little off the top.
For example I played in a freeroll and won .00022 to see I had .000216 the next day. Small difference but is this a issue with FJ skimming a little off the top?
Heard of rounding issue? thats probably the only reason why you are receiving less however if you want a detailed explanation then you should probably got faster respons by sending email or asking through their livechat then posting here. Also thats a very small issue, it is nearly 400 satoshis missing, less than a penny The question was geared towards other players and not Fortunejack,since it obvious they do not check this thread. As for live chat they often seem to have a language barrier or unable to give answers to my queries to help direct me in any way. Again as stated by another member the amount should not be the hang up,but the fact that the total can change day to day. |

I was in the middle of a session of blackjack when suddenly I get kicked off/booted off the site. I try re-logging several times with no luck. I proceed to start a chat session with a customer service rep. She asked me what my username for the account and I give it to her, she replies with telling me that their system does not recognize it. I then proceed to give her my email address, wallet info and previous transaction I had made. They responded with saying that they have no record of my username, email address or transaction I ever made. I end up giving them detail wallet info and blockchain info. They come back and tell me that my account was hacked, that my username and password were changed and my full balance had been withdrawn. They tell me that my account will be restored but they will be unable to restore my full balance.
PLEASE HELP!!!

My username was changed! Their is nowhere on your site that would even allow me to do it. So if your own costumer service rep. is tell me that the accounts username and password were changed that tells me that your site/security was compromised.
Please explain that to me?!?

You should withdraw your doge to poloniex, so you would get normal amount of bitcoin. |

Yes, poloniex the best one, and also don't use instant exchange like shapeshift, this kind of site charges very very high fees, higher than fortunejack. |
