I recently put a good review (in his trust) before I discovered this thread. I bought something from him when he first started up, and while it took a little longer than I would have liked, I did get my silver.
I'm wondering if coinabul waits until he has money from a customer, converts it into fiat first, and then tries to order stuff himself that day (or maybe tries to wait for prices to go down a little to increase his profits), rather than having his own stock from which to sell. Kind of like my friend's dad - he's a buyer/seller of hogs, and he rarely has to take possession of hogs. It's all done on paper, and then eventually someone gets a load of hogs, but money has exchanged hands several times before the hogs are ever loaded up on trailer.
I'm pausing to see if I should remove my trust review. I mean I should leave it, since i wasn't scammed, but gosh darn if this doesn't upset me because it makes my review look like a shill or something.

It used to be MtGox was where you went to establish accepted value for btc transactions. Is MtGox still the accepted site, or is there another one used now instead?

Read about it in 2010 on Slashdot. There was an article about someone who had the cops bust in on them thinking they had a pot-growing operation. I was curious and explored further.

I'm saying it sounds like OP's complaint is that he can't earn money mining Bitcoin.
This.

Activity=Posts in the last month(not so sure)
There's no way I've posted 522 things in the last month

Not really a newbie question, per se, but posting in here because it might be a question that newbies ask (and I'm wondering myself) What's the difference between "activity" and post count? I always thought they were the same, but I see people where the numbers are way off sync.

**Also I will be sending 1 coin for free to the first 5 hero members who respond to this thread and claim the free coin.**
Any of the free coins left for Hero members? I'd love one of those, if so.

Ok, so I have a few 1st Ed AD&D materials that I've had since the mid to late 80s? I don't want to sell, but I don't play anymore (no one around anymore that plays 1st Ed), so they're just kind taking up space. All books have your typical "wear" on the creases. I may have put my name in some of them (like inside front cover) - don't be mad, my mother made me do it in case they got lost/stolen, so they're not pristine. I'll dig them out and take pictures in case anyone is interested. I have some 2nd Ed stuff too from when my friend made me switch from Greyhawk to Forgotten Realms in the early 90s. The Dungeon Master guide, for instance, has the efreeti on the front. Here's an example (not mine, but an example of the cover): http://www.deigames.com/dmg1st.jpgI even have some copies of old (blank) AD&D character sheets that have lasted from 1985. They must have had good paper/toner back then There's some other odds and ends, like part of the boxed basic D&D set (Red Dragon on the cover I believe). Some Forgotten Realms stuff, some Dark Sun stuff, I think a Ravenloft box set. Anyway, if there's any interest, I'll take an inventory and pictures and attempt to describe quality, etc. I don't know where my miniatures have gone, that kinda makes me mad... I'd sell those, too, but I may have lost them in a variety of moves over the years. Have a few dice, too. I also have a bunch of Spellfire cards in case anyone played/plays that card game, still, or collects. I'll mention it here, but might make a separate ad to list cards out fully.

Can anyone identify these armor piercing 5.56 rounds? Legal for civilians to own? Where can I buy some? Save them for the Drones

So what's the hologram error? Is it the big name that's spelled casacius, or the little tiny names? I have two 1btc 2011 coins that have the large name spelled right, but the tiny names misspelled. I want to make sure I have the right ones before looking for buyers/sellers.

MRE shelf-life http://www.mreinfo.com/us/mre/mre-shelf-life.htmlMREs were designed for the high-caloric needs of soldiers out in the field. Walking many miles, carrying a lot of weight. If you buy MREs, and intend to store them (personally I'd rather store freeze-dried food, it'll last longer), note that while in theory they can last a while, practically you may open it up years later and discover something got accidentally punctured, and your case of MREs is now mush. I'm not saying don't buy them, but if you're prepping for longterm uncertainty, MREs are not the way to go. If you want MREs for full-day paintball scenarios, or hunting all day and don't want to carry a cooler (or walk back 10 miles to your truck), MREs are OK. Things like that.

I'm assuming the OP is asking for a drive because they have existing data on zip drives that they need access to. Not because they want to start suddenly saving stuff on it.

If short-term ROI is your goal, then you shouldn't be in the game. If I mine one coin a day, or one coin a year, I'm still participating in the network, and I won't care. Besides, my coin today (or in a year) will be worth a 1000 times what it is now in a few short years. I'll be ahead I'm the guy who used to participate in distributed.net, SETI@home, folding@home, etc. (for free) I'm doing it for the value of the service, not necessarily the value of the currency.
