That's the front camera on the one which is 5mp vs the 2mp on the S5, the main camera is a duo 4mp (ultrapixels = large pixels for a much better low light performance), the S5 has a rear heart beat sensor, which doesn't make sense to me, and the galaxy fit it makes a lot of sense tho
