Yo creo que tributarías en el momento que lo vendes y por el precio al que vendes igual que las acciones en bolsa. Uno no paga por tener acciones, paga cuando hay plusvalías o dividendos, pero que alguien me corrija si no es así que no soy experto.
Si tengo un Bitcoin y le digo a Hacienda que tengo un Bitcoin... pues me dirán que a ellos que les importa, si no he ingresado nada. Y si mi Bitcoin sube de valor... pues que vale que a ellos que les importa si no lo he vendido y por tanto no hay plusvalías.
Comparativa: Si tengo una casa y sube de valor en 10k un año no tengo que pagar impuestos por ello. Si la vendo es cuando si pago la plusvalía.
Pero claro que si pagas directamente sin pasar por fíat habría alguna normativa que seguir. Se me ocurre el caso de los empleados que cobran en acciones. Habrá algún criterio para valorarlo supongo porque tienen que pagar. Yo pregunto por el caso en que la conversión se hace en las Seychelles por ejemplo ... no parece que nadie pueda seguirte la pista. Exacto, bueno, esa es mi idea, no tributar hasta que no conviertes de alguna forma a fiat, y claro, declaras la cantidad de fiat, esa si es exacta hagas las declaración hoy o la hagas dentro de un mes, permanece invariable. Si en las Seychelles no hay acuerdos con el gobierno de tu país para que la hacienda de Seychelles pase la información a tu país, nadie se va a enterar de nada, y si para más inri, lo haces en una exchange de las Seychelles que no tenga obligación de presentar cuentas, menos todavía, es imposible, pero es que últimamente estoy leyendo algunas cosas al respecto que todavía van más allá de cambiar a fiat en un paraíso fiscal, hay en marcha proyectos que te permiten intercambiar tipo localbitcoins, pero sin datos relevantes que te identifiquen. Suena interesante... ¿nos desvelas el misterio porfa?  |

yes it is, actually I have a previous campaign, which is being held last year, its almost more than a year, and their bounty is just being distributed recently, It takes a lot of time for them to distribute, but its fine because it is included on their plan, so their project will continue to grow, and the value of their product will not reduced.

¿Qué pasa con los pequeños trabajadores o empresas ahorristas a los que les interesa comprar algunas bitcoins como ahorro a futuro? ¿Todos son delincuentes? ¿?
Quería saber: (1) cómo se compran bitcoins (qué se necesita para comprar, cuánto es lo mínimo que se compra, qué documentación se necesita, dónde se compran), (2) qué beneficios impositivos tiene bitcoin en Argentina y en otros países del mundo. (3) Legalmente o contablemente, se debe declarar al fisco?
Agradecería mucho que me puedan aclarar detalladamente mis dudas.

Legalmente hay muy poco escrito sobre como tributar beneficios procedentes de los bitcoins, pero para mi es equivalente a cualquier otro ingreso y tendrás que declararlo. Puedes usar Bitcoin tan ilegalmente como cualquier otro dinero: si no lo declaras, no pagas por los beneficios o los obtienes de forma ilícita, lo mismo te da que sean dólares, libras o euros. |

De echo e visto que hay mucho desorden en cuanto a la creacion de tema, un ejemplo seria usar la seccion de servicios para dar a conocer un producto o servicio y establecer el costo del mismo sin embargo me e fijado que hay hasta post sobre dudas generales ahi ¿el moderador no tiene tiempo para moverlos a la seccion correcta?

I do use Metamask, and I am thinking to create new wallet account for Airdrops and bounty campaign only....
Is it easy and possible to use same Metamask with two accounts?
Of course, you can have lots of accounts in Metamask. I have 5 and it works perfectly, the only issue is that they load a bit too slow for my taste, but, as for the rest, all is fine. |

I have some tokens in my ethereum wallet, but I can´t see the price of each coin, probably because they are not listed on coinmarketcap, but almost all of them are listed on IDEX, EtherDelta or on another small exchange.
Do you know about an application for tracking portfolio (something like altpocket.io) which obtains information from these small exchanges?

I think you are probably going to have to use eithe your own bespoke sheet or maybe a cryptocompare portfolio based tracker. Try cointracking may be enough. |

I am not giving my ID to any campaign for the following reasons:
1 - There are other ways of checking that there is a person behind the alias.
2 - There is a high chance of the ICO being a scam: KYC is expensive and it makes no sense to do it for Bounty Hunters, so if they are doing it they are probably going to sell it in the dark web for profit.
3 - No bounty is worth having my ID documents on god knows which database and god knows what security measures if any.
So, for those campaigns that require KYC for hunters... good luck. And for those that decide to do KYC AFTER the campaign, be sure that you will be named and shamed for a long time in the forum.

That totally depends on the Bounty Campaign. Just read the rules and you'll see what is needed and/or allowed. Sometimes you need to meet certain criteria for blog/medium/steemit submissions, sometimes you don't. Do you have a specific campaign in mind? Thanks, no, I am just wondering if it would take a long time to develop an audience. I feel I can provide good comments (I am new in the forum, but not in cryptos and internet in general) and articles for ICOs, I just don´t know if I would need to be working for a year before seeing results. I will do as you say and do my research, but first I wanted to ask. |

Es una noticia esperable, lo raro es que hubiera por ahí entidades que tienen y manejan fondos en fiat y no tuvieran un control en Europa, que es famosa por controlar hasta los calcetines que se ponen los ciudadanos.
