81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: STOP THIS DESPERATION FOR FREE TOKENS!!! on: August 09, 2018, 11:37:18 AM
This desperation for 'FREE' tokens is wrong!
How can somebody promise you a meagre 100 pieces (or some even far less) of his project tokens???
Most annoying is he wants you to do Facebook, Twitter, telegram, YouTube, reddit medium, work before you can qualify!

What good is 100 tokens buried inside your MEW wallet? What happens when the price if this tokens refuse to rise above 40 GWEIs (0.0000004 ETH) when listed??? Or maybe it preforms excellently well and rises from 40 GWEIs to 300 GWEIs. So, you really will wait for years on end and to God that it rises to the price that's reasonable enough to cover the Gas fee for withdrawal from your wallet?

The selfish dev is just using you to sell his project, for nothing! And it's so wrong.

OK, think for a moment, is it not the same time and resources it will cost him to offer 1000 tokens? Don't they have a marketing budget to cover those?

Please any drop or bounty that don't offer minimum 1000 tokens is only a waste of your time. Don't touch it.

LOL... it is very true, most airdrops donīt even cover the exchange of transaction costs at all, not only on the ethereum network, but also in other blockchains. It is jus a stupid thing.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New cryptos in the future? on: August 09, 2018, 11:36:01 AM
I was discussing with a friend the other night about bitcoins and how it is becoming popular. We also got to talking about altcoins until the topic went to the future of cryptocurrency. He said there will not be a new cryptocurrency in the future, I said there might be if more and more people gets in it. Do you think we will be introduced to a new cryptocurrency over the next decade or less? In my discussion with my friend, which do you think is more possible?

It is very likely that more people come to market and more currencies come to market. The hype of the first years is over, but it does not mean that there is not pending growth.
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What cryptocurrency should I buy for USD 1000? on: August 06, 2018, 08:44:52 PM
Dear friends,
There are so many coins available on the market. I want to invest 1000 USD on cryptocurrency. What do you think I should buy? Thank you!

With 1000 you can afford to chose 3 or four coins more or less. NEO could be one, Bitcoin another and the other 2 could be new ICOs on the finance sector that seem more promising.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: cryptocurrency is a special weapon on: August 06, 2018, 08:42:37 PM
Cryptocurrency has a great possibility that everyone wants to have it. It is anonymity and potential economic power. Cryptocurrency is always full of storms and stands before it.
The power of money is something too powerful and it is very real. If you have money then you can buy everything and live in rich. It can be used against the government
In that bitcoin was created to resist the overthrow of power and it would last forever without being manipulated by anyone.
You can not find the source of the money in the crypto but you can find out the source of the money you use in life.

Cripto is not a weapon, it is not designed to hurt anyone simply to give people the possibility of creating and managing their own personal economies and to create powerful self-regulated ecosystems.
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sending eth/token without fee? on: August 06, 2018, 08:40:24 PM
Send eth / token without fee is it possible? After several times I saw the "Honeypot" address and there were several transactions sent without fees but succeeded, was that possible or did anyone know how?

Nah, just another nonsensical rumor. Eth transactions and contract executions always carry a fee, even if sometimes it can be really tiny for a cheap gas price.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Information is the key! on: August 06, 2018, 08:39:19 PM
The crypto space is undoubtedly experiencing a mass influx of enthusiasts. Partly due to the awareness the most recent bullbrun brought, and the extra publicity on the potential application of the blockchain technology and how it can affect the future. This has also resulted in a plethora of new coins, with unique use cases.

To stay on top in this sphere (especially when trading altcoins) I think the key word is INFORMATION, always be updated on changes and possible annoncements.
There are usually a lot of noobs, who are easily swayed by news (possitively or negatively), and such panic or FOMO can have a telling effect on the market. (especially on a newly launched currency)

Always be selective of the information provided, it is advisable to always do your own research as opposed to suggestions from others (even highly regarded crypto influencers)

Timing is all important. Cryptocurrencies are wholly unstable. You'd need the right timing to make the best of the constant fluctuations in the market.

Always protect your capital! The possibilities of higher returns is alluring, but always weigh them against the risks involved. (I would rather sell my assets too early, and miss the highest spike, than too late, that I'd have to be waiting for another pump)
Always take profits when you can, as nothing is certain in crypto.

Well, yes, we all understand that information is the key, but it would be better if you gave some sites you like to find information about criptos.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2018 Portfolio For millioners on: August 03, 2018, 08:51:19 PM
Dear all

let me give suggestions also. as per my research these coins will bring you prosperity in next year 2018. here the coin list

Wabi
ETH
Waves
NEO
WTC
OMG
SIA
XRP
INS

surely these holders millionaires in the year end. how about your views?

This is very funny, this portfolio would have made you a millonaire in 2017, but as of now, I think that most of those coins are permanently failing to deliver anything good.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you keep all your bounty coins or you convert some to ETH and BTC? on: August 03, 2018, 08:50:24 PM
And mind you, those new altcoins are not like BTC and ETH, they can get zero volume anytime so they are not reliable. Is there any other person with a different view or everybody agrees with me?

If you are really working for projects that you believe in, you should keep a large amount of anything you receive, there is not much money without that step.
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: where to invest? on: August 03, 2018, 08:49:16 PM
I have $500 and I want to invest it wisely. tell me successful altcoins where you can send my money.

The Buddy ICO looks very promising, I am doing bounty for them, also some coins like FuzeX are looking very good, even rising in a red market and all that.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to do after tokens have on wallet MEW? on: August 03, 2018, 08:47:03 PM
Hi All!

What to do after tokens have on wallet MEW?

I got quite a lot of tokens on my MEW wallet from the Airdrop program but did not know what to do next. Please help me!

91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who knows and/or invests in NEM? on: August 03, 2018, 08:45:40 PM
What is NEM? NEM is a peer-to-peer cryptocurrency and blockchain platform launched on March 31, 2015. Written in Java, with a C++ version in the works. Right now, there are more and more people in the Philippines alone who are investing in NEM because it has a really great whitepaper and roadmap and the people behind NEM are really trusted and are really legit. Shout-out to sir Emerson Fonseca of NEM Philippines, I am one of your fans, sir.

I think that technically is a great coin, yet I sold all of it because even being included in a messenger in China and its many possibilities it just fails to deliver any partnership.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what makes you trust a new altcoin? on: July 30, 2018, 05:20:57 PM
The project must be rock solid these days, you really have to develop a new use case for the blockchain or go somewhere else to try.
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If ICO Fails, Then what happen next? on: July 30, 2018, 05:13:00 PM
Like most business, if it fails there is nothing left apart from the poorly spent money and many people left without their saving.
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: when is safe to sell my alts? on: July 26, 2018, 12:15:03 PM
I think is not the right moment, you should wait until the end of this year to see the best chance probably, I think there is an incomming rally for december if I am not wrong.
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple Is Not A Cryptocurrency? on: July 26, 2018, 12:14:10 PM
Ripple is one cryptocurrency like any other, but it is true that is private and like EOS that means that management is very centralised so if you donīt like that, donīt buy.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will NEO become strong? on: July 26, 2018, 12:13:25 PM
NEO is extremely strong, it has an official support from China and it has a brilliant technology that is now becoming more decentralised than ever.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't buy Bitcoin with alts! on: July 26, 2018, 12:12:47 PM
It seems many people are speculating the rise of BTC and therefore are transfering value from alts to BTC. But if you want BTC, buy it with FIAT! Fresh new funds are needed on the market! You are dumping alts making prices dump hard and maybe are speculating you will be able to buy more of the alts later on, but what idiot will selll it to you at that dumped price?? So if you want BTC, buy it with FIAT or at least don't expect to buy back more of the alts for cheap!

I think that alts are much better now than bitcoin, even if sometimes the price of these seems linked, there is plenty of space for everyone in this crypto-space so a bit of both is good.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Five Questions to Ask Before Investing in a Blockchain Company on: July 26, 2018, 12:12:00 PM
One of the big questions is always the use cases. No matter how cool your chain or project, someone must have a clear use case for it or else it wonīt ever grow in value.
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it right time to buy Altcoin? on: July 23, 2018, 09:08:45 PM
It is the time to be very selective on your choosings, particularly on a bear market that will not forgive any mistake that you may make this season.
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Algorithm to find out altcoin scam on: July 23, 2018, 09:07:57 PM
There are quiet a few geniuses here but has anyone come up with a method or an algorithm to find out when someone's scamming people?

I think that is very difficutl, but it would be very interesting to have at least some way of performing automated and trustless checks on ICO teams.
