61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Volumes are growing. on: August 23, 2018, 05:31:57 PM
Interesting fact: starting from July 16, the volumes of BTC increased significantly.According to tradingview. If you look at the weekly schedule.

We need and enourmous amount next year to rise the values again, it is a question of determining if some real investment funds are getting into crypto anytime soon.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding Coins and Tokens... on: August 23, 2018, 05:31:09 PM
Until when you gonna hold your coins and tokens?
Will you dump it if it is pumping in the market?

I only hold some bitcoin and it is going to be so for a long while. I may buy some very specific tokens as I read quite many WP and sometimes the temptation is high LOL
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CAN ONE BUY NOW........ on: August 23, 2018, 05:30:01 PM
Quite some time now, crypto is experiencing bearish.... Should we continue to buy........
What is your advice to newbies?

There are always, and I mean always even in the worst of the market, opportunities to get into good projects, those that are doing ICO and those that are achieveing the roadmap-
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO situation on: August 23, 2018, 05:29:09 PM
we see that in the middle of this year many ICOs were less successful, if next year the situation is still like this again, are you still patient and survive as a bounty hunter? thank you for your attention

Well, I plan to do bounty hunting but now I am going to be more selective because I am tired of campaigns that seemed to be eager to have bots working for them.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why Some People Do Not get Paid After Bounty on: August 20, 2018, 10:52:26 PM
Some could not be paid due to negative trust rating happening during the entire time of the ICO. There are also cases that the ICO itself is closed dur to failure to reach its cap, and some are just plain scam from the start.

Bounties are a shoot to the moon, you become a partner of the project in a way and that is why you are assuming a large part of the risk involved into ICO.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is necessary for Human Resources & Development ?? on: August 20, 2018, 10:51:28 PM

In these days a famous singer Akon described about crypto. And now he want to launch their own currency. He is the first celebrity who will be owns crypto. The currency will be use in Akon Crypto City in Africa.
According to the coindesk.com

"I think that blockchain and crypto could be the savior for Africa in many ways because it brings the power back to the people, and brings the security back into the currency system, and also allows the people to utilize it in ways where they can advance themselves, and not allow government to do those things that are keeping them down."

Blockchain is an enabler technology for the advancemenet of business, but in itself it is no absolutely necessary in Africa nor anywhere else frankly, it just help.s
67  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it going to pass $20k again? on: August 20, 2018, 10:50:38 PM
My mother and I had a talk about bitcoin last December 2017 or January 2018, the time where bitcoin is on its ATH. She predicted it will not go up beyond $20,000. Do you still think it will reach again its ATH?

No it is not, not this year and not next, you would need lots of money flowing into de market just to be able to get a x2 and 20k is right now more than x3
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Delaying our tokensale? on: August 20, 2018, 10:49:35 PM
Given the recent drop in ether we're considering postponing our tokensale.

Is this a good idea?

If so, how long do people think this drop will be, temporary short term or longer, or permanent?

I'm currently thinking a positive ETF decision may have a large impact, or is this just wishful thinking?

Please feel free to answer with whatever time frames or ideas you have.

Everyone is delaying the token sales looking for the right market, but I think that if ICO is solid you can create the hype at any time of the year and in any cycle.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think that the current situation will overcome soon? on: August 20, 2018, 10:48:49 PM
We all are waiting for a revolution like the last year. I believe this it will happen and I am also waiting. Traders and investors are eagerly waiting for this. At the end of this year, Bitcoin will hit at least $25k and Eth will hit $5k and I can't think anything without it anymore. This revolution is badly needed in this bearish situation.

What is your point about it?
Please share

those figures are right now unrealistic, they are predictions from 2017 or early and do not correspond to the current dramatic situation of the markets nor the investment.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing decision on: August 16, 2018, 01:34:49 PM
This is the correct time to invest in crypto. The price of almost all of crypto is lowest for a complete year and the price are going sideways after the fall. The next step is sure to be a rise. And it's better to invest now than feel you've missed an opportunity latter.

For sure, when things go down this way it is scary, but it is when everyone thinks that it may not be over when the bold traders can get a cheap  bag for the future.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as the heart of all coins on: August 16, 2018, 01:33:56 PM
of course this will happen, all altcoins depend on bitcoin prices because bitcoin has many partners with all altcoins. if the heart in the body is problematic then everything is affected. as well as bitcoin which is the core of all altcoins
I just hope this can be stopped so we can be safer if you save the altcoin for a long time.
and I also hope that the price of bitcoin will soon increase so we can be more confident to be able to stay in the crypto currency

It is very dominant and more now that the market has corrected. Each coin will have its chance to challenge bitcoin but it seems that none has the same adoption at the moment.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ICOs Exist In 2 Years? on: August 16, 2018, 01:32:53 PM
Since so many ICOs seem to be getting done privately by big institutions investors where the public needs to have connections to get in to a large minimum investment (Eg. 100 ETH+)...

Do you think Public Pre-Sales (e.g. minimum 100 ETH) or Pre-Sale Pools will even exist in 2 years?

Eventually, every tokenized project needs users and that means that you will have to build a group of people who use your project by doing ico or bounty.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Invest in Ethereum on: August 16, 2018, 01:31:49 PM
Hello.

do you think it's a good time to invest in Ethereum?

I think that the ethereum itself is about hodling, the bitcoin paranoia is still ongoing, but prices may go up at any moment as the corrections have already been made and will rise.
74  Other / Archival / Re: ICO without whitepaper on: August 16, 2018, 01:31:09 PM
Personally , I don't think there should be an ICO without whitepaper. The whitepaper bridges the gap between an investor and a company. Can we say a ICO without a whitepaper is a scam? Or what can you say about an ICO without whitepaper

Probably the ico is very honest, since most teams donīt follow the roadmap at all and are not able to deliver even half of it in due time. Else, it may be a cheap scam.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency will survive on: August 13, 2018, 08:47:37 PM
Cryptocurrency  is like a water in a bowl, the water moves but the bowl determines the flow

We crypto users are the Bowl. The reality of life is do you do the right things with the water (altcoins, bitcoins, Etherum Huh )

This simply means only crypto users causes the bearish moment and the bull run
Make the right decisions

Cryptos are obviously going to survive. It is more unclear that the ones that are at the top right now are the ones that will be at the top later on. Choose wisely or go.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to expect from ICO, which extend the pile of bounty companies. on: August 13, 2018, 08:44:18 PM
There are some ICO projects who will do the marketing of your company. Maybe you have participated in a project like this. Have you checked their review? These type of tasks needs an established project.

Most ICOs are now using bounty to promote a product that should be proposed by traditional means. Bounties should be reserved for projects that require a strong community.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to choose an ICO agency? on: August 13, 2018, 08:42:57 PM
Guys, just wanted to share with you!

Recently I've asked some questions about how to choose a good ICO agency? And accidentally I found this great platform - https://moonrate.io/

It is just a list of all ICO-agencies with ratings, prices and so on, you can even a leave review on agency with which you've worked.

I think great initiative! And what do you think about the platform?

And where do you usually look for ICO agencies?

I think that most of them are too young to be considered good, it is mostly about checking them by yourself and viewing the telegrams they managed and their performance in bounties.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH vs BTC transaction speed. Who is better and faster? on: August 13, 2018, 08:40:58 PM
I am always amaze every time I imagine how much power does Ethereum blockchain has when processing transaction for every tokens it supported. There are millions of transactions are being process every single day. Just do the math. Decentralized exchanges using ETH blockchain plus online wallets like MEW, Jaxx, coinomi, Eidoo, etc. I always have this feeling that ETH will become number 1 someday. Who is better for you? ETH or BTC?

Oh, it is all about the saturation of the network, it makes no particular difference to use one or the other under normal circumstances, I mostly suggest that eth is cheaper.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why ETH and BTC markets are down strongly ? on: August 09, 2018, 11:40:34 AM
I saw since last week eth btc and altcoins market down strongly. Any idea about that and when price will be up ?

As a matter of speculation, the market should recover once some of the existing projects shows good signs of mooning and carries some more investors into the cryptos.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about community managers? on: August 09, 2018, 11:39:24 AM
Hello everyone!

I'm working as a community manager for a year now. I like what I do, but this work is pretty challenging. Sometimes I have to work 24/7.

And I'm curious what you think about community managers. Does they help you? What would you change in community managers? What style of communication you prefer?

It is very interesting to know  Smiley

A good community manager is worth a lot. It is a job that does not require to know a lot about numbers or technology, is more like an art to keep people interested and happy about the product.
