181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Team FLY : *NEW WALLET* v1.73 The most unique coin ever created in Crypto. on: December 04, 2015, 09:24:33 AM
...my second idea is to finish the code, clean it up, make some public audits and then Vegasguy should get a certificates called "Proof-Of-Developer" and "Crypto-Certified Code".
This will add a LOT of trust to the coin, in my opinion.
Love your idea and agree 100% - Thank you.

is xprophet new dev? i thought it was someone else/ also would like to add suggestions myself.
Lead Dev is KeesDewit (Amsterdam Coin)
2nd dev is griffith

All suggestions are welcomed!

Oh yeah I met Griffith a while ago, Griffith is solid.

I recommend pollforall if you ever need wallets compiled, seednods and he can do TOR and a few other things. For Mobile I was recommended Myst, but Sakr is also pretty decent and he compiled the CON android wallet. As of now there is no IOS developers for POS that I know of for Staking wallets, Sakr can do lightweight wallets (non-Staking) for both Android and IOS but charges a fair bit.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / ★ [ANN] [CV2] Colossuscoin v2.0 | X13 | 5000 CV2/Block | SWAP Active | Update ★ on: December 04, 2015, 08:49:01 AM
I'm going to try Colossuscoin2.0
Do you have interest?

Yes. Proof of Stake minting increases supply at a rate up to 6.5% per year. The minting reward is fair for all users. There are currently approximately 20.2 billion Colossuscoin2 in circulation. When the entire money supply grows due to the minting process, all Colossuscoin2 holders who participate in minting maintain their relative share of the network.  PoS verifies users’ coins to secure the network and process transactions. This ensures that transactions are speedy and this ensures decentralization, as anyone holding some of the currency is part of network. The only way for new Colossuscoin2 to be created is through staking by users, for which they will receive the 6.5%, decentralized, compound interest yearly.

Exchanges for Colossuscoin2.0:
AlcurEX:

CV2 - BTC market on Yobit.net
ColossusCoin2 [CV2] is listed: https://yobit.net/en/trade/CV2/BTC

Get free ColossusCoin2: https://yobit.net/en/freecoins/

I would like to add a little to this, the way Staking works is that every Block pays out 5000 CV2 regardless of the amount Staked so although the money supply increases at 1,314,000,000 Coins per year (6-7% currently), not everyone on the network participates in Staking so you gain more when others are not Staking. Currently the annualized Stake rate is around 40-50%

Basic rules are, smaller blocks = higher rewards but take longer to Stake, too small of Blocks and the inputs may never Stake, looking at the Block explorer there are few Blocks currently Staking with less than 50k Coins and those that do have already hit maximum age so I would suggest Block sizes atleast larger than 50-100k

I suggest taking a little time to visit the Block Explorer at http://www.presstab.pw/phpexplorer/CV2/index.php to get an idea of what sizes of Blocks are currently Staking on the network so that you may tailor your Block sizes for maximum gain. The SplitBlock function in your wallet will allow you to easily split up your Blocks into whatever sizes you want, happy Staking!
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CON] PayCon™ HI POS | LiteStake | Multisend | TOR | Android | Cryptsy on: December 04, 2015, 05:58:05 AM
We are on another Exchange.. Check it out!!

https://btcpool.exchange/

That's pretty cool .

What can be done to promote PayCON?? (On social Media, YouTube, on Exchanges....)

PayCon - Get your CON on!

https://youtu.be/as3JtktDQgw

I am running a twitter account, @pay_con but there is not much going on to post about.
The idea of PayCon hosting a movie award type competition was mentioned. I think it would be a good idea and I was thinking the YouTube channel could be used to post the winners.
A competition where users use CON to "buy" into the competition and play a game to win the jackpot was also mentioned. I have been researching what games could be played and how each user would play and everyone could see the scores to prove who won.
Any ideas you may have please let me know. I want to see CON grow and I am willing to help make it happen.

I manage the YouTube account, all the video's were graciously done by Fire Rabbit. I'm sure he would do some more for some CON.

The twitter account was managed by el_manager but he disappeared so a new one would have to be made.

You know what,i remember it was popularin EU cities, get to place in city for tourist.Itwasaboutto get to place, find information,go next place,so on

If will be possible to do that with digital currency. That moment it will be implamantation, con has his mobile wallet

It is possible to start in some local places,Berlin, some place in Canada etc

I know how you feel, been doing terrible lately trading on https://secondstrade.com

I don't know what to do though as I've lost way too much with bad trades over the last couple months. If I took a break from Crypto for a long period of time to sort out life, would I be hung for doing so? I'm not really sure what to do.

I still have my 120k CON though, maybe I could donate that to a few people?

Here is the full "me vs BitJohn" chat log seen on my previous post.

Cresty appears out of nowhere as COL's saviour, yet forgets to mention his apparent strong interest/ insider knowledge of ADT to the COL faithfull.

hmmm....

http://img.techpowerup.org/151127/bitjohncrestymeconvo.jpg

How is this relevant to Stakeminers?

Also, I was meeting with 2 different teams in person, one was shady and when talking about them they threatened me, the other wanted a $6000 retainer in order to learn about how to learn how to compile a wallet. I ended up not taking anyones money and cancelled it at that time to just do the work myself.

Look, if you are going to attempt to libel me, I will take action against you since this is just one of many times you have insinuated wrongdoing. I try to learn and actually do something where as you spend your time trying to tear down everyone. I haven't taken money from anyone under false pretenses, I work where I help people where I can and donate my time, sometimes they send me some Coins for my help, most often not.

n0xn asked about his Coins publically on the ADT thread, I said to him I would see if I could help him recover them and talk to BitJohn as he was unable to get resolutions through support.

Did you go to the same college of dumbasses that Dooglus and Superclams graduated from ? lol

I/we just proved that Leroy is BigJ and cyberpinoy. If neither of you are "me/mee and or meeh, tell the truth for a change and debunk my speculations and theories.

Why did you hide your apparent conflict of interest with ADT ?

Who was your ADT shill personna before you created your COL/Cresty account ?

Lets get this muddafuddin candygirl circle jerk started ! Cheesy

Well you are wrong on all counts, I have Big Johnson on Skype and they are two different people. Who is "me/mee and or meeh" and why is this person relevant in the slightest?

What conflict of interest with ADT? Zack shelled out a few thousand USD to try to get it fixed and had a clone made from the CGB Blockchain, and then later found out there was a bug which would make it try to Stake before syncing. He then tried to get it fixed and spent more money and then lost hope waiting for Mullick to help him which never materialized.

I've never had an ADT shill persona, I posted what accounts I've had on Spoetnik's thread and if anything, I was the one calling Zack an idiot for his lack of comprehensive spelling/grammar and spending his time waiting and hoping for someone else to do the work for him.

I had access to the colossuscoin account for updating the OP, I believe the last time I used it was april of 2014 and the other person that has access to it is sudo23. The other alt account I have is CON_CEO but let it known that it belongs to me and only used it when I didn't have access to this account.
186  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Leroy Fodor has gone Full Delusional; StakeMiners is 100% confirmed insolvent! on: November 27, 2015, 07:57:51 AM
I doubt you'll get anywhere digging dirt up on Crestington. But he's a big boy and can handle trolling, that much I know.

Well if he was being extorted for 6k i think he should hand those guys over to us all LOL
NAME NAMES !

It wasn't extortion for 6k, it was while I was in Vancouver I was talking with several people that were part of a software company at Bitcoin meetup's. They said that they normally design websites for large companies with a minimum of something ridiculous (20-60k) and have never dealt or worked in the Cryptocurrency space so they would need a retainer of 6k in fiat in order to start doing any work and would have to learn first. This is actually understandable because there is overhead costs in having a physical address.

It was the other team I was meeting that threatened me when I mentioned about them working with Ethereum on the forums here and did them a favor and removed all references I made.

The only other option was Muddafudda whom I couldn't entirely trust and was pretty sure he also knew dick all about coding.

Those were my options lol
187  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Leroy Fodor has gone Full Delusional; StakeMiners is 100% confirmed insolvent! on: November 27, 2015, 07:49:22 AM
i noticed your name coming up a lot for a while Crestington.
I was never paranoid about you before but these other guys are making me curious.. sorry.

The reality is here is people that use 1 account name and keep their activities honest and public are rare.
virtually nobody does that.. this whole scene is smoke and mirrors and name changing shifty characters.
So we can't blame people for being suspicious.

Just makes me angry because it's there to try to make it seem like I'm apart of screwing people over. I wanted to help create COL into something better and even went out of my way to look for a team of people I could work with face to face but just wasn't feasible at the time without overpaying people to do something that is easy to do once you know how to do it. There were virtually no developers that knew anything about POS in early 2014 and the few that could clone Coins were shady at best. I did find someone that helped me clone the CommunityCoin source in around april 2014 (E-Exchangers) and he charged about $600 at the time, when you think about it now that is an insane amount but there was really no one else. I ended up never using that source beyond learning as it didn't have Coin Control, money supply information and was basically a shit job. He ended up disappearing with 0.5 BTC of mine when wanting to do further work.

Mind you, what I paid for this was out of my own pocket, from working a real job.

189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Team FLY : v1.71 *SEEKING VERY TALENTED SECONDARY DEV* 100 FLY "Sign on" BOUNTY! on: November 27, 2015, 05:41:14 AM

The issue I am having is that the side buttons don't display properly, so the only theme that displays buttons is the Blackwood theme, all the rest do not display any buttons.

Just need to edit the theme stylesheet a little bit on the ones that don't work with the supplied png's. Changing a non working theme's toolbar code to this made the buttons pop up for me.

Code:
QToolBar QToolButton {qproperty-toolButtonStyle:ToolButtonTextBesideIcon;border:none;border-radius:5px;padding:1px;margin:0px}

I'm pretty sure the problem is this

-        statisticsAction = new QAction(QIcon(":/icons/statistics"), tr(""), this);
+        statisticsAction = new QAction(QIcon(":/icons/statistics"), tr("&Statistics"), this);

So for theme's such as cyanotic, it relies on those names but no longer has them.

If you change the stylesheet for cyanotic from qproperty-toolButtonStyle: ToolButtonTextOnly; to qproperty-toolButtonStyle:ToolButtonTextBesideIcon; then the buttons show up, at least on my build I am playing around with. The change you see above is just the text for the button, which I changed to blank when FLY changed to a png for the button instead of text.

Ahh ok, I'll play around with it and see if I can get it going Smiley

Some of you remember what our first FLY wallet looked like Smiley

More readable than the current Smiley

I agree 100%. Thats why the next version will have THEMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vegas

There was a change of the way the buttons work in one of the commits which for the most part broke the compatibility of all the buttons, it may need to be reverted for the theme's to work properly.

Here is a question. Its the SIZE of the buttons that need to be the same for compatibility for all themes, correct? I think when we changed the buttons we made them too large. I think if we changed the size back , then we could change the graphics of the button to match fly colors, but I could be wrong. If I am correct on this, does anyone know the correct size the buttons must be for compatability? If anyone is really good with themes, we could use your help.

Vegas

I don't think so, I think the problem is the hardcoded theme. I've forked it and removing it to see if that is what is causing the issue.

What exactly is the issue you are experiencing?  If I remember correctly what I changed on the button theming was to make them all 100% width so the aren't mixed and matched, and then using images too. Are you having a hard time inserting other button images?

The issue I am having is that the side buttons don't display properly, so the only theme that displays buttons is the Blackwood theme, all the rest do not display any buttons.

Looks like it isn't the hardcoded theme, just that it relies on the buttons being named but when taking out the names of the buttons, it broke the compatibility of the way the majority of the theme's worked.

https://github.com/Crestington/blockparser

I forked the Blockparser and attempting to get it working with X13 but when using the switch for PayCon it says it cannot find any Blocks.

Hi me ! Why do you sound soo down ? Roll Eyes

Are all of those shitclones seen over at Stakeminers.. yours ?

What do NetCoin, Stakeminers and Cryptsy have in common ?

They are all fully exposed scams with connections to Leroy Fodor aka. BigJohnson cyberpinoy.

Leroy Fodor has gone Full Delusional; StakeMiners is 100% confirmed insolvent!

CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1173703.0

As we have tried to explain many times Big Johnson and I ARE NOT the same person, You can see both of us on skype, and many many people have actually held conversations with both of us (at the same time) in google hangouts. You can even catch both of us in cryptsy chat sometimes. I am not quite clear on where or why you created this image in your head that we are the same person, BJ was well a large part of Netcoin before I ever came along. So, we are in fact NOT the same person. As for the cyberpinoy username, that was a username that originated from the internet cafes we owned, which were named "CyberPinoy" After we sold the second cafe I kept all the accounts that were created under that username as my own.

Unfortunately just because a handful of questionable people (yourself included) do not like me or my service, it does not make our service a "fully exposed scams". We offer a great service with an even better recurring income opportunity for people in crypto. We have never scammed anyone, and to date we have kept every single promise we have ever made any development team or client that uses our service. If you don't enjoy using a service that makes weekly payouts to your bitcoin wallet that is fine, but its no reason to try and stop others form being able to make a real income in Crypto.

I am quite sure Crestington can openly admit and clear up at least one controversy and speculation you guys have and that is that in fact NO all the coins in our Paycon wallet are not his. I will admit, and have always stated, the original funds that started the wallet were done so with his funds, this allowed us to test the wallet and check the community before we invested our clients funds into the wallet. After the test as you can clearly see, I did exactly as I said I would, and it is now funded quite well.

We are happy with the Paycon wallet, and how it runs, I do not like the over excessive orphans, but all in all its a good wallet for the income opportunity we provide our clients. But more so than the wallet is the community that follows Paycon, and the additional things that the Paycon team does for the crypto community. Altho the wallet is the main thing a coin has going for it, the wallet is not always the most important. You need a strong community for any coin to evolve and prosper, and this is one thing Paycon is not lacking.

Nowhere in the following does Leroy Fodor mention an Internet Cafe when seeking a loan from this community as a newbie, albeit when the property mentioned below was sold, in myriad subsequent posts Leroy goes into detail about selling the cafe. Leroy Fodor is a serial liar and is not to be trusted one iota.

I would like to make 2 offers for anyone to choose one from to help us. I am an American living in the Philippines, My wife and our children had a terrible situation that has held us here and we are looking for funding to move back to America before her Visa runs out early next year.

We would like to try either or here

I would be willing to pay 8% interest a month on a 10 BTC Loan to be paid in 12 months or less and hold a piece of property we own in the Philippines valued at 35,000 USD as collateral.

Or A person interested in owning some commercial land with a 2 story building that needs remodeled can purchase the property for 25 bitcoins.

The use of funds for a person interested in loaning, I want to buy some more mining equipment, enough to pay the loan as fast as possible so we can then save the funds to get back to america. You tell me the coin you want repaid and that is the hardware I will farther invest in. I will ask for 30 days after the disbursement so I can order the mining equipment and get it set up and running before I can begin making payments. It takes sometimes 15 to 20 days to get equipment delivered.

If you are interested in either offer please IM me or if my email is available on my profile you can email me directly, and we can set up a way to talk about your terms of payment or the land if you are interested in purchase. We can do it thru facebook chat if you like so you can get to see my profile and investigate me a little better (put a face to the username in a way)

Thank you for your help.

This property has now been SOLD. This offer and need of lending is no longer needed. We have already used the money made from the sale in exactly what i said it would be used for. We have purchased our first REAL mining machine and may purchase another really soon. I am still doing some tests on the equipment we just received. Thank you to all those who contacted me.

And for this post I didnt want to be an ass while trying to sell the property But now.....HAHA
maybe you find someone in your country too.  Smiley

You are a complete idiot if you honestly think I had not already tried that. If you dont live in the Philuippines, and are not Filipino, please try it sometime and you will certainly see why statements like this are so utterly STUPID.

I don't want to be involved with your guy's forum wars. Last I talked with cyberpinoy was maybe 3 months but I can attest that cyberpinoy and Big Johnson are not the same person. I have talked with BJ on Skype a number of times and he doesn't have anywhere near the same writing style. This is not an assertion as either for or against Stakeminers, each person should do their own research but I can tell you that you are wrong in the assertion that they are the same person. NetCoin actually has a pretty strong following, I think the only real relation between NetCoin and Stakeminers is that Stakeminers is holding a large amount of NetCoin.

I changed my polo username to BernieMadoff and suddenly everyone started becoming hostile towards me until InfiniteJest got tired of it and changed my username to ErnieDandruff.

Would be better off to just make a Madoff theme as a joke rather than naming an entire currency after him.

WOW man that is weird.. i think they are out of line changing your name on you like that.
AND.. so what if that is your name ?  ..what is wrong with that ?
InfiniteJest is an insane control freak too he sits there and dictates what your allowed to say..
and how you say it.
He threatened to ban me for my "tone" recently LOL

I tore a strip off him and told him he was out of line.
Then he got mouthy and was like "excuse me ?"
I was like bitch please... hahahha
I told him i demand an apology stat !!!

I got it too !

Nigga steps to me ? fuck i'll him fade 'em bruh  Grin

EDIT:
It's easy to find it all logged on Polonibox too if you all don't believe me.

EDIT2:

If he gives you a hard time again let me know i will go over and have a chat with him Wink

Nah I thought it was funny but was an interesting experiment, just the name provoked hostility from everyone, not just mods. I thought I'd share the story because that is probably what you would see happen if anyone made a MadoffCoin lol

If your going to do that, why not just make a Coin and call it "Ponzi Scheme" or "Pyramid Scheme", give it the ticker "HYIP" and model it to work as one. *shrugs*

There has been some block explorer outage for a few days while I was out of town, and was limited on my ability to put the server back up at the time with my mobile phone. I am sorry about this, and hope it didn't cause too much inconvenience. I will be adding an additional month onto PayCon's prepaid hosting for the inconvenience I caused.

Nice, sounds great. I wasn't too concerned as I had noticed there was a number that had gone down so would just be a server issue.

@Crestington
YES.. a few weeks back he said eh

[NEWS] BitJohn Leaves Cryptsy + Interview
That will give you a summary and a link to his original quote.

I think we have to give some respect to the man.. i never agreed with him and i complained a lot.
But his leaving is big news i thought.. and he does deserve some respect i figure.

EDIT:
It's silly to think his leaving was a non issue and no one really cared or even commented.. WOW !

I used to talk to BitJohn on Skype, he can be a bit of a dick at times but I respect him. If you guys are looking for dirt on him, I don't have anything and mainly just complained to him.

Lol I didn't mean to be.... Sad Sometimes the stress of things would get to me.

Lol, don't worry about it, that's all I took it as anyways. Good luck on your future endeavors, hope you will pop on the forums to say hi every once in a while.
