I don't know what you're seeing, but I'm long atm, and when price moves up, the bar goes right and when it moves down the bar moves left.

Latest move up to 4.61 confirms the bar moved right.  Are you perhaps short?  Maybe it works backwards for short positions?

nah, Im long lol

Actually my Loss has dropped to 10.78% and your right, the bar seems to have moved fractionally to the right so left must be liquidation, however this must mean the bar doesnt even appear at all until your approx +/- 10% P/L  Huh
2862  Economy / Speculation / Re: Speculators causing immense price swings: go fuck yourselves on: February 15, 2012, 12:47:43 AM
I never even had a fucking chance to sell.

Perhaps you should change your name to guywhogotzhoutonged.

I lol'd  Grin

There is a green bar under the maintenance figure.  What does that represent?

If it makes it all the way to the left right, you will be liquidated.

-Fixed Now it's wrong Tongue
-Fixed

All the way to the left is when you are liquidated.

Yea? So how come Im 13% zhoutanged & I get liquidated at 16% and the green bar is closer to the right than the left?

WTF is 13% zhourtanged?

I don't know what you're seeing, but I'm long atm, and when price moves up, the bar goes right and when it moves down the bar moves left.

Sorry dude, I edited my post. Hope this makes sense  Smiley

oldminer, I am surprised that you finally see the truth about bitcoin prices. I remember you used to be very bullish.

Indeed I was. Not to say I dont think it could be worth $20+ again at some stage in the future but I have come to learn its value (at least for the time being) is largely determined by speculation.
2868  Economy / Speculation / Re: steady selling pressure, should be at $3.00 very soon on: February 14, 2012, 10:12:37 PM
We going to be going down pretty low. (...) Remember, bitcoins were almost at $1 just a month or so ago.

 ಠ_ಠ

Yea well Ive been saying for a while now that @ $5+ is way over-valued. I suspect that eventually its value will drop to $2 or so (maybe less in the long term) but there will be a LOT of ups & downs in price (and profit to be made) before we get to that level.

Fuck all of you dipshit motherfuckers who have the power to make my assets lose over 10% overnight. I never even had a fucking chance to sell. Problem is I need the cash right now, not the coins, and am forced to sell cheap.

I hope you get all raped in hell for eternity.

Trading Rule #1: Never ever invest more than you can afford to lose.

If your "analysis" only consists of looking at bidwalls, which is what it looks like, then I feel sorry for anyone who listens to you.

Bid walls should always be ignored imo
