321  Economy / Economics / Re: How too get rich on: September 07, 2016, 02:52:28 PM
Buy or develop your own time machine and go back to 2008 and mine BTC on the computer at your mothers house in the basement
If you want to become rich then you will need to work hard and only focus on working and working that is how you become successful.
People who are rich these days all worked hard and did not think about the money.
322  Economy / Economics / Re: Why not just print dollars? on: September 07, 2016, 02:46:58 PM
Grin the good point of bitcoin ... is that you can print paper money if you want : https://www.bitaddress.org

and, it's real value !  Cheesy

You're right that bitcoin can't be printed when more is needed.

You're wrong that bitcoin has real value. The value is perceived because all of us place value upon it...just as we do fiat currency.

There is no tangible thing that supports the value of bitcoin, that can prove there is value to it.

There's no Gold, no Silver, no other tangible item that exists in the world...just the promise that only so much bitcoin can every be mined and that the validity of transactions and balances are verified by the community that uses it.
Because it is way to hard to try and fake Dollars you are going to get caught without a doubt if you do it to much.
There are some people that still do it but it is not a big thing under criminals anymore.
323  Other / Off-topic / Re: I spent all my saving on bitcoin, now i am broke on: September 07, 2016, 02:33:12 PM
better hope that none of the users here live near your house and recognize the fountain. you basically just announced where you hid your private keys to everyone.
It is not a good idea to spent all of your savings on Bitcoin, when you invest in something make sure that you are able to spend that money.
If that is the only money that you have it is better to not invest it.
324  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A teen is given $1K to invest into Bitcoin - what would you recommend for them? on: September 07, 2016, 02:26:34 PM
Let's say a young teenager is given some coming-of-age money from their family, and is interested in growing that money through Bitcoin. Without encouraging him/her to invest in risky strategies, what are some lower risk methods of growing a Bitcoin portfolio with a hypothetical gift of $1K?
I think that it is a good idea to invest in Bitcoin as a teen but if I was a teen I would not spend my money on Bitcoin.
I would rather buy a Ps4 or something else that is cool for teens.
325  Economy / Marketplace / Re: idea for online bitcoin shops on: September 07, 2016, 09:20:58 AM
hi,

just had a small idea: what if bitcoin shops had this feature: buy this item if its cheaper than XBTC?
this would include BTC/USD conversation and product price changes.

the customer could deposit the money (and maybe withdraw it in case that after some time when his target isnt reached he doesnt want it anymore)

IMHO this should enable shops to plan better which should lead to cheaper prices (well at least for big shops. not sure if there are any atm)

please share your opinions ;-)
There are already a couple webshops that allow to pay with Bitcoin I think that you should look at them first so you can get some ideas of those webshops.
It will help you because it is hard to start something from nothing.
326  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Steam accepting btc - will it affect the forum market? on: September 07, 2016, 09:14:10 AM
Looks like steam is finally going to accept bitcoin!!!!

http://cointelegraph.com/news/steam-to-accept-payments-via-bitcoin-in-its-next-update

Curious if that will affect the people selling games on the bitcoin talk? And the various other websites you can buy steam at.
Steam accepting Bitcoin is a good thing for both platforms because they can now attract more people.
Steam has a big audience so this is going to benefit Bitcoin without a doubt.
327  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] Audi A8 D3 (2002-2010) on: September 07, 2016, 09:10:35 AM
That is a nice car but is has allot of miles on it already so I do not believe that the car is going to be useful for a long time anymore but maybe I am wrong.
I just would not take the risk because you will regret the purchase if something is wrong after you bought it.
328  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 BTC = 100.000 to 1 million is a possibility in 2035 on: September 07, 2016, 09:05:20 AM
I do not know if I have to believe this because you cannot look in to the future and the value of the Bitcoin is unpredictable.
It would be great if it would happen but I would not get my hopes up to high of I were you.
329  Economy / Speculation / Re: I will not Die Untill Bitcoin will reach at Least 50K on: September 07, 2016, 09:01:08 AM
I am sure they can never be $50k per 1 bitcoin. It is unbelievable.
I also want to the Bitcoin value to be that high but I do not want to wait to long because I am not patient enough.
I am sure that if the valie was $10k I would already sell all my Bitcoin.
330  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin worth to you or not... on: September 07, 2016, 08:53:51 AM
Bitcoin is worth it to me because it allows me to make some extra money which is always a good thing if you ask me.
Plus Bitcoin does not require much time or hard work.
331  Other / Off-topic / Re: If Bitcoin price would fall to the bottom, what would you do next? on: September 07, 2016, 08:46:14 AM
I wonder if you would jump into another cryptocurrency in case the Bitcoin price would fall to the bottom. Or what else would you do? Would you leave the game completely? Tell me Smiley
I think that I would wait a bit maybe the price still can go up again after that but if I see that it is hopeless I would just sell them for what they are worth at that point.
After that I would quit with Bitcoin and go on with my life.
332  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: September 07, 2016, 08:41:54 AM
For me it would not be a very smart thing to have Bitcoin as a salary, Bitcoin is not stable as a currency and that is what makes it tricky.
It means that your salary also is not going to be very stable.
333  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Brazil has more than 150 stores that accept bitcoin on: September 06, 2016, 02:46:57 PM
Good going Brazil. People might have huge demand for bitcoin in the future, as brazilians have a declining currency, somehow stringent capital controls, spend many hours on the internet and most people own a smartphone
That is pretty nice that Brazil already has that many stores that accept Bitcoin but Brazil also is a big country.
I think that Bitcoin has to focus on other countries as well because they have not reached all of them.
334  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sell my stocks buy bitcoin... on: September 06, 2016, 02:41:28 PM
You can sell your stock and buy Bitcoin with the money that you get but if it goes good with the stock that you have bought then why come over to Bitcoin.
But yeah, you can also do both which is better.
335  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: September 06, 2016, 02:36:16 PM
This article doesn't talk about bitcoin but it got me thinking how to get kinds interested in bitcoin within the context of appropriate money management lessons. Think of we could teach kinds about it. The growth, the adoption, the inflation and retraction. The allure of the "internet money".

...what other ideas come to mind?
Kids are exposed a lot on computer games, real games/toys and on TV cartoons so the best way to teach kids about bitcoin is through these resources, by making a short film/cartoon, mention more often bitcoin there and including virtual bitcoin as coins in computer games.
That's a great idea that resources can help a lot to make things easier. Cartoon is very much related for kids and it will help them for easily understand bitcoin without getting bored.
Would it really be a good thing to teach kids about Bitcoin because I think that it is more important for them to focus on other things like school and sports.
They can always learn ab out Bitcoin again but some things come first.
336  Economy / Speculation / Re: $0.0001 of value for 1 Bitcoin in the Year 2020 on: September 06, 2016, 02:31:43 PM
NO ONE KNOWS  IS THE BITCOIN WILL UP AND DOWN   AFTER 4 YEARS ..  MORE PEOPLE WANT TO RISE THE BITCOIN PRICE TO EARN MORE MONEY..
I do not think that that is going to happen because no one can really predict the future of the Bitcoin and especially not so fa ahead in the future.
I like to focus on what is going to happen this year instead of 2020.
337  Other / Off-topic / Re: In 20 years, what would you like to do with your bitcoin? on: September 06, 2016, 02:24:02 PM
With 20 years I would like to sell my Bitcoin all at once because I do not want to be stuck with Bitcoin over 20 years. That means that I will retire.
I do not know what I am going to do with the money that I am going to make with Bitcoin.
338  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do you have Bitcoin? on: September 06, 2016, 02:19:07 PM
I have Bitcoin so that I can make some extra money because it does not require much time or work at all, I think it is the perfect secondary income.
That is why I have Bitcoin I do not make use of it as a currency but as an investment.
339  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Texas Holdem Poker?? on: September 06, 2016, 08:44:03 AM
Are there any Texas holdem Bit Coin poker sites where you can play with other players and not against the computer?  I like to play against other players because it seems more fair.  Please link me to one or PM me a referral link if you would like referral credit for this.  Thank you in advance.

I think the best texas holdem poker is nitrogensports so far, they have many active players online and play on this sites and nitrogensports also have many promotion on their poker.
I think that I am going to try out that website because I like playing Texas holdem with friends of mine but now I am going to try if I can make money with it.
Sind there are many active players it should not be hard to find any games.
340  Other / Off-topic / Re: Any safe way to grow my bitcoins ? on: September 06, 2016, 08:38:03 AM
Current have about 0.01 btc from nothing ,still earning from signature campaigns ONLY.
Can earn about 0.0052 per day Currently
So Can anybody give tips for growing my bitcoin please ?
Thanks!
I also do not know any other way to earn free Bitcoin except for these campaigns but hose to do not give you that much.
Trying to earn them with gambling is also not a option for me because I know that I am going to lose.
