actually i think that it should affect price of bitcoin, but not by much, maybe by one or two dollars only as there are lots of people that use bitcoins and steam but that's still not enough I was hoping it would increase the price by a lot, but that did not happen, which is sad. Having a big company like steam trusting bitcoin, must mean something, at least for PR purposes right. |

Yes I think holding bitcoin is good for long term invest, but you have to wait patiently up to when the price increases .Even i also invested some % of my own money into bitcoin and holding them.I do have the patience for it, for a long time it can bring you big amounts of dollars for sure.BTC
Yup Long term holding will profit you high. The price of bitcoin is increasing and not on the decreasing side. Over years this growth will continue to make a comfortable living with a earning of single bitcoin on the third world countries. If you want to hold your bitcoins for a period longer then 1 year i think it is very likely you will earn on profit with your bitcoin. The potential for bitcoin is more then 650 dollar. |

i actually think that it is possible as we had halving 1 week ago so if we will wait a little bit more we should see a price rise from 620$ to 800$ or even more actually Because we already almost got to 800 dollar. I think it is possible to. The price is volatile and it can go up easy, as it can go down easily but if we look at the global markets, bitcoin as a currency is stable. |

Well, I obviously wouldn't kill myself. I wouldn't withdraw either, I mean come on, man..... How many of us would be able to withdraw even $50 if this would happen? I don't think there are many of us who would be able to. I would just keep it there and hope for an increase of price.
I would take my loss as a man. On the same hand I would buy more bitcoins, so my buying price would go down enormously. Then I would apply the same strategy.. Hold. |

There's no strategy. It's all about luck - you either win $100 BTC by playing with small amounts for a long time, or you can win $100 BTC by playing with big amounts in minutes. About loosing.. oh well, you either loose it after some time or in a few minutes. This is the trick: you play with low amounts thinking you'll get to a big sum safer, but it's the same thing.
You can apply some kind of strategy. My strategy is to play with money i got free every week. And I also make sure to place small bets, so I can enjoy it more. |

i think bitcoin have more chance in future, the new technology will make world interesting. like internet can booming in 10years bitcoin will be booming after 10years too  Exactly bitcoin is the best investment for the future as bitcoin is still in its initial stage and will grow more in future so I put my vote on bitcoin for making an investment. We are all here in the crypto world so we also believe that bitcoins is a great investment, this is fun because we are a big community and we are gaining popularity with constant advertising of bitcoins that will create curiosity to the people to try it. Most of us crypto guys will support bitcoin and to some extent I do too. But I've learned to diversify and that's why I chose both gold and bitcoin in an equal way 50%. thats a great decision to make, in my opinion in this way you can make a lot of money really easily by just sitting and waiting for big price growths that will soon happen hopefully I think the price changes will not make you rich. unless you buy bitcoin in the price of $ 1 a few years ago and you could sell this year when prices rise yeah but we care about present and its very hard now to get rich with its price but also who knows bitcoin could reach 1 mil soon in few decades  Bitcoin will not make you rich. Sure some people will get rich with some bitcoin project, but buying and holding bitcoin will not deliver the same amount of millionaires as we have seen in 2013. Go get rich by working hard. |

Is gambling OK? Don't bet it! There's not an easy or instantly obvious proof text answer to that question.
If you ask me then I do not think that it is sin to gamble as long as you are not hurting other people like your family with it. If you are hurting them because you give out to much money on gambling then I think that you should stop. |

Yeah if you make a bet it does not matter on what you bet at that moment you are gambling. Betting on sports games is the best way to bet in my opinion.
You can let the odds be in your favor which is not possible at most gambling games.

Whaou, that's not only pessimistic, that's nearly unrealistic ^^ 350$ is nearly the half of what's right now! It's... really low. Why would we see such a drop? It is only going to be possible if the price is going to drop a huge amount but I think that it is going to be bad thing for the people who want to sell there coins. I see no reason for bitcoin to go upto $4k USD anytime soon.
The halving has already completed and the price has reached $570. $4k price is not a distant dream though. Wait for another 3 years and you may see it touch $4k USD.
I do not think that the price is going to be that high after the halving because we have not seen the thousand for a while an for it to suddenly jump to $4000 is pretty unlikely. If it happens then that does not mean that I find it bad because I will sell if the price is that high. |

Yeah I have the same feeling that price will be around $600 at the time of halving, so better keep engaged yourself in collecting as much as you can.
$600 in July is possible. That is about 2 months away. We just need the price to rise 60 dollar each month. At the moment it is best to hold on to your coins because we do not know what is going to happen after the halving but if you have bought for cheap then you can sell right now to make a profit. I am just going to wait for after the halving the I will decide what I am going to do. |
