861  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: May 21, 2016, 12:23:35 AM
What is letting me coming back is the fact that gambling is enjoying for hours and that you can win nice amounts with it although its just for the enjoyment of yourself.
862  Economy / Speculation / Re: $10k???? on: May 21, 2016, 12:17:59 AM
stay at 1000 USD for 1 month ...
and you can see a big rush on BTC = 3200 USD after 3 months = WAVE effect = 5000 USD stable.

bitcoin is not stable.
people don't have reason now (wait a cash of insurrance life and negative interest for 1 year and you see).

Wallstreet and Bankster (and Central Bank) do exactly right thing to push the Bitcoin alternative to CASH.

The bitcoin is not stable at all and it never been stable, it will take a lot of years to even achieve this.
About the 10k it will not happen, I consider the maximum what the bitcoin will reach in its lifetime around the 5k but not higher...
863  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: May 21, 2016, 12:13:48 AM
For the fiat, it is better to invest it as the value will reduce every  year. For bitcoin, it is better to save it.
yeah agree if you are currently holding the fiat money in your wallet. so it is better to invest now to bitcoin, and bitcoin if you already have then it would be better to keep it in your wallet and wait until prices rise

Its true, I would recommend you to save the bitcoin also due to the fact it has a good future a head with the halving that is coming this year.
The price will increase by the halving and because of that you can make a lot of profit if you have a good amount of bitcoins saved.
864  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: May 21, 2016, 12:08:36 AM
What i like from bitcoin is the price for each bitcoin is really big and also bitcoin is easy to use, have a low fee for each transaction not like other digital currencies.

Is there any other better digital currency then bitcoin  Grin its the best currency that we have now and it will help us in the best way in future too.

I indeed hope it will for sure, I love the bitcoin due to the fact its self controllable, because of this it has so many advantages.
The self control ability makes it pretty nice indeed and the fact that you can pay globally with it in every country makes it for me very attractable, I can now just send my family money in a couple minutes, no western union needed anymore.
865  Economy / Economics / Re: The Halving - Good or Bad for Bitcoin? on: May 18, 2016, 07:37:46 PM
I don't really know how bad or good it is, i know that people can make big money on it, also i know that it will out many miners from the game.

If you are an active user of bitcoin then you should have faith in it, just try to earn bitcoin at a moment as this halving will bring best news for all of us.

Agreed. we should be active user of bitcoin on regular bases. and earn as much as you can. if you can't able to earn btc and still want to get benefit from halving then you must have to buy  bitcoins with cash.. and when halving come you'll possibly get double profit what you invest today.

Double seems to be too much. I have to agree with other people now that the price of the halving is already in the price. The halving is important for miners, and with the current price they may mine with profit...
866  Economy / Exchanges / Re: cryptonit and cex.io on: May 18, 2016, 07:29:14 PM
i see hosting of cex.io end after 1 month
Where you get that piece of info, cex.io is quite trusted and have already sold 40million $ worth of bitcoin with credit card. I think you can choose them between two site you listed. I have never used their service but you can check review about them and proceed if you feel safe.
Cex.io is old I remember their pool was almost reaching 50% and they took action. But after their ghash market felt down they lost a lot of customers. They still do seem trusthworthy but I would not use either of the exchanges you mentioned...
867  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 bitcoin = 200k dollars on: May 18, 2016, 07:21:41 PM
Seems to me someone is drinking again. What I do understand is the hope and anticipation for the halving and perhaps the future of bitcoin. What I don't understand is how you over-exaggerate it. It gives many people a totally wrong idea of bitcoin
868  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: May 18, 2016, 07:18:51 PM
If you know when to stop, you can make profits, but in the long term, you always lose if you keep playing. Actually, the only way to make positive profits is to stop as soon as you have profit, if you keep playing, you risk losing it. I think betting is a more reasonable way to gamble, than raw luck. For example, I can be on Jon Jones winning the UFC200, that is reasonable, but with gambling, there is no reason, only luck.
I guess gambling makes some beginners or people addicted as it is very interesting, for some people it can stimulate adrenaline, and for some people it is a very interesting game and cool. we always see in the movies

Thing is the game is very smart setup. Every gambler have a few occasional wins, which gives them hope it is possible to win. And they keep on playing and playing until they are out of funds, leaving the game with some hope they can still beat the system.
869  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Purchased my 1st Game from Steam in the UK using Bitcoin. on: May 18, 2016, 07:15:54 PM
So finally it was implemented ? Last time I heard something about that, it was when womeone said that in reading the beta code he found a mention to Bitcoin. Nice for you and for all the community !

I think the article dated from a few weeks ago. So they sure took their time. However it's good to see some big company is accepting bitcoin as a payment option. If google and amazon would do the same, I wonder what the market cap would be like.
870  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is the best future currency? on: May 18, 2016, 06:55:27 PM
It is the gold of cryptocurrency... Cheesy its value can rise to more than gold... It is certainly future proof.. Cheesy

Agree it has potential to shine more then gold in future, we just need to wait for some time and future will show us that how best currency bitcoin is.

Potential is good, but my guess is that it will never be able to compete with gold or the USD/EUR. At best it will overgrow Creditcard with their billions of dollars of transactions, but that may be the max.
871  Economy / Speculation / Re: I'm dumping my bitcoins so you should on: May 18, 2016, 06:51:03 PM
Dumping the Bitcoins now will be not the best thing that you can do and that is because the coin will have soon a higher value so a lot of people can make profit with it so that is nice.
But it is really hard to know the right moment to sell it and that is the risky thing of the Bitcoin.

I don't think that this is  the best time to sell your coins, I personally feel this is the best time to buy some bitcoin which can help you in earning profits at the time of halving.

I disagree. There is some sentiment that the price still will go up, but this is the 3rd time the price did not go to 500 dollar. Which means there is just too much resistence and perhaps we should forget it?
872  Other / Archival / Re: Do you have paypal account even though you have bitcoin? on: May 18, 2016, 06:47:41 PM
After see this topic paypal or bitcoin?, i'm curious who have paypal account these days.
Do you still have paypal account even though you have bitcoin?
Yes i do have paypal account but haven't used it for over 2 years now, i hope i don't have to use it.

Exactly same here I have account but I havent used it since long time as bitcoin is taking care of me and I really don't need Paypal at this stage.

I use my paypal seldom, although I got quite some balance there. These days it's better and faster to pay with bitcoin or creditcard. Having an extra paypal account is not usefull, which is why I am considering to terminate my account soon.
873  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it a sin to gamble? on: May 18, 2016, 02:49:56 PM
Is gambling OK? Don't bet it! There's not an easy or instantly obvious proof text answer to that question.
It is up to you if you want to gamble so you want to gamble, the choice is up to you. Some people find it wrong to gamble but that is there opinion and do not let that be part of your decisions.
874  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: May 18, 2016, 02:46:49 PM
i know someone makes like a formula based on dice / gambling games like he go on some simulator for the game or record the game for some long time like a week or so and do some math formula normally it gets 5-30 % not big but it always work and he sell those scripts at some forums

Actually, it's really good if you can earning 5-30% profit per day. Just remember to stop when you reach your target. I think it's hard to find any safe methods to gamble.

That is very good, I even do not believe this to be honest because its just too much if you ask me.
I think honestly this is not possible, you would need so much luck.
Yeah winning from these casinos is just not happening to everyone that is just not how it works over there. It can only happen to some people and these people just happen to be lucky.
875  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: May 18, 2016, 02:42:45 PM
Nowsaday Investments in alternative coins are risky and Gambling is even worst. Maybe better off just keep it and wait for 1btc price go up.
I think that investing is way saver then gambling with your money. With gambling believe it or not you are just going to lose it with in a couple of minutes.
So I suggest that you just invest it in for example Bitcoin.
876  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin going Up to 500? on: May 18, 2016, 02:37:43 PM
Bitcoin the value of it is now going to hit $500, it has to happen with a month or so because we are just so close for it to happen. I hope that the value does not come in yet because that will switch up things.
877  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin go back to bellow $400? on: May 18, 2016, 02:31:48 PM
so tell me what's your guess. Will bitcoin continue to hold its price and go pass $500 to hold or should we expect a crash going under $400 before the end of the year?
I am not sure what is going to happen I believe that the price is going to keep rising and pass $500. Then price has been stable for a to long time so the price has to go up for sometime.
878  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house? on: May 18, 2016, 02:26:04 PM
If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house?

Ive been thinking if it went into very high figures i could cash out 80-90% of bitcoin and buy a house outright with no mortgage.  Is that even a good idea though? - basically 80% of networth in a house hmmm.  On the other hand i dont want to have a mortgage and im fed up with renting due to landlords, letting agents and lack of control.
If the Bitcoin price will be so high that you even can buy a house why not. Buying a house is a good investment because everbody needs a house.
A house is a must have in life so buy one if you can.
879  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: May 18, 2016, 02:20:39 PM
I am not sure that this is going to happen even almost everyone in the world are allot of people. Bitcoin is becoming more popular but I do not believe that it will be as popular like websites like Youtube or Facebook.
880  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Memory is cheap - on: May 18, 2016, 02:15:52 PM
Irony alert lol. Cheap RAM is an argument for Lightning channels, not Gavin Andresen BloatCoin. Duh, OP. Duh.

Exactly.

The BloatCoiners love to make fancy charts. They are experts at linear extrapolation with very limited real data or by showing data irrelevant to the issues that are being debated. Remember that alarming graph that showed hitting the block limit with all painted red and drama? Guess what: Nothing happened.

To repeat it here for the 100th time: Memory is not the bottleneck. The bottleneck is the network.

Also in general, assuming that capacity increases of the past decades can be extrapolated into the future without any decrease in the growth rate is science fiction. There are physical limits in miniaturization. We are already very close to these limits.

ya.ya.yo!
Memory in the past wasn't cheap but because people can make smaller chips with more memory on it. The
old ones will become very cheap. And after a year the newer ones gets cheaper because there is a new
generation.
In the past memory was pretty expensive but know with technology improving it is allot cheaper then before. They can now store more memory in a smaller platform which is ideal in most situations.
Memory was expesive but know you can buy more memory for less money. Technology is going so fast these days some people even say that is goes to fast.
