521  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: July 06, 2016, 10:00:58 PM
Yeah the Bitcoin price does really matter because that is what attracting all these people and how they are going to react.
When the price is high then people are going to want to sell and when the price is low they are going to want to buy.
522  Other / Off-topic / Re: if you have the 10 BTC where you want to spend it on: July 06, 2016, 09:54:06 PM

if you have the 10 BTC where you want to spend it?  Wink
I do not know where to spend it because I do not know many websites that accept Bitcoin but if there some ones that sell great stuff I might buy somethings.
523  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Euro 2016 on: July 06, 2016, 09:47:20 PM
Portugal just one from Wales with 2-0, this game could have go either way but it was Portugal and Ronaldo who came out on top.
Wales has made it pretty far and they should be proud, they will even be better in the future.
524  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: July 06, 2016, 09:43:27 PM
hello, I would like to try my luck from gambling.

what kind of gambling that you think is easy to make a profit? and what strategies are you using?
There is now easy way in other to win from gambling and earn a profit in the long run. The odds are always against you so there are no easy ways of making money.
You can everything that you want but nothing is going to work.
525  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Everyone looses in the long run on: July 06, 2016, 09:38:48 PM
I agree with OP. Everyone losses in the long run, especially on dice sites or casino games that have provably fair, but if you have big bankroll, you can go long run on it.
yes it a fact. i think every one know about this. buts still no one can still quit gambling. they have so many examples in front of them. but still they believe that they can earn from gambling and in the end they do advise to other to not to do gambling.

This is what you called gamble addiction and hypocrisy LOL.  Anyway yes gambling will let you win at the beginning to trigger your inner greed and fortify your belief that "you can win next round".  With the successful method of doing so, you ended up losing all at the long run.  House EDGE kicks in, 20 x lose in a row and still believing you will win next time LOL.
Yeah you are not going to win in the long run because that is just almost impossible to do.
I also have lost many more times then that I won so I have learned my lesson.
526  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is now a good time to buy and store Bitcoin? on: July 06, 2016, 09:24:35 PM
I'm looking forward to Bitcoin rise after the halving.
I'm planning to buy 4-5 BTC,is now a good time?
What do you all think?
Now is the best time to store Bitcoin because at the moment the price is stable and the halving is coming soon.
But it is not the bes time to buy, I would wait for after the halving.
527  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is over $9,000,000,000 in market capitalization for the 1st time in months on: July 06, 2016, 09:06:05 PM
It's amazing, as I write we're experiencing incredible numbers. Let's hope the uptrend continues!

June 3 update: having reached $576 per BTC, market capitalization has touched $9,000,000,000!
Sorry but why is this even on here we no that those numbers are never going to be happen, we're never going experience numbers even close to that.
528  Other / Off-topic / Re: In 20 years, what would you like to do with your bitcoin? on: July 06, 2016, 07:52:22 PM
In 20 years I want to be able to buy a nice car or something but it is going to depend on how much money I am going to be able to make with.
Holding on to those coins for so long is going to be hard but I have to be patient.
529  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: July 06, 2016, 03:11:12 PM
My best investment strategy is buying when the price is not to high and selling when the price is high because that is how your going to make a profit.
I do not mine or gamble to make money because those strategies are going to bring you nowhere.
530  Economy / Economics / Re: Why we should fear a cashless world on: July 06, 2016, 03:06:07 PM
We would fear a cashless world because then the goverment would be able to keep track of everything that we are buying on a daily bases and I would not agree with that.
I would like to keep my privacy not that I have anything to hide but I just want to keep somethings to my self.
I agree because I would also like to keep my privacy a bit and with a cashless world this is going to be somewhat impossible.
But I do not think that this is going to happen anytime soon know because some countries are just nor ready for a big change like this.
The fact that the goverment tries to do that shows there true colors, they want to have as much control of us as possible.
I do not like that fact and I am surely not agreeing with it.
531  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: July 06, 2016, 02:54:56 PM
Maybe some people just do not believe in the future and do not think that they are going to be able to make as much money as most people are thinking.
I am not going to stop using Bitcoin because for me it is working out.
532  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Off-Season on: July 05, 2016, 02:50:47 PM
unstoppable means can't be defeated? I think they will be another finals appearance for them adding KD wow, surely another team will showed up and impress us. san Antonio will bring us back to the finals just watch and see.

It is a guarantee for the Dubs that they will enter in the playoffs, but I don't know if they will be the first team to win 82-0. Nobody knows, but chances are slim in this one.
As for San Antonio, they will be a solid team as well because of the deal with Pau Gasol, so that will be a little boost for them. Smiley

It is still too early to tell for any teams if they will enter playoffs, much more finals. A team can have problems along regular seasons like injuries and the like that can cripple their team. Even strong teams can have problems with two superstar hagging limelights. So before we say anything about playoffs or finals, let us see the regular season first.
With KD added to the roster of the GSW they are just to good to be true, they have without a doubt the best offense in the game and they have the best 3 point shooters in the game of basketball today.
It is going to be so hard for the other teams to outscore them because or Klay or Steph or KD is going to to go off every game.
533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Euro 2016 on: July 05, 2016, 02:46:28 PM
For everyone saying that Germany is a good team. Guys, haven't you notice that their team lost almost all their recent matches?

Germany suffered a third defeat in four games as they were beaten 3-1 by Slovakia in the final match before their Euro 2016 squad is finalized.

3-1 loss vs Slovakia is not optimistic, is it?

http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/36409735

It is good that they suffered some defeat before the Euro because they will evaluate their performances and players. So that when the Euro is ready, they will be a better team.
It is better if a team get some loses on friendly matches but do good in the real competition than do great in friendly matches but so bad in real competition.
Germany is still Germany, they will try their best.
You can not blame the weather on a teams performance either. They are both on the same pitch so it is which ever is a better team that's all of what it comes down too really.
I like their consistency as that will never leave them.

Ya it is true that when ever their is loss we cannot blame on other factors , but as i also think that this was a friendly match so germany have not used their resources fully, when the real game starts that time only we can tell perfectly what will the team will perform.

As they also know that if they lose this match that wont effect their main tournaments. I also believe that Germany will be playing final.
The euro 2016 who is going to win the title i dont know but what i know is that the germans are real fighters as you can see every tournament germany came far because they are
fighter for eachother they give everything and that is what make their game it looks so nice.
I agree Germany has a great team but if you ask me it can go both ways when the are going to face France. First we have to see who is going to win the match Wales vs Portugal that match can also go both ways.
534  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin value on: July 05, 2016, 02:39:23 PM
$400 plus when?
We have already passed the $400 and it is at the moment almost $700 and I believe that after the halving the price is going to rise again.
At the end of 2016 the value is going to be $1000 or at least that is what I hope for because I want to sell.
535  Economy / Speculation / Re: Value of Bitcoin at end of 2016, beginning of 2017 ::: Predictions? on: July 05, 2016, 02:34:14 PM
I think we don't see any much higher price than we have now. Price depends also on what people are willing to pay for it. My prediction between $400/450
The value of the Bitcoin is going to be high and I hope that it is going to be $1000 at the end of 2016 so that I can sell some coins.
I think that in 2017 the price is going to reach $2000 that is a must for me.
536  Economy / Economics / Re: Are electric cars bad for the oil industry? on: July 05, 2016, 02:29:04 PM
Title.

So. Electric cars are gaining in popularity, therefore the popularity of gasoline will be going down. Won't the price go down, leaving the oil industry in trouble?
Yeah they are going to be more popular in the future so in the future it is going to hurt the oil industry and that is just a fact.
Oil is still going to be sold but not as much as it used to be, I think that over 20 years we are going to see it.
537  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin rose to $1M, what you do? on: July 05, 2016, 02:21:09 PM
Of course I would sell all my Bitcoin because there would be no reason for me to wait any longer if that happened. To be honest I do not think that I would be able to do that because I would have already sold all my coins when the price is $10,000.
So I would have no coins left to sell when the price would reach $1,000,000.
538  Other / Off-topic / Re: In 20 years, what would you like to do with your bitcoin? on: July 05, 2016, 02:17:01 PM
Greetings all. I'd like to know what you would do if your bitcoin did one of the following, as I am a little confused about what I'll do myself...

What would you do if:

Bitcoin hit $1,000,000:
Bitcoin hit  $1,000 again:
Bitcoin stayed where it was:
Bitcoin became worthless, or a few cents:
And which of these do you think is most probable?

Thanks for your opinions,

 -Lags
Over 20 years I would like to buy a nice car with my Bitcoins but it is also going to depend on how much money I am going to make with Bitcoin.
So if the price in the future is nice and I can make much money then I will buy a car.
539  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: July 05, 2016, 09:56:41 AM
No gambling can not be profitable in the long run unless you hit the jackpot and win so much money but most people lose more money then they make with gambling.
That is just how it goes and you cannot change that, you will have to play by the casino there rules.
540  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much do you think 1 Bitcoin will be worth in 2020? on: July 05, 2016, 09:51:46 AM
I am not sure what the price in 2020 is going to be like but I believe that it will be somewhere around $3000, I can also be wrong but that is what I think it is going to be.
It is pretty hard to speculate about the price because the price can drop, rise or be stable when you at least expect it.
