eth bubble is ended, it will remain there for a long time now, they wanted to secure the 0.01 mark, that's it, i don't see another great bubble coming for it in the short term
any alt struggled above 0.01, even litecoin it was dumped at the end, and eth(as a currency not platform) does not offer anything above it
Eth aint just some alt though, its different.. dapps and smart contracts will rule the world.  I believe this is a bit off topic. Supporting ETH, especially if you are invested, is a nice thing, but you should limit yourself to the ETH-related topics. It has not that bad time now. The value is not even that low so why are people so angry about it. You also can see that the value is rising slowly and that is very good. But I hope that it will rise for a long time. We all know that. Because the price is now a bit stable and that is not good for the most people who already have Bitcoin. We are all waiting for a good increase and we all hope that it will rise for a long time so we can get later a huge profit. |

Holding bitcoins is an investment itself. Their is a chance it will rise giving profit in the long run. So keep holding your bitcoins and wait for a rise.
At the moment the best investment is to buy the potential altcoins , like nxt, ETH, BTS etc. Ppl are putting much attention on bitcoin and dump altcoins. Their price is undervalue. Altcoins can give yo ua higher potential win. However they have some big risk with it. If you ask me the best kind of investment is the best in reward (profit) and both risk (less is better). Right now that is buying bitcoins for the longer term 3 - 5 years. |

Honestly, I don't think that some countries would like the idea of bitcoin... They'll ban it in my opinion due to the danger of terrorism funds transfer anonymously as soon as they come to know more about bitcoin.
In some countries yes, and probably bitcoin would remain in online transactions, even if some countries ban them.. there would still be new users of it just like this days... Yeah, bitcoin has a quality that governments don't have the power to ban it. But still there will be a possibility, that is; if a country want to ban it then they will block their wallets in the country but still people will use VPN for its use. If bitcoin is able to surpass the governments regulation then it can become very huge, if it can't then it still be huge. But it will have competion form other payment instruments. I think/hope bitcoin will go for the latter which will make bitcoin the no 1 currency for me and many other people. |

IMO banks are slow when it comes to sending and receiving payments from one bank to the other. if you send or receive money from and to the same bank, then it's instantly. but i will always choose offline storage over a bank when it comes to bitcoin which is a clear advantage.
Not only slow, they charge you for it. What i really hate is that most banks (my bank included) hold your money. Suppose you need to sent 10k to someone, I first need to call them to upgrade my limit. Which is how things work in a madman world right? So for me offcourse the bitcoin wallet. |

Well i would consider left my real job if i were able to get 2 btc montly,if i get 20 btc years would be amazing for sure,but montly i guess is just some people and just happens on the whales pump.Soo this is rare and very difficult to reach those ammount,with eth on the last month at 200k if you invested 2 btc on it and you hold it til 2000k you hade made 20btc easy,but well the most of us had sold a lot coins at that price ,we wouldnt imagine it could reach 15x the previous value,but all now know that eth can go up easy with some forced pump,soo collect your coins and wait.
I would do it for a good salary. For me bitcoin is quite risky and I rather would have a low income with job security, which is hard with bitcoin. However with a good compensation I would be able to exchange that for a job which is bitcoin related. |

gambling on sports is safer than dice game that is too random. have a friend who is an avid fan of tennis. Both are very dangerous. Remember nobody knows the result of a sports game, so there is no way you can predict it. Sure the odds are better, but it is still not safe. With other words there are no safe ways to gamble.. of course it is not safe, anything that is called gambling is not safe but sports betting is way better than betting on dice. when you play dice you are just shooting in the dark but in sports you can have some idea of what to do to have better chance of winning. Yeah i agree with you, sports gambling is better than dice we could win more in sports gambling if we have depth information on the player/team we're betting. Regardless, both forms of gambling are very unsafe. "Safe" and "gamble" are contradictory. To have a safe gamble is an oxymoron and impossible. If a bet is safe it is not a gamble. Correct. The whole goal of gambling is Getting reward for taking a big risk (risk and safety are totally different and contradictionary). Alas, it's not possible. |

Will we ever go below $300 again?
No, we are not. Even if the price of a BTC is $3000 now, I think the value can go down to even $0 if something disaster strike. However, I think the price should be around $410-420 for the next few weeks, waiting for more developments in the blocksize debate.... Never say never, but right now i have a good feeling we are stable above 400 dollar. Even if the price would go down i don't see it beyond the 300 dollar. Which gives me a good feeling about investing into bitcoins now. |

When I had to transfer bitcoin for the first time I sent it to wrong address and I think tht was the worst mistake made by me till date.
A lot of people did the same mistakes cause of inattention or some kind of passion if gambling. Was it a big sum that you lost with your mistake or not? Most mistakes people made were because they wanted to earn a lot of money very fast. Which made them off guard. Cloud mining, doublers and even ponzi's. I did all of them and no it won't happen to me again. Just trading and bitcoins for me. |

I think the best thing you can do is just investing in the bitcoin itself because it will give you profit for it for sure, no doubts about it.
Also the halving is helping at it and the part that the bitcoin is growing too.
i dont think that you should invest it anywhere because there would be a possibility to lose it all in a short period of time i would definitely hold it and thats it, waiting for a big price increase is the best thing you can do in such situation Its a lot of Bitcoins. Are you suggesting that eBay allow the seller to put in the restriction that payment using bitcoins to an escrow service is required? I can't imagine eBay allowing this for listings on their own site. I suppose what you could do is compose a listing that has terms "cash only, local pickup only" but then in the description mention that the item can be shipped if paid for using bitcoins (through an escrow service if the buyer wishes). I know about a user at ebay that sold btc for paypal, too. He sold a lot btc.... But 100% of the buyers used hacked paypal accounts.....  Bitcoin on Ebay is very good. You can see that the most people are also using Bitcoin now and that is very nice. I hope that more people will use it. And that we can use Bitcoin as a good payment method. That will be so nice. |

I don't know why but I always get a feeling to gamble, after then losing my money, I quit for some time and then continue, but I know I will lose my btc  Why is it so addictive? i know why you do that, you're like everyone else, after losing your money you want to win your lost money back, so you gamble again and again, it is addictive because you can win easy money pretty fast, so after few tries you will want to play more And that is the part where your going to be very addictive to it, I think that if you gamble you will need to not try and get back what is lost with gambling because you can never get it back that easily you will need patient and a lot of luck in it. Many people like it to do. And they think that you can earn some fast and easy money, but that is not true. You always lose more money than you win money and that is the problem. I sold a few at $480 a couple of months ago. Right now my sense is that these are long term buying prices, but perhaps will go lower again before halving
I think you sold by the end of last year. Now the price is not increasing above $450. Once it crosses $450 it seems to be a good price to book a profit. Many people made some profit of course. But there are waiting for a higher price and that is very good. They think that they will have some more profit later. And that is very smart. I also think that the value will rise and that we all have some good profit later. |
