Since XC launched, every coin is coming out with an announcement that anonymous transactions are in development. Are any other coins publicly testing their anonymous system? No! I still didn't know how the NRS mint works.
Do I need open wallet in order to mint?
I have some NRS with coin age > 20 days, and I open the wallet but nothing mint.
It could take a while. Just leave it open. I've had to leave my wallet open for a couple of days. |

Same here, but I won't add to my position unless the price goes to full retard levels. What do you consider full retard levels? .0005 ? Yes, 50k and below would be considered full retard levels. If the price ever gets to this point I will be liquidating my IRA and directing full pay checks into XC. Well, I won't get that crazy, but you know what I mean. |

While all this FUD is going on I think ill remind you all why you are here.
1) XC has the best Dev in the Alt-Currency community fullstop. Check out his LinkedIn profile, this isn't up for debate.
Credentials look good indeed. 2) XC has the best plan for anonymous technology, and probably the only Dev who could pull it off
This is the problem right now: Trusted solution = bad plan / fundamental design flaw 3) XC is getting updated pretty much every other day, its moving at a faster pace than nearly any other coin
True 4) XC isn't just a currency, they are building an entire fucking platform.

It's still top 20 marketcap... you can't go top10 in a few days. Seriously. The price went ahead of the fundamentals. The price did overtake the fundamentals. But it just crashed down way below its true value. It's now going to recover. Edit: and just to answer you like other coins bit, it doesn't matter what other coins have planned. This is the first coin I've seen in a while with a truly excellent DEV. This is all that matters. This guy is an absolute genius. The same type of genius that made bitcoin what it is today. This is the most important thing by a mile. You can have everything looking great on paper, but without the propper person to put it all together, its going to fail. Look at what's been accomplished in less than a month, and imagine what's going to get accomplished in the next month. Then imagine three. I wouldn't be here if I didn't think I could make a ridiculous amount of money buying this stock. And now I have, at ridiculously low prices. Anyways, enough defending this project. The Dev speaks for himself with the work he does. Enjoy. After huge movements up and down, sideways movements usually occur. I think we are going to see sideways movement between 90K - 130K for at least a few weeks until Dan makes significant progress/or completes REV2. Unless Dan fails miserably, anyone dumping has done so or probably won't do it below 90k. 100K is a psychological zone that will be tested above and below until the fundamentals change. I don't see it just pumping back up to 200k in the next couple of days. Disclaimer: I could be wrong. In fact, it's a great possibility that I'm wrong.  |

Any such 'dynamic trust system' seems vulnerable to the iterated prisoners dilemma by design. The goal of any blockchain based currency is fully trustless transactions. That's the entire killer app of bitcoin and bitcoin like systems. 'Dynamic trust models' represent a clear problem that has been *long* known about in the literature. People should not keep deferring to somebodies resume to assume infallibility. Wow. Glad I woke up. Looks like we're going to test 0.001225 again, probably rebound @ 0.001. If we fall through 0.001 then I suggest everyone gets their buy orders in above 0.00075, anything lower than that is crazy.
I agree that it's trying to retest. At first glance there is about 100btc of buy support between 12 and 125. Yea. Problem is I don't think even if we rebound off of 0.0012 range we will last that long, I think we will keep retesting it until we break through. And It is only 100BTC. I've got 80k coins left that might have to go, will prob then rebuy @ 0.001. Lets wait for this bull trap to finish then ill decide Yup. It makes that triangle (I don't know the name of it) that keeps bouncing off the floor until it breaks through it. I don't know the name of these things. |

buy wall forming... something is cooking
Buy wall is forming but the sellers are relentless today. Buyers have come in because we hit the bottom of a support line. The chart pattern is very bearish though. We need a lot more buy support to fight off the sellers. |
