and would subsequently lead to sell off of BTC dragging price down below the current interest of the fresh blood...

That is nonsense. Why would any bitcoin hodler sell their bitcoins if ETHf goes down?
1102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi, Bitcoin Is a Commodity Not a Currency on: June 21, 2017, 04:10:47 PM
In this morning Wall Street Journal, Paul Vigna subtitle his article : "Battling camps at odds over digital currency’s purpose—commodity or quick way to settle transactions?"

The beauty of Bitcoin it can be everything that can be represented in digital form. Using it as money is just the simple use case.

BTW, you should learn the difference between money and currency!

Core represents a centralized point in our ecosystem

Core team is the only real counterweight to centralization in ASIC production.

Wu/Ver/Wright credibility will be buried for good.

Russian President Vladimir Putin Discusses Using Ethereum with Vitalik Buterin
At the 2017 St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin. Putin also spoke about Russia’s economic reform and the digital economy, while the central bank discussed bitcoin’s taxation and its own digital currency.

Being on economic forum where the prime minister of biggest Nation Idia with highest cryptocurrency potential is present as well many big companies, but having only the meeting with putin, dictator fo a country with GDP less than Cryptocurrency market capitalisation, is simply evidence of Buterin's incapacity to convince anybody serious that ETH is useful for their real business.

Criminal regime of russia is trying to hide their money from US and EU sanctions and ETH and many ICO last time are the way they found - anonymity and uncontrollable.

If ETH's hope based on durty money from russia and china, then one need to think twice before supporting such a durty coin.

You're still living in the 20th century. Make yourself a favor and stay out of crypto.

There will be only 21 million bitcoins. The fight for every coin will be epic!

If only that were true. The dumpers and sellers keep proving that there is no fight, lol.

There will always be people trying to increase their bitcoin stash by selling high and buying low. Most of them have already burnt their fingers.

Dump, dump dump... what do they do when the ammo's over?

Two options:
- Rob an exchange or other bitcoin business that hold customer bitcoins.
- With margin trading you can sell bitcoins without having a single bitcoin.

No need to take it serious now it's out of control for any Government to regulate this. Bank will disappear from the scene after few years that is the reason they have so many doubt about their future.

ETHf is a centralized bank coin with unlimited supply. Bitcoin is the only currency banks care about. ETHf will disappear when banks disappear. It can easily be killed by banks. Banks pump it to distract noobs from bitcoin.

Wow! So I probably should dump my ETH holdings ASAP and buy what? ETC? LOL!

If you need fuel for smart contracts, yes. You should dump ETHf and buy ETHc.
If you need a pump-and-dump coin to play with you should stick with bank coins like ETHf and XRP. Banks will continue to pump them both. They hope that when ETHf market cap gets bigger than bitcoin market cap that will change something.

Nobody should gamble with max margin!
Heh. That's just my cold stash. I don't actually trade, other than when it matches with my other priorities.

Ah okay. You'll have them back in 2 days.
