x11ltc1btc: "Ok, we will update our pool later, we are weekend now :-)"

Is upgrading the pool software as effortless as it is running a Masternode with a linux VPS?

Stop deamon, copy in new darkcoind, set permissions, start daemon, clear bash, end...

perhaps. but running a pool isn't as effortless as running a masternode.
4606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BitcoinDark (BTCD)--Teleport/Telepathy Privacy Tech--SuperNET Core Coin on: October 25, 2014, 10:18:00 PM
is there other mining sites for btcd besides .ca?

Nope there isn't. It requires a multipool to get paid in btcd.
4607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BitcoinDark (BTCD)--Teleport/Telepathy Privacy Tech--SuperNET Core Coin on: October 25, 2014, 07:55:44 PM
can anybody help me out plz.  im mining at bitcoindark.ca and im getting a message "stratum_recv_line failed". anybody know the status of the site?  thanks

The data center DDoS protection is triggered due to some botnets flooding the ports the past 36 hours. Keep trying it will eventually analyze your connection and tag it legit.

Unless of course it's you with the 600+ ip connections... Then you'll always get that Smiley

Wow, the network weight is only like 52K.   There must be a lot of less people staking, or either they have their coins on the on the exchanges.

45k now, including my weight. Saw your message and opened up my laptop to stake Smiley

do you earn more when the network stake is lower?
4610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Blocknet] The internet of blockchains / XBridge / true cross-chain P2P on: October 25, 2014, 01:35:13 PM
Benthach, you have given no reason why Blocknet tokens "will have no interest and on incentive" (sic).

Unless you can give a reason, your post is purely a subjective opinion.

And unless you can provide a solid argument behind your reason, nobody will be persuaded.

Finally since your post is loaded with emotive and negative terms, it is FUD. Please do not post FUD again here.

Here's a list of reasons why Blocknet tokens are worth buying.

Section 1: The Blocknet is the internet of blockchains; it provides what crypto needs most:

- a feasibly-sized userbase for coins, so their tech can actually get used

- a platform to turn coins' tech into services, so tech can generate revenue

- a method of converting all of crypto into a B2B services offering of incredible power

As such, the Blocknet stands to change the entire landscape of crypto, and become a foundational pillar of crypto for the indefinite future.

Section 2: shareholders get to profit from the Blocknet's status as a foundational pillar:

- holders receive income from fees

- holders profit if their tokens increase in value

You seem smart but always fail to present facts accurately.

SuperNET is a make-money-with-services as well.

Price itīs still going down, this is dead. Thanks, another shit scam ico coin where i lose money.

Did you also post this in the Bitcoin thread? It's hodling better than most everything else out there.
4612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BitcoinDark (BTCD)--Teleport/Telepathy Privacy Tech--SuperNET Core Coin on: October 25, 2014, 01:02:11 PM
Very wonderful progress being made! Thanks, as ever, James.
I'd love to know the motives of the dumper.

I think this is a fundamental difference between SuperNET and BlockNET: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=829576.msg9313526#msg9313526
Please feel free to chip in to whatever discussion results. I just can't see how BlockNET will compare from a revenue-generation point of view.

There is an odd silence in the BlockNET thread about this... I will bump it again in the morning if I don't get an answer, though I suspect things are going on in the background.

Great point you bring up here Cassius!  Your question is definitely getting some play in the Blocknet forum now.  I've seen many asking for clarity and have NOT seen any answers which clearly explain a direct answer to the qustion.  Very slick Mister!  Wink

Peace

they've answered, the guy puts on like his smart, but always lies regarding how SuperNET works in comparisons. Guess is the price drop in XC show's not many people really on board with the clone.

Mother Earth needs to try an protect the planet from the path of destruction we have set on it. Lethal infection is a good way do it with minimal destruction. But if that fails, expect natural disasters to continue to rise in magnitude.

im alive but u guys are not.

we can push this coin anywhere we want but we need community here.

this is your first post in 2 months and you say you are alive?

You need to push some code if you think it's going to go anywhere else
I don't think so. He'd rather try new exchanges and acceptance of the coin. But... well... maybe I shouldn't be so clever, I have similar problems with the coin I am the dev of. Crackfoo, you shouldn't claim so much from the devs, but from the traders and the community, too. What can I (as a friend of SIS) or You (as a friend of SIS) do for the coin?

come'on now don't be silly. The community tired and asked questions that haven't been answered. Why should they do anything more? Dev can't even update the OP with changes that have happened! Lazy as fuck expecting shell outs.
