161  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling Versus Traditional Gambling on: October 22, 2018, 04:46:53 PM
There is a few good things about online gambling, it's faster (if you want) but it also can be totally fair. You never know what's going on with a physical roulette or a lottery, they could be rigging the numbers and you would never know, crypto made famous the ''provably fair'' system where you can check each bet, ticket, spin. As I was saying in another thread, I tried www.eosplay.com because they have a totally fair system where you can check each roll/number to see if it's truly random.
Provably fair system is one of the advantage of the online gambling but the truth is most of the people are much restricted to accept it because all are happening in digital format so they thinks the gambling sites are manipulating the results and they were trusting the physical gambling. So people need to understand that is the main advantage when compared to the cheaters of real life casino.
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think mining is still fair on: October 21, 2018, 05:12:38 PM
Still lot of altcoins were profitable to mine so we need to do research on best coins with low difficulty, direct mining of ethereum may not be profitable unless you have very cheap electricity so don't mine ethereum if you don't have powerful GPU and cheap electricity. If you are looking for some suggestion to mine now maybe it will be monero.
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: December is coming no real growth for alts yet... on: October 21, 2018, 03:12:13 PM
First of all don't expect too much from now until end of this year because it looks like nothing is going to happen and ETF approval also against the crypto currencies which make the prices too fall more if the results announced so better be ready for more bearish trend if the bull run begins just glads to accept that.
164  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are we still "Early Adopters"? on: October 21, 2018, 02:01:42 PM
I'm glad to know your opinions about that...

Try to image 10 years from now...It will be comparable with 2009 "early adopters"?
For sure, even the people who enters at 2019 are still early adopters because the crypto currencies still not adopted in main stream for the payment and lot of people may not heard the world crypto currencies yet so if you are buying crypto currencies then glad to be early adopters of crypto currencies.
165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China: Man Sentenced to Prison for Stealing Railway Electricity to Mine Bitcoin on: October 21, 2018, 08:25:25 AM
3.5 years is excessive though jesus. THREE YEARS just for stealing electricity? Man I am glad I don't live in China, sounds like a horrible place to live.

I think a more reasonable sentence is three months, or possibly even just long community service, what a joke.
Its a crime to steal government property its not in China and in many countries they have severe punishment for stealing the electricity or governments good along with big amount of penalty so no one have to do this kind of activity if they don't want get punished. But its the crime done by the person by stealing the electricity so don't concentrate on bitcoins here it is just like crimes as normal.
166  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IS HOLDING TRULY THE SOLUTION TO DROP OF BTC PRICE? on: October 21, 2018, 04:09:29 AM
Yes,if you are about the bitcoin price then holding can be the best option to save ourselves from loss or you can just sell at the beginning of price drops then buy when the prices starts to recover which is the most profitable option that is why everyone is trying to do that but it is not easy as it looks like because we never know when the price drops or increase until it became happened.
167  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Holding unregulated crypto asset may attract punishment in India on: October 20, 2018, 06:01:28 PM
This step is not very practical and there are millions of crypto users in India. Are they going to jail all of them? If the government goes ahead with something like this, then they will face a lot of outcry from the public as well.

It wasn't very practical to demonetise high denomination notes thus boning a large amount of the population up the chocolate whizzway. They did it anyway. Since they didn't flinch at the idea of doing that I see no reason why they wouldn't do this too.
Maybe they won't ban the cryptos in the near future because in India there will be parliament election in the next year so normally the ruling parties won't take any negative decisions at this time which means the decision from the government about cryptos maybe will be in pending until the election results announced.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scam projects, what should we do! on: October 20, 2018, 05:06:57 PM
This year we have witnessed many scams projects that we have invest in more than others years.  I think scamming activities is high this year more than others years and I will like to find out the way out of this. Are we going to find solutions for this by developing more security projects? I think we can kick scammers from icos market and if we can not do this governments should come in and help this market.
Governments are not going to help us anyway because they don't know how that is why they are restricting the users from participating on ICOs so it has disadvantage over the positive sides. So we need to do something to help these scammers away from the crypto just by learning how to identify the scammers and most of the times they can be found by doing proper research about their project team.
169  Economy / Services / Re: [SURVEY]|Take a quick Survey about Gambling & Bitcoin/Crypto|Get $3 in BTC on: October 20, 2018, 02:52:05 PM
It's hard not to think that there are groups of people gaming this cos of the 3 bucks.  Lol.
Hhampuz, I think it's better not to include the data from some accounts as it could be from the same people.  They're skewing your sample.
Yes,it looks like people were creating new account for getting three dollars so Hhampuz better to make some changes in this rule.
All ranks are welcome. All payouts will be sent out each Thursday. Make sure that you fill out your Bitcointalk name & BTC Address correctly to avoid any and all confusions.

Maybe make it as for Jr.member or Member and above to participate in this survey to avoid alt accounts to cheat this survey which can leads to the result in wrong way tho.
170  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Improvements in Bounty Campaigns on: October 20, 2018, 12:58:19 PM
The question is : What would you change or might add to make it more reliable or interesting?
We can see already lot of changes in the signature campaigns which are paying in weekly basis, they already added merit requirements and selection process get strict nowadays so the spammers are going for the bounty campaigns which are paying in tokens but there also merit requirements need to be added to save forum from the spam.Maybe we need some criteria to be a bounty manager, the copper membership or campaign run on their own will not be allowed to manage campaigns.
171  Economy / Economics / Re: LETS KICK OUT POVERTY USING BITCOIN on: October 20, 2018, 08:18:07 AM
It is not possible by using the bitcoin because it is form of currency so it has nothing to reduce the poverty but it maybe helpful in somewhat reducing the tax pays to the individuals so it can make the people to save more money than before but poor people are not supposed to pay huge taxes so it won't make any changes in their kicking out of poverty from this world.Eve though it maybe possible the whales don't let that happen because they will keep earning money from others losses.
172  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Why has the cryptocurrency market been so stagnant this month? on: October 19, 2018, 06:28:15 PM
Grin Grin Grin Grin

Not that they abandoned there account but they switched to forex trading saying that it is more comfortable and predictable to them that crypto markets. i was confused at the first instance because i thought for someone trading forex must have been a professional. such person will not have difficulties trading the crypto market. but it didn't happened. so i asked again, is there much difference between trading crypto and forex?
Lot of differences there first of all the crypto currencies are highly volatile and impossible to determine what will happen but in forex trading you can analyze what will happen when you research about current world's economy. Then no break in the crypto trading but in forex trading you need to take a break at weekends. And the inflation has big role in forx trading but it may not be a big aspect in crypto trading so finally you need to have lot of analytical skills if you want to be forex trader.
173  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you find Success in Gambling? on: October 19, 2018, 04:18:29 PM
I myself often play gambling and what I get , at this time, I experienced winning in playing gambling but tomorrow I suffered defeat,so in my opinion the impossible thing can be success from gambling
If you want success in gambling in longer format then it will be impossible because the probability of loss is more than the winning. But that is not the right thing to do in gambling because it will destroy why we are going for gambling which means we will only get tensed rather than enjoying the adrenaline from gambling.
174  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Daily trade Vs long trade on: October 19, 2018, 02:16:01 PM
I think day trading will be extreme hard for the newbies so you need to learn the basics of trading by doing long term trading at the initial stages and the find your trading pairs for the day trade then be a daily trader when you got enough experience but long or short term trade should be determined by you and your intention of why you want to be trader.
175  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with normal games on: October 19, 2018, 12:51:52 PM
Do your remember or you play PES soccer? I played that with friends a lot, really a lot. 1 vs 1 or 2 vs 2 with miltitab, like 4 or 8 of us we make a little competition, each of us give some money and first place takes all. We start in the evening and play until the early hours next day, all night we bet against individual games, nothing big sometimes not even in money, in who will do something if they lose. That was like that until I "grow up". Now I don`t have so much free time like i had 10 years ago when I was younger, without wife and kids. now I gamble online because its open always, and when I have time I just gamble, with friends its hard to meet this days. when I can they can, when they can I can`t.
Missing those old days huh? Cry

I am also missing those old days when I was young I play those kind of games with friends but now it is hard to get the spare time in our busy life that is why we opt for online gamblig now a days but in my opinion those games with friends are more entertained than current form of betting even the amount was low at those time.
176  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does convince people to enjoy gambling is a wrong idea? on: October 19, 2018, 09:53:11 AM
Sometimes it might help to save a friend's life when not having some earnings from real life as well.
I wouldn't do that, I'll encourage him to look for a job instead of convincing him to gamble. I might be part of his misfortune if I'm the one encouraged him to gamble while he doesn't have a stable source of income.

Gamblers that doesn't have stable source of income will literally depend in gambling if they see a chance that they can make it as part of their lives. But I think that's not how it should go, I just can't feel it to encourage one person to gamble if I see the possible result.

Actually it could be a responsibility for you but the person is adult and he can make a right choice for himself.
He may be an adult but you don't push someone to the wrong term of using gambling as a way to earn "some earnings".

He has freedom of choice but you don't account yourself to push him that way. Its okay if you'll just teach him to gamble naturally and just to have fun, there's nothing wrong with that but to the extent of you want to help him but in the wrong way, I think that's a bad idea.
Convincing someone that gambling is the easiest way to earn money is really wrong thing to do so don't teach anyone in the wrong direction which makes the gambling as haunted among the normal people because they are doing for wrong purposes.
177  Economy / Services / Re: [SURVEY]|Take a quick Survey about Gambling & Bitcoin/Crypto|Get $3 in BTC on: October 19, 2018, 09:50:23 AM

178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO's and the future on: October 18, 2018, 03:51:53 PM
This is because of the investors who ready to invest on any project without knowing actual value if it scammers use this ICOs are their platform to scam in millions even the projects run by the good bounty managers were scams so don't trust anyone if you are investing on ICOs if you know that project is legit and profitable just go for it.
179  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to Trade cryptocurrencies comfortably with profit on: October 18, 2018, 01:40:02 PM
But the practical answer is no,we can't be 100% get success in all our crypto trades because sometimes our loss will be based on after the trades so its not possible here but if you can make profits in the crypto trading more than you losses then you are okay here so don't try to confuse them when you are trading crypto currencies.
180  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Positive or negative promotion strengthens crypto market? on: October 18, 2018, 07:30:58 AM
Definitely negative promotion will not strengthen the crypto currencies but it will help the name to be recognized more by the people so when there is positive news about it they will accept crypto currencies and make use of it.People keep spreading false news about the cryptos as ponzi we need to get them away first if we want the cryptos to be recognized as what it is.
