It happens when you used the same email to register on any websites especially related to cloud mining sites or any related sites, they sold those email to any people/company/organizations. So if Skrill does have a feature to change email then try to change it since I can't assure that 2FA is enough, there are so many reports from exchanges or any sites related to crypto with the 2FA enabled accounts getting hack plus try to change your password to a strong one.

It's normal, Governments always wants to get its share. Government as an entity isn't much interested in anything else.
Now, how they spend this depends on:
1. Whether they collect money only to provide for themselves, as in my country, or:
2. They collect the money to provide for the benefit of the society, which should be the purpose of the Government.
In the latter case, I hold nothing against them taxing anything.
About your question - Bitcoin shouldn't be considered a property. But that is only my opinion.
But bitcoin is not a property it is just a currency so we need to consider it as a currency if we change the property of bitcoin for someone's benefit then bitcoin may not last long as it could be.Even if it consider it as a currency still governments will get benefit but still it is hard to categorize and hard to regulate so its still the governments and politicians need to make decisions in this case. |

There is so much hustle going on about this exchange getting hacked and the funds getting lost . Similar thing happened in an Indian exchange too and the people who kept money in exchange lost it . This would obviously create a sense of panic . Giving your id might be their process as this is a local exchange , so i don't think there will be a problem about that . If you are not the only one who got losses then you might get a refund , otherwise forget about it and move on.
Even if the exchange got hacked means the chance of getting refund is very less because they don't have enough money to pay all the account holders and we agree all the terms and conditions before sign up into any exchange so its our fault to kept that account unsecured because most of exchanges provide Two factor authentication so if you enabled this means your funds won't get hacked so exchange have no role to play in this case. |

Once customers are ready to pay, the stores will follow. At least three things needs to happen: 1) Adoption of crypto wallets needs to increase (preferable with pre-funded assets) 2) Each wallet provider needs to agree on a standard protocol for payment (Maybe Payment Request API (W3))? 3) Store owners need a merchant app to receive payment with further integration into multiple accounting systems. There's nothing new about these kind of schemes in ICOs. It is safer to invest on some established cryptocurrencies or tokens that are already running and currently circulating in a different exchanges. The ico said in the news are just like those hyip before lol.
Recently in my country someone got scammed by investing on an ICO,all the money he invested is his black money and the money is about $100M.So people need to be careful on what they are investing and in this case it is just black money so he can't do anything here. I personally think lots of crypto casinos / dice etc. sites are managed by one or at most a few people who handle support along with other duties. Main reason why I think people might feel like support on some sites is bad.
