961  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: All who are doubtful and fearful, please watch this on: February 06, 2018, 12:16:29 PM
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F4OKuF8JLn0

Please watch this video. The guy is absolutely right on so many levels.

1) crypto is not the only market which is experiencing a pull-back
2) Everyone TALKS about Bitcoin, but not many people actually HAVE Bitcoin. That mean, there are a lot more money pouring into the market.
3) It's time to PLAN a solid plan to execute, when market will turn

ARE YOU READY?
ARE YOU READY FOR THE BIGGEST EVENT WHICH IS COMING?

Let me know what you think about this guys, this is a short video, and the guy encompassed the whole night of my own research and more in this video.

Yeah, crypto currency is not only falling the stock market also crashing which is happened due to the deflation from tether as experts says,so I think it is the time to buy some coins for cheaper price the price will get back to again sooner or later but for sure it will happen. But many people are scared now to invest on bitcoin due to its continue fall,if the fall continue for two more days then which is called as bubble burst but I hope it will stabilize before that.
For the people who have enough dare to invest now will reap a huge profits in the future.
962  Economy / Speculation / Re: I bought at 19k, now what? on: February 06, 2018, 05:55:33 AM
Unfortunately, people make poor financial decisions and they do not listen to good advice and then they want to complain when things fall apart. A lot of us are constantly telling people not to finance their bitcoin investment with dept. Crypto currency investment is a HIGH risk investment.

What is your monthly instalment on that credit?

If you did not buy bitcoins with credit, I would have suggested this strategy, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2878321.msg29569366#msg29569366 but it is even more risky at this stage, because it might put you in deeper trouble if you financed this with debt.

The only thing to do now, if you cannot afford to pay the debt, is to sell say 1 of the coins and to pay the debt with that money. Then you must hope that the price might recover and that the remaining coin or coins will cover the losses.
You are right people never understand about the crypto currency investment they are just looking to make more money in short time so it has great risks too.Buying crypto with loans is the most stupidity ever because if the price of that coin crashes then you will be trapped and may end fatal. Now you just need to hold your coin now or you just sell one bitcoin and pay the interest amount and invest the remaining bitcoins into ICO then the price of bitcoin may recovered at the time of you receiving tokens but it also a huge risky thing. But I think it needs more time to recover from the current price fall than usual because now more countries are against bitcoin.

964  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which cryptocurrency is safe haven right now ? on: February 06, 2018, 03:18:55 AM
Amid Bank FUD / Price drop / Tether FUD, which "CRYPTOCURRENCY" to hodl for safe haven right now ? Im confusing and fear, but can not sold crypto to fiat.
No crypto currency is safe to invest right now other than Tether because it is the only coin is stay at these value, but every other cryptos fell upto 15%-30% so the crypto currency market is collapsed right now.I hope these situation will be back to normal when the clear news about regulation in some countries until that lot of rumors and fake news are created against bitcoin.
The only thing we have to do right now is just hold the coins as it is and if you can buy,buy more potential crypto currencies which soon will bump at the back end of this year. But this awful run may continue for a little while so investors don't get panic and sell your holdings.
965  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why is Bitcoin falling? on: February 05, 2018, 06:46:34 PM
Bitcoin has fallen by more than 56 percent since the turn of the year, after peaking at nearly $20,000 in December 2017.

CoinMarketCap price charts show that bitcoin has been falling for weeks, though this latest crash has been blamed on mounting confusion surrounding the Indian Government’s stance on cryptocurrencies.
There are lots of reasons behind this price crash first thing is that the rumors of India ban but India didn't do anything just a statement from their finance minister did more things, and the south Korea and China regulations so the people from that country can't contribute well since that regulations and the main reason for the falling is people selling they are continue to sell their bitcoin holdings that why it is falling too hard. Now the price of bitcoin is under $7K in preev.com.
966  Other / Off-topic / Re: Selling or buying? It's your very own decision! on: February 05, 2018, 03:44:55 PM
I suggest you to know the market's tendency first!
Yeah,it is our own decision and I think no one is advertising bitcoin anything and no one asked to buy us.Just people we are attracted to the bitcoin by its huge price growth in the recent days. But people need to understand about the crypto currency investment before investing on them because it is too volatile so the investor can lose the investment money too at any time so he must invest only the affordable money to lose.
Bitcoin has a huge tendency it can jump upto $5000 in a day so no doubt in that but people need to believe on bitcoin and need to hold their coins when it is falling.

Hi mate,I think there is a little flaw in the rules.Rule 1 says Must make at least 25 posts per week. But the rule 7 says Users not posting a minimum of 30 posts a week for 2 weeks be removed. .

Hope you will make it clear for the participants. Smiley

I think it is not the right section for your thread,it should be better if you move this thread to the market place section. You can find the move topic option on the bottom of the left corner and the link to the market place section is https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=5.0
969  Other / Meta / Re: Applying as a Merit Source on: February 04, 2018, 01:10:49 PM
You quoted some really good posts there. If I had a merit point, I would have given it to one of these.  Can a newbie also apply ?
As far as I know theymos has not mentioned anything about required rank in order to be eligible for applying as a merit source but I recommend you to not to. It is stated in his thread about merit points that he will look into your post history and I dont think anyone who haven't spent that much time here in the forum will be able to apply. Nevertheless, there is no harm in trying so go on and try. For more info about merit system go here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2818350.0
As you said theymos didn't mention the rank required to apply as a merit source but here mentioned that merit source need to be an established member of the forum.
If you want to be a merit source:
1. Be a somewhat established member.
But I exactly don't know the meaning of it so I think newbie status is not gonna be fit for the merit source application. So he just have to contribute with his quality posts for now maybe in future he can be one of them. Smiley
970  Other / Meta / Re: How members earn money here ? on: February 04, 2018, 01:00:59 PM
I am new here and saw some posts that now it is hard to make money here. What are the ways to earn on this forum ? Please suggest genuine ways only.

If you have skills then you can earn money here or anywhere, but don't consider it is a place of earning money only,it is a best place to learn about crypto currencies and the upcoming ICOs,you can invest on them to earn money and can get experts help here.
If you want to earn money without any investment then you are little bit late here because the new merit level ranking system is gonna be a tough task for the rank up and joining signature campaigns. But still you can do bounties such as social, media and translation service, designing and signature creation to earn money.
971  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price fluctuations mainly affected by what? on: February 04, 2018, 09:04:34 AM
Bitcoin's recent price volatility is very large,
So in the end bitcoin price factors what,
Your opinion
The reason for the price fluctuation is people selling their bitcoins after hearing the news of banning and regulation, blah blah which is been spreading by the bitcoin haters or the whales.

The price of bitcoin is based on demand and supply, bitcoin is very limited amount when compared to other cryptos or fiat money. When people selling even the portion of bitcoin it will affect the price. If people sell bitcoin it will increase the supply results in price decrease and vice versa,so the price of bitcoin is always osscillating.
972  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Are heavy fees and transaction delays in BTC causing crypto market to fail? on: February 04, 2018, 06:07:11 AM
Please correct me if I am wrong but isnt Eth cheaper to send than bitcoin and faster?

We are the one going to set the fee for the crypto currency transaction so you can set low fee for the bitcoin transactions too,the confirmation time will be based on how much your fee is going to be,the higher is the fee then more quicker your transaction will be confirmed.ETH transactions are also same the transaction priority will be based on gas you going to set.

So the fee is the key thing which can decide that your transaction will be faster or slower. But now the tranffic in the blockchain much got cleared and people started to use SegWit address too which can perform the transaction quicker than the legacy one.

974  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum will beat Bitcoin? on: February 03, 2018, 06:41:30 PM
Many of the crypto analysts and investors think that Ethereum will beat the bitcoin by the end of the next year. What's your opinion on it? Specially when market is down ans Ethereum is still performing better.
Nothing is impossible in crypto currency market so maybe it will happen, because ethereum is one of the stable coin when its compared to bitcoin with too volatility in its price. But the ethereum can beat bitcoin by means of market cap value on one year or two but in temrs of price its is going to be hard and I think it never reaches the price of bitcoin due to its vast availability.
Nothing for sure, everything is possible here just wait and lets see what will happen. Roll Eyes
975  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Should we pay taxes on Bitcoin? on: February 03, 2018, 04:56:28 PM
You should pay the taxes if your country government has taxation system for crypto currencies. But many developing countries don't have any taxes yet for the bitcoins so you no need to pay any taxes you just can pay the income taxes which is supposed to pay annually if you earn more than the country limits. But we don't have to pay any taxes actually because bitcoin was a decentralized technology it was found to be fight against the centralized fiat system but the governments are making benefits from everything so they are controlling the crypto usages too.
976  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If bitcoin is gone will the other coin survive? on: February 03, 2018, 03:40:02 PM
No,will be my answer even though there is no relation between the price of bitcoin and other crypto currency but it is indirectly connected between to the crypto investors, who always choose to invest on other crypto currency when the bitcoin price keeps going and they will cashout when the bitcoin started to fall.so it looks like directly proportional if bitcoin fails then people will lose interest or trust on the other crypto currencies.
But there is no chance for that to happen because bitcoin was grown from ashes now it becomes a big giant even it crashed recently. So people still have trust on bitcoins and holding their bitcoin until there is investors the bitcoin will last long.
977  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Green day on: February 03, 2018, 01:04:51 PM
Hi guys do you think the dip is end and the green days wil go on ?
I hope so it is the end and the green will continue to grow but it is too early to say it is the end of dip because crypto currency market is too volatile and the price might fall if any country announce regulations so still the hard days will continue for it.Recently the price fell due to the India Ban but it is a fake news now people understand that there is nothing happened for bitcoin India thats why the price keeps going in the upward direction.
Still the price of bitcoin is stuck under $9000 and I am confused why all the coins are bumping and dumping at the same time with same rate maybe the manipulation from whales. So we need to hold our coins whatever comes because the price will recover even after the big crashes.
978  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What stage of adoption is Crypto currently at? on: February 03, 2018, 06:32:23 AM
Were are just at the first step of a big ladder we still need to go a long way.Bitcoin was found to be used a currency but I don't think people using it a currency yet because it is not accepted as a means of payment in normal day to day usage. So it needs some more years to adopt fully to the crypto currency system. But crypto currency is spreading all around the world rapidly due to price fluctuations of bitcoin. But many people afraid to accept it as a currency due to volatility in its price. So we will use the crypto currency as a currency when the prices are sabilized at some point.
979  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time is ticking, the ship is almost full before it takes off on: February 02, 2018, 07:32:33 PM
Yes,seems right bacause the price of bitcoin and other coins are bumping exactly at the same time so this is the action or manipulation by the whales so we need to buy more coins as much as we can to earn more profits.I feel pity for the people who sold their coins today because they were really trapped by whales and now the price is getting back to the upward direction. But it is too early to say that price is recovering because it can fall at any moment so we need to keep hold our coins to encourage the price recovery soon.If we sell your coins it will surely affect that coin's price.
980  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lesson - History of Bitcoin crashes on: February 02, 2018, 04:13:26 PM
The crashes doesn't affect the long term holders and the investors who really believe in bitcoins, the history always shows that price of bitcoin will recover even after the severe crashes. So it will now recover too.I hope this time the crash might end soon.Because already a big wave in the price bump in all the crypto currencies which is happened sharply at the same time.So people hold you crypto currencies or you will worry later.I am really trying to stop the FUD around the forum which was created by the bitcoin haters. This kind of thread really help with that.
