461  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is For Risk Takers on: June 18, 2018, 08:04:41 AM
I agree that it is for risk traders only. but if you do proper research and invest in new coins, it will reduce the risks involved.
Investing on the new coins just increases the risk involved because we don't have any idea that how investor will react to that technology so it is better to invest on the already reputed crypto if you don't want to take such kind of risks, but it is still risky though so don't invest more than you can afford to lose at any coins mainly don't lend money to invest on the crypto currencies because many people are now suffering who invested at late 2017.
462  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Does a Business selling Bitcoin charge VAT? (I'm not talking about Tax, CGT,etc) on: June 18, 2018, 08:01:33 AM
So hypothetically, say I have accumulated over the year 1000 BTC as a business owner. The BTC was bought with business money so its purely owned by the business (No need to get into personal tax issues). I then as the business owner decided to sell some BTC to customers through the business. Do i have to charge a rate of Vat on top of the amount I'm selling to the customer?

I don't think any countries have VAT for the bitcoin so you can sell your bitcoins if you want and if your country has taxation system then you have to pay accordingly.VAT means Value added Tax so I saw it is only included for the things like elcetronics products mostly and I never saw VAT in currency exchange in my country.Do other country people have?

But if you directly want to sell your bitcoin you can go to exchange or LBC where you don't have any issues like these.
463  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Country backed coins, a good idea? on: June 18, 2018, 06:00:57 AM
That would basically almost be similar to what we currently have with fiat currency but instead it would be backed in cryptocurrency. I personally do not think it would be a good idea because one of the main reasons for cryptocurrency is for their to be a decentralized economy and if each country has their own coin then those governments could regulate it to their liking and we would still be back to having separated currency.
Yes,crypto currency have to be centralized if it was created and backed up by something then it is same as the fiat money system and it won't bring any changes apart from the current system. So it is not a good idea though for us because we will not get any additional benefit from using those centralized currency. And there are some countries already started to think about the crypto currency for their own but still no country created I think.
464  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is the best exchange for Trading on: June 17, 2018, 12:43:28 PM
I suggest Binance, relatively low fees and high liquidity. Also has USDT markets.
Yes,Binance is one of the good exchange and more trusted by the crypto currency users. But I suggest the users to pick the exchanges based in their holdings because the price for the crypto currency will change in each changes so go to the coinmarketcap and pick the exchanges where you are getting the highest price for your coins. And also chack the terms and condition of any exchanges before signing up because they want KYC to withdraw your funds so If you can't do that your funds will stuck there.
465  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Scared Of Taxes on: June 17, 2018, 08:22:32 AM
Hey All, I've been trading like a maniac the past few years using lots of different exchanges and not keeping records of trades. It would be nice to send a few btc back to coinbase for USD but I'm afraid some blockchain explorer they have will follow the transactions back through everything and I could get into trouble fortrading altcoins. Am I being ridiculous? Sounds ridiculous as I type. I suppose at some point I need to take profits but I'm just nervous about going back to coinbase.
Yes,don't go to Coinbase if you don't want to pay the taxes because they keep your records of transaction and will submit to IIRC if they requires it,I think the best option for you to go to LBC and where you can find the traders with different payment options so you can either choose one of them or you can ask those traders for face to face transaction for cash. But I don't suggest anyone to do tax frauds because this is the thing keep the people's mind bad about the crypto currency investment.
466  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to get rid of emotions when trading on: June 17, 2018, 06:41:05 AM
Its always not hard for people not to feel
emotional in whatever they are doing
But experience will help us to do that...

Being an experienced trader will make help us to read the market condition very well and will help us to decide what will be best for the current situation of an market. For that all you need clear determination of what you have to achieve from your investment, don't do it just as an gambling then it may not help your to survive longer in this field.
467  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: POLL ; VOTING for which are the best Cryptocurrency Exchanges ? on: June 16, 2018, 12:13:39 PM
until now Binance and bittrex exchanges are the best. with the level of popularity and trust is very good then we will feel comfortable doing trading on the site. security is an important factor because not many sites that can promise it. until now so I only trust some exchanges only, as I mentioned earlier that security is a very serious problem in the world of trading. do not sacrifice the risks that we have reached, use the exchange that is really true because only with it then we can lead to success.
Binance is one of the most commonly used exchange my post of the people because it is user friendly and better security, but every exchange has some flaws too like they are taking very long time for responding to an support ticket so it need to be resolved to call them as the best exchange. But now a days lot of new exchanges were came but still their trust level is low and even some of the best exchanges getting hacked are the reason why people are not depositing to new exchanges so new exchanges takes time to get themselves proved.

470  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I wish I dump all the BTC in late DEC 2017 on: June 14, 2018, 06:19:18 PM
what a year, wish I dump all the coin in late DEC lol

and today, spend the 100% from that capital and bought it again, so u still holding the same amount as late DEC while steady with the 900% profits..
You have to be lucky if you wish that to happen but don't think about the past too much or you will never njoy your future, still you can make profits by investing on the bitcoins because maybe the price of bitcoin will reach $1M or more and if you bought the bitcoins now,you still can make more profits than now,so think about the future it may give new ideas to reach your goal.
471  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Advice to convert BTC to USD via western union on: June 13, 2018, 07:52:08 AM
Hello guys, can someone please advice on how to: convert  BTC to USD via western union and receive the transfer in Latin America.

I want to sell some bitcoins but I see there are a lot os scam sites
As everyone saying localbitcoins.com is the best place you can convert your bitcoins safely or you still looking for other ways go to the currency exchange section and create a thread regarding your order you may get traders there but most commonly western Union is not a payment method so chance of finding the traders in personal is less.

473  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Indian crypto currency exchange takes Central Bank to court against recent ban on: June 12, 2018, 11:36:59 AM
Another development in the case. Even though it is not actually a development but a sad case. MoneyTradeCoin, who was one of the beneficiaries of the court case filed against RBI circular of banning crypto currencies from the banking sector, has been busted by Mumbai Police in investigation of a ponzi fraud scheme of over 500 Cr.

The police reportedly said that, "The accused allegedly posed as representatives of the Union Finance Ministry and had also prepared fake identity cards to cheat people". Even though I personally want to remove the cheaters and fraudsters from the crypto ecosystem, this particular case made us weak because this company was one of the beneficiaries of the court case.

News link: https://www.ndtv.com/mumbai-news/thane-rs-500-crore-cryptocurrency-scam-busted-in-maharashtras-thane-over-25-000-cheated-1862825
yes, this is sad and it can make them to think that all of us are scammer. Undecided

But I hope this case still have some other person to run by to get the victory on the crypto side because India is one of the biggest nation in Asia so other countries may follow their decision about the crypto currencies. On the pther side there were some news spreading that India is going to implement 18% taxes on crypto trading which is true?
474  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: June 12, 2018, 06:47:36 AM
I always set a limit to everything whether it be Gambling, or Investing. The easiest way to loose is to gamble (and loos) everything you got, Only gamble and invest what you are willing to loose!!! Limits are a great thing in this industry!!!!
Setting a limit is the most important because we are taking risk here, which means there is no assurance of our success.
If we set a limit, we can only spend the amount that we can afford to lose, and in that way if we fail in gambling, we still have money left to  live our life.
Only when we are too addicted where the limit will be eliminated because we have no control anymore.
Yes having limits in the investments are gambling will be called as calculated risks so we are not in problem if we even lose the money that we invested, but in gambling most of the people want to just earn money so they are going back with their loss with no limits by spending more and more money there which results in addiction and loss of our wealth. So we need to have set up limits while doing gambling to protect ourselves from addiction.
475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: CNBC reporting 2000 USD for Bitcoin! on: June 11, 2018, 04:19:53 PM
Maybe BTC will not see 10K this year: strong possibility and will make a fool of all the clowns saying it will go to 25K etc!
Who knows anything can be possible in the crypto field,I never thought that bitcoin even reach $1000 couple of years back but last year it alsmost traded at $20K so the growth was actually happened but not the prices is below $7K,but it doubt that it will fall below $6K again so $2000 is far from those value.

And do you have any proof that it will not go to $10K or $25K except that useless price chart of bitcoin. Shocked
476  Economy / Exchanges / Re: what is the best exchange in 2018 on: June 11, 2018, 02:14:30 PM
Different people have different thoughts about the best exchange in the world.

There are a lot of good exchanges on the market but I have to choose a fast, scary, reliable, and authentic exchange, and the most important thing in choosing an exchange is easily available in our region.

I think Bittrex is the best exchange in 2018. I still have hope with Bittrex, although nobody else likes this exchange,
This is my best exchange and nothing is worth it.
Yes different people have different thoughts but it all depends on the coin which are trading if we are trading the coin which has highest price in binance the people will say binance is the best exchange and it changes according to the coin's price but in my opinion the criteria for the best exchange is that have good support team which can resolve any problems in a matter of time but now most of the exchanges need atleast days to get response for our support ticket.
477  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is anyone trading through this exchange?? on: June 11, 2018, 01:10:46 PM
Crypto trading is something that we all love, at least me. But there is no who will say it's all that easy to do it. You are bombed with many hurdles, which often kills your energy and makes people struggle a fair bit.

In fact, I have found doing Crypto trading as difficult as one could ever think off, but before people take wrong meaning out of this, I mean by finding quality exchanger to be able to trade smoothly, so that's where the trouble begins.

I have found it better to trade through Forex Brokers, who provide up with this stuff, not original Crypto exchangers, as they are too difficult and costly as well. But I have recently found iCoin - https://www.icoin.in.th and thought it to be extremely simple and straight forward much like my current (Forex brokers), but I love to hear whether anyone hear done trading with them?

If anyone here has used them, then please share the experience you had.

Don't use those kind of exchanges if they have lack of reviews because the chance for scam is highly possible and also you can search your available exchanges for your coin on the coinmarket cap where you cn find the best and reputed exchange so don't waste your hard earned money by giving them into an doubtful exchange.
478  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Go Below 6000 USD? on: June 11, 2018, 11:27:57 AM
And discuss why or why not?

I just wanna know all your opinions.  I was also gonna make this a poll, but I think the discussion 'why' (or why not) would be better.

Let's also have some fun around in the thread...  Wink
No,it will not go below $6000 because even in this year there were lot of bump and dump happened but it doesn't go beyond that $6000 so for now $6k is the bottom level and it is my own opinion I didn't do any technical analysis because most of the time it becomes false. But yesterday there is a huge dump occurred which may triggered the panic button among the newbie investors so now the price is slightly below $7K hope it will bump back soon.
479  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin technology has been obsolete, why bitcoin prices still expensive? on: June 11, 2018, 08:22:56 AM
I want to ask, many people are talking about bitcoin technology, they say bitcoin technology is old and outdated, why bitcoin prices are still expensive, why do so many people also buy bitcoin, according to you, what determines the price of bitcoin
The price of bitcoin determines by the demand and supply so the price is still expensive because of its high demand, and I don't understand why you sating that technology is outdated,it is the new blockchain technology which is implemented only on the crypto field still yet to implemented in the different sectors too,so which means it is still new and future technology so the price will get more increase in the upcoming years.
480  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Signature campaign for Jr. Member? on: June 10, 2018, 05:31:32 PM
Hi everyone! I just ranked up to Jr. Member and i read some threads that you'll need atleast to get to jr member to join a signature campaign, can you give some best suggest on where to join one? I really want to learn more about this, not just for me but also for the others out there.

Thankyou!
I think those were old threads now you need to be at least to be a member ranked member to join in signature campaign since the merit system implemented,so you now need to rectify the 10 merit as well as 60 activity to be a member rank and then only you can participate in the signature campaigns.Even most of the bounties are also now member rank to participate in their signature campaigns, but for you there were two bitcoin paying signature campaign were oped by wapinter I think there are junior members are also allowed so try your luck if there is any open slot.
