I think it was easy for coinmarketcap to stop wash trading, it is great now they decided to do something.

Yesterday priced pumped 9000$ and dropped to 7950 in just an hour. But it is a volatile market as everyone knows and regular trade orders don't rule in here. For whales to earn Money, small investors should lose. And they can't make people panic or dump for 5-10$ change in crypto. So they are pulling this kind of moves.

If you believe in crypto and doesn't use margin trading you won't be affected a lot, you just hold.

In normal conditions, a btc account sending funds to a btc account, there shouldn't be any problem. Unless, if binance blacklisted some gambling wallets (very unlikely) they can block funds or if they have a clause in their user agreement (no-one reads them) about this kind of things and they notice it later they may also create some problem for you.

But my guess, there won't be any problem.

Yeah, they said if i open precompute i will have a better chance with staking but still, it is using cpu more than i think.

Is there a ratio or number for with and without precompute? Like if you have 10k tokens average 1 day stake with precomputing and without it 1.5 kinds of.

I mostly try to avoid this kind of speculations but nowadays i am on fire so i would like to tell my opinion.

Bitcoin passed 8200 resistance and made it new support. It will reach 10k $ in a short time so after that, it can go 11.5k$ instantly or can be stable around 9-10k $

But in the mid-long term, we just entered the bull market and bitcoin would find new ath's.

It is an interesting question actually. Crypto thefts are very common while there is no-one you can ask help for. Even local-enforcement or fbi would probably no help. Maybe in the future, this can be a profession. But right now, you may end up scammed again with a random guy who claims he is one.

Binance opened a new Exchange for fiat/crypto pairs a few weeks ago like they opened binance dex.

It is binance jersey. It doesn't draw much attention also doesn't have much volüme but it is trusted (i mean after hacking, it is trusted as much as binance regular).

Anyone having high cpu while staking? Or i am only having this issue.

It is using around %40 of cpu while it is open. And it wasn't that much when i started it or i just realized now.

If mining eth was bringing no profit, some miners would stop working and dropping difficulty would bring some profit.

Because people were earning much from mining now with the lower profit they are not happy with it. But it is a free market, when you think i won't do this if my hourly profit drops below 1$ newcomers are ok with 0.25$ (amounts are just an example) so profits are getting lower. Maybe next year people would be ok 0.10$ is enough and it will drop to that point. But no-one mines if there is no profit.

People are getting confused when thinking about a shitcoin.

Shitcoin doesn't mean to necessarily have any value. In 2017 we saw lots of shitcoin worth a great amount of Money and there is still some tokens has great value but basically a shitcoin..


So in my terms what is shitcoin:


* Projects has no logic behind it. Like Netflix for bankless people. Do they really need that?

* Project Tokens has no real usage. I remember something called paragon, they had a cannabis project and their tokens have no use. I can say even ripple in this, a token has very limited use area and you can even go without using tokens.

* Very bad executed projects tokens. They are making something but it is really crappy and you know no-one would ever want to use that.

* Delayed forever Project tokens. I can say, Polybius. They are delaying for years and we all know they will always delay.

I am hearing some fud about the binance coin.

Right now little investors are buying and it made very big pump without any correction, and because it will be opened to margin trading many whales will open sell order and make a great profit while little investors will lose like always. That scenario came me logical but i can't pretend it will happen or not.

I thought cobinhood was a good exchange and now i see it is not. I can't believe they can easily do such a thing.

For a trader, i am having hard times to use any exchange even for a short time. Binance got hacked recently, cryptopia got hacked and bankrupt, cobinhood also, hitbtc can't be trusted for lots of reasons, bittrex and poloniex locked users funds for months, i don't want to talk about yobit and even decentralized exchange etherdelta got hacked. Exchange is the biggest problem and liability on the crypto world. And i can't think any solution to this problem.

When btc dumps or pumps, alts dumps. And when btc become stable alts start pumping.

Still, even with that explanation, i don't think alts are pumping right now. Maybe because people expecting btc pump (some expect 10k) or dump (some expect return to 5k) and they are not buying alts.

As far as i know, binance is making a contract with coins will get listed on binance. In that contract, they have a non-disclosure clause. When it happens, binance is mostly canceling the deal.

Now maybe there is a deal but can be reversed after this. So if you want your token to get listed on binance you should stop talking about this

Huawei getting more market share was always a threat to US. They simply don't want that.

Trump is a loose cannon and i can't guess how will he act next. But still, even things escalade bitcoin won't be the victim. In the contrary, bitcoin would be a safe harbor for investors while big economies having bad times.

I can understand comparing etherdelta and forkdelta but i don't understand why people trying to add idex into this comparison. Idex is only a semi-decentralized exchange so it is not comparable with both.

After getting hacked and making an unnecessary ico i stopped using etherdelta and using forkdelta. Also, want to add this because of older comments, they are using a contract, they don't have hot or cold wallets.

I don't think technical analysis would fit a coin like semux. 37 weeks support is support easily can be crashed 1-2k $.

It is a very shallow market very little volume. With 10k $ i can turn it into dust or make it pump like crazy. I am not about the ratio but there is a huge fake volume on exchanges. Right now coingecko has a good initiative to prevent that but we will see how effective it will be.

Even big exchanges like huobi and okex using fake volume. I think fake volume is a disease on crypto need to be cured.

I don't think they lost only 16m $. Cryptopia wasn't a very small exchange they had decent volume and user base and they lost all eth and probably eth tokens so their loss should be higher than 16m $. Also, i can't be sure if any hack news is real or not. It always felt like a "hack". Even binance hack seems fishy so i have my suspects about cryptopia too.

Still, if 16m $ was their lost i can't believe they can't cover it. They were charging 8 btc for listing and they were having lots of trading fees.

Did you just put snapshot into veil folder? Or did you follow these steps:

"1. Delete all App folder files except wallet.dat, wallets folder, backups folder, and veil.conf
2. Start wallet and allow it to find peers and sync several blocks, then shut it down again
3. Close wallet and use these four snapshot folders in your App folder"

This was from their telegram and when i apply three steps it worked.
