21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LESS REWARD on: May 07, 2019, 12:28:36 PM
nowadays many people know about crypto, and most of them wasnt investor, they are a bounty hunters who help promoted some bounty project ICO, of course it making rewards got less, for example some bounty campaign total rewards is 500k$, and total participant of that bounty is 10k hunters, so rewards is 50$ only, but it depend on what kind of campaign you join, if you join on social media campaign, it sure less payment.
Bounty rewards are now so small and no longer pays, you work on a project for 3 good months and someone pays you a token that you can easily dash to a beggars on the road which the token might even eventually turn to $1 on you if care is not taken, because even at that $50 still, many holders will not wait for it to appreciate and still dump it, leaving your own value to depreciate and end up becoming a bag holder.

I can’t even remember when last I checked on some projects that I have participated in in the past, their value has been stagnant for the past one year and not really making any improvement move, but I hope that one day, things will turn around for them.
I know we are worth a lot in life with our experience and hard work, but there are some situations where we have no choice, we just have to continue working hard and accumulating the little we can get, is it not better to get that little than to work and not even get any reward at all.

As a smart hunter, the little we get can be multiplied, that is why any little reward I get now, I don’t even wait for long-term to withdraw them temporarily, this is not yet their time, for now, we are all waiting for the bull run of BTC, so I change majority of them to BTC, so that the bull run can multiply it for me, but will invest them back to those Altcoins after I have gotten some profits through BTC.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be aware of the new exchange's IEO! on: May 07, 2019, 11:56:20 AM
You are absolutely right except big exchange like Binance never invest in IEO which is offered by low grade exchange as it is totally loss of your precious money.
For now, we just have to limit our participation to trusted exchange like Binance, because it seems like Binance is the only one that can really handle this IEO, when bittrex IEO came out, I was happy that at least, the rush we use to get in Binance that makes majority of us not to be able to get chance to participate will no longer be there, but this desire ended up pushing us to another scenario that is similar to just like investing in ICO.

Bittrex is really not doing their work properly as lots of ICO projects still get dumped and lower in value compared to the initial offering price. I wonder what other exchange IEO will look like.
23  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: There should be a wikipedia page of casinos that accept bitcoin on: May 07, 2019, 11:19:42 AM
Wikipedia is the website and this kinda good for an information source, maybe that is not advisable that to have promoted gambling and it will publish the gambling industry regarding gambling bounty. Or maybe there are instances that may be the owner didn't like the gambling industry to involve.
I don't think Wikipedia is a reliable source because first of all the information there could be edited by anyone which means someone who has evil deeds could change it easily. They could change the list of reputed ones into a fraud one but if you are going to find an authentic one then you go for this forum, you can spot a legit crypto casino in this forum like Vegascasino which has a feature that you can even play live so you can guarantee that there's no anomaly occurs.
You sound reasonable and I am impressed with your opinion. There are a lot of people who are not qualified to gamble and it won’t be right to expose them to it since Wikipedia is a lace for everyone.

Let’s leave casino site information to the places it can easily be located, whoever that is in serious need of any information regarding gambling should know where to get it, must  not be on Wikipedia. There are so many avenues that have displayed where gambling sites can easily be seen so there is no need placing it on an open place where we can get everyone talking about gambling and seeing.
24  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling strategies (beliefs) on: May 07, 2019, 10:38:30 AM
I don't have any beliefs when it comes to gambling but i usually find myself going all in when im in a desperate situation, i made alot of profit before but also end up biting me in the end, it's really risky but worth it when you win.
It can result in both possibilities, you can either win or lose are of equally importance and possible. Strategies can make it easy for you to increase your chance of winning when it comes to gambling. It does not make any sense if you do not play sensibly and still losing on the other side. You need to play with small bets in order to reduce your chances of losing much money and could be risky for you if you are playing uncontrollably.
25  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If you have to buy cryptocurrency for 10.000USD today.... on: May 07, 2019, 09:51:56 AM
Why not half BTC and half IOTA? Tough I prefer 8:2…
Honestly I won't pick half on both the cryptos mostly it will bitcoin like you said and remaining funds will goes to altcoins which includes many coins.
That's much better plan, $10k is a big capital, even though the allocation is 8:2. it's still too large capital for IOTA.
You can split you funds again into several altcoins, moreover there are still many potential altcoins right
I would apportion the capital among the top coins to be honest. This makes perfect sense to speculate in Bitcoin and ETH for example if the market value is rising. I would spend a big part of the capital in Bitcoin for sure because the pace at which the coin is gaining value in incredible and this is what every investor would love to see his assets behaving. There could be great profit.

26  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading with small budget on: May 07, 2019, 08:21:35 AM
Hello all,

I have a question:
Is there anyway or any where on some exchange a way to trade BTC/USD with 1 dollar per 1 dollar move with total fee less than 1 dollar?

Thanks

Your only hope on trading with 1 dollar on 1 dollar move is by using leverage. If you want to trade BTC to USD with1 dollar it would be impossible cause trading fees and minimum amount on trade wont let you win with that very very small amount
Crypto trading will need you put your money by buying its offerings which depends upon the minimum cost that make you able to get profit. You are required to use that minimum amount for a specific coin or offerings with which you should start trading. In case of very small amount, we know that exchange has also exchange rate and you have to bear that. For safe and profitable trading, it is advised to use normal amount according to the price of whatever you are looking at.
27  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Intraday vs HODL on: May 07, 2019, 07:51:41 AM
Day trading wouldn't be very profitable for you, if you are a newbie and haven't got much experience, then go for long-term hold, it would be less risky and you would gain some profit in the long run.
Choose according to who you are, if you don't have a lot of broad skills and knowledge. then daytrade doesn't suit to you, but that doesn't mean you have to avoid daytrade, I admit that daytrade has a greater profit. if you want it, then study first mate..
For new learners they should not start directly with intraday but consider it HODL for best survival in the market. Professionals usually day trade as they see great profit here than HODL but they also love to HODL because they want to stick with the market for long life. It also depends upon market conditions that should be considered favorable or not, it needs market research as well. So, learners should learn intraday first.

Both intraday as well as Holding can be good as long as you wisely choose your investments. There are some coins which can give you a lot of opportunity daily to make profits by selling at peak and at the same time buying at the dip.

Few cryptocurrencies like Bitcoins have the ability to make you have enough profits if you are willing to hold them for some interval. Bitcoins will show great growth and now is the price to buy bitcoins at the dip. Bitcoins might never be such lower in future may be if the bull markets arrive. Intraday is good for short volume coins but it might not be good for higher volume stable coins as we can't really have much profit in buying or selling them.
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hearing some buzz on new coin called Veil on: May 07, 2019, 06:59:09 AM
Shut up, take my money. It is funny how some people try to shill a coin, there is nothing special about this coin apart from the privacy claim. You can speculate on this if you like but do not invest what you can't afford to do because I don't see what separate if from other privacy coin and also lack strong community and big whales to help pump its price
Hahaha,  this is very harsh bro, not cool to talk to people this way even if he was trying to shill the coin, I am very good at getting drillers but I don't think he is one of them, he is just looking for interesting topics he could come up with in order to be rewarded by Merits and not trying to shill, when you see a Schiller, you will definitely know it, veil is kind of a good project but I am still yet to study it.
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Help] ERC token contract migrade on: May 07, 2019, 06:19:55 AM
Last month i received token from airdrop and last week that token is listed on exchange.
But that project has change their token contract and i only get token from old contract.

Can i change my token contract to new contract to sell my token ?
Will developer send that new token again to holder old token ?

It is not possible to change your token contract to a new one, that's just like deploying a new coin to the Blockchain, the only way that is possible is if the developers created a new contract address and want to migrate he tokens to the new one, they will inform every holders of the coin to send the old one to an address and get the new token in their wallet automatically or just send the new coin to holders wallet since the old coin don't have value.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH vs. EOS on: May 07, 2019, 05:36:14 AM
We are writing a provably fair lottery run by smart contract. We decided to build on top of EOS, it seemed so much easier than Solidity. Is there anyone that thinks we made a mistake?  Anyone thinks we did the right choice? The interface of Scatter vs Metamask sold it for us.
I don't think there is a mistake anywhere, if you take note lately,  you will discover that ethereum has been losing a lot of persons and they have been looking for alternatives to make use of since eth is experiencing some problems and I can say that EOS is a very good replacement because they have more features than eth and are also easier to deploy to the Blockchain without any fees attached unlike ethereum that needs a lot of gas fee before one could be able to deploy a token to the ethereum Blockchain.
31  Economy / Speculation / Re: Chain Reaction? on: May 06, 2019, 09:32:00 PM
I think we have bottomed out and we will not see a bitcoins at 3500 again, but I still expect to see a retest of 4-5k  in the next few months. However, if Bitfinex and Tether collapse we cut see bitcoins either fall to 1k or go to 10k

Definitely, there's no way that we can get below $4k now. The price is really stable and it's climbing up like everyday. And I disagree about the retest, what we are going to see is the price goes $6k again and it will trade it sideways like we used to see prior to the massive drop.

But it doesn't mean that the price will go down, it will just go trade sideways and we will break another trend and push it maybe around $8K-$9K at the end of the year.
The reason for people saying bitcoin will retest $4000 back is because they believe that at $6000, those who invested when the price was $4000, would see the profit as enough for them to pull out temporarily and take their profit, but they forgot that it will be impossible for everyone to make same decision at the same time.

Every time bitcoin climbs, it keep building confidence in the mind of holders to keep waiting a little longer because they might miss out if they think the value will drop again and continue to do otherwise. So many investors now, including those who even bought at $4000, are willing to really continue with the growth of the market till they see the ATH.
32  Economy / Speculation / Re: Another uptrend has shaped up trying to break $5600 again on: May 06, 2019, 08:11:03 PM
Well 5600$ has been broken, and i think the price will go to over 6000 $ this month with high chances to hit 7000$, and now bitcoin is still a good option to invest and hold for long for a higher profit.

I do not think that bitcoin prices will cross 7000$ anytime soon. We may now see some retracement in bitcoin prices. We have some support at 5500$ and a major support at 5150$. I think bitcoin will touch these support and then move up again to cross the 6000$.
Just remember that bitcoin will not go straight up without being Pull back.
Technical analysis is not always right in some cases in this crypto market, when bitcoin price hit $5000, same thing was speculated using technical analysis and many people expected a retrace back to $4500 or $4000, but did we ever foresee the fundamentals of Tether and bitfinex as having any positive effect on BTC price?

We never even expected the development that arouse through tether and bitfinex, so all these are just speculations, fundamentals could arose from any angle to change the whole story and you see FOMO pick the value to $7000, so we can’t say yet if there will be any retrace or not.
33  Economy / Speculation / Re: China mining decision May 7 on: May 06, 2019, 10:56:30 AM
So apparently China will announce their decision in 4 days about mining crypto legality. Here's one scenario:

-They say no more mining, 70% of the hashrate disappears immediately, giving other miners a much larger reward than before. Price crashes as they sell for more profits, and it takes time for other miners to take up the slack in other countries. After things settle out price starts rising again in time for next halving.

What do you think? is there another more likely scenario?
With or without china, cryptocurrency will continue in its services to those that needs it, it will never disappear, it is even good as they will no longer get involved, as there is possibility of having limited supply for some of the coins they are mining which will lead to increase in their value as demands become higher than what can be supply.

I don’t see the reason why china would be going against what will benefit them and add more value to their economy, I understand that the cost of mining is quite very high and consumes energy, but the money cryptocurrency brings to their country through these mining is more than enough to pay for all those services and still as to their capital growth.
34  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Just another gambling strategy! on: May 06, 2019, 10:21:57 AM
I think it's more risky once you lose 6+ times at a row. The amount lost will be huge while there is no guarantee tjhat you will be profited after certain loss. I would never try this strategy just thinking that if I win once I will get back everything.
Don’t be surprised that even those who always advise on martingale do not even try it, they only hear or read about it because the martingale that I know about is not good for a beginner or a small gambler. It is better for big gamblers.

A strategy that gives chances of 15 at 60PERCENT is not considered perfect for players without huge money they put into the game as commitment because it is not always easy to win 15 out of 16times in a games and the variance and house edge makes it easier for the money to be lost. I would not advise any player that does not have good money to try this strategy.
35  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is best practice for gambling?? on: May 06, 2019, 09:35:05 AM
The future of gambling is always uncertain. Like gambling, you invested a few dollars, and if you can win you will get double. But there is uncertainty with it. And there is no need to practice gambling. Only you will be able to invest in risks. As a result, you can win.
So, in my opinion, the best practice of gambling is to invest more.

Thank You
You must stop thinking that whenever you deposit bitcoin to a casino it's already an investment.

That's already a wrong mindset and you shouldn't practice that when you gamble. You may don't have to practice gambling but you should start practicing some other practice on your own when you gamble.
That's true. You have to entirely forget about the amount you spent into gambling. That money should be treated as extra money so that even if you have loss it doesn't affect you much. Gambling always makes the individual much greedy and in greed the individuals always try putting most of their money which then makes them run out of budget.

Set a entirely different budget for gambling and only add on to that funds once you set a new budget. Never put excess money into gambling as there is a major chance of risk. Even professional gamblers never gamble with 100% of their money. They do put some in percentage and forget about it.
36  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Blockchain in business on: May 06, 2019, 08:09:18 AM
Blockchain in trading at fast. I want to adim faster to handle the trade promptly
"Fast' would be the answer to the OP's question. A lot newer Industries are adapting blockchain technology to make their internal transactions much more faster and smoother. There are a lot of benefits for enrolling Blockchain into our business. Blockchain transactions are faster than long distance fiat transactions so enrolling blockchain into business also makes it able to peoples across the globe to join the business and invest into them. Blockchain markets are growing rapidly and so is growing the volume. A lot of peoples are joining the blockchain technology so I think that more Industries would collaborate with the blockchain technology to expand their firms.
37  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [YOUR OPINION] How can $500 be used most effectively when it comes to marketing? on: May 06, 2019, 07:39:03 AM
Honestly, I don't think you'd be able to conduct a proper signature / bounty campaign with $500. Anyone that says that they'd do it for you is lying to get your money. Run a facebook ad instead.
I've read somewhere that facebook and google no longer supports ads related to cryptocurrencies. Also signature campaign itself would cost more that $500 so it is not a good idea. Also there are a lot of scammers already in the entire community so I am sure OP might have gotten lot of PM's until now asking for those $500 Grin Grin OP should rarely trust any individual with lower rank or non reputable member or instead prefer an escrow service to be safe.

There are a lot of marketing specialists who you target a specific audience and would do mass marketing amongst those targeted members. This could cost cheap but not a large amount of community can enroll over there.
38  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: I want start a social network but somethings holding me back on: May 06, 2019, 07:04:57 AM
You may raise some funds from your friends & family and then hire some experienced programmers locally to build a prototype or jump in to learn the programming languages you prefer to use in your project...

instead of doing that, he can also share his idea here and if it's really good then someone might be able to work on it. or as an alternative, he can learn about it on his own.
Starting a business with no surety of profits and that too in debts taken from family or friends is not at all a good idea. Learning on his own is the good suggestion here. Nothing in this world is impossible and on proper coaching, any individual can develop a full working social network site. The only matter here would be with the time. OP really needs to invest 3-4 months of his time into learning proper skills to be able to develop the entire platform himself.

Today's markets are getting high and it really gets much costlier for any individual to hire a bunch of programmers to develop a platform which would work perfectly. Also the programming work is not that easy as it looks. Even minor mistakes can lead in failure of compiling the code.
39  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which strategy you apply in recent bullish market? on: May 06, 2019, 06:30:18 AM
If we look some previous day we can see everyday must pump one or more than one coin. And if start to pump then It continuously  cross 50%-100% even 200%. So I want to know how you earn a lot of profit in this market? Have you caught all pumped coin?  If yes Then please explain here so that we can earn profit also.
If you are speculating any low volume coin then it could easily be manipulated and pumped by a group of peoples for their own benefits. Common peoples like us would hardly have any profits from it and we may simply end up by buying any shitcoin at the peak.

I have tried participating in such instant pumps but never had any profits. I have some coins which I bought at the price of 100-150 satoshi and are now not even worth a single satoshi. Our normal trading is something which can make us have profits instead waiting for a miracle to happen where we would earn by participating in any of such pump.
40  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to recover when you are down 90% of your portfolio? on: May 06, 2019, 05:58:04 AM
Hey guys, my friends and I were down 90% of our crypto portfolio. We bought at the highs and we bought shitcoins. Now we are still down significantly and i just want to ask if you guys have strategy to recover from this? Cheers!
Are the shitcoins you invested into dead already? Compare their volume and daily trading limits and you can even now have some faith from those shitcoins if they are not yet dead tokens. HODL no matter what the situation becomes and once the price for the coin goes below your stop-loss than there is nothing rather then to sell those coins at a loss of hold them if you have any faith in them.

Be patient and never panic sell. If you want to yet cover your losses then you should invest in some of the major altcoins who can show us good growth ahead in these coming bull markets. Bitcoins is the first preference as we can surely see good price for bitcoins ahead as the markets start rising.
