922  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: August 31, 2017, 05:11:51 AM
You are not too late
Now is the perfect time to buy bitcoin and keep it for a long period of time. Now bitcoin is becoming known by the public, and that will lead to a rise in bitcoin prices, let's look at the next few years compare bitcoin prices with bitcoin prices next year Wink
so you are very fortunate, for knowing bitcoin earlier than those who do not know bitcoin at all Grin
Don't give the guy false hopes. Let him face the fact that he is late and if he has a little brain cells, he himself can conclude it. But it is said, better late than never. I won't say it is the perfect time but it is the time to start earning bitcoins because life is always about now or never. Choice is yours!
Man, I never dreamed of bitcoins going this high. Well, what can you say. 4327 dollars worthy bitcoin are definitely going to give tough time when it comes to investing in it. Still, if someone wants to enjoy big profits in future through Bitcoins, it is better to invest now before they become even more expensive and do long term investments. Buck up!
923  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin be a more secured way of handling cash? on: August 30, 2017, 11:02:43 AM
The greatness of bitcoin is where bitcoin has some very interesting features. a very cheap transaction. Bitcoin also has security features. But that does not mean the investment we save will be very safe. There will be hackers who want to steal the bitcoin we have. look for reliable information about how BTC that we have can not be hacked by people who just want to take advantage of the bitcoin we have. Whatever it is about the assets we have there will be no risk.
Bitcoins have amazing features undoubtedly that give them edge over other currencies whether digital or fiat. There are always some evil minds working to snatch money from you whether it is paper money or digital currency. Hackers do keep eagle eye on other’s bitcoins to get rich with shortcuts.

925  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What opinion from people out there or people in your city about bitcoin? on: August 28, 2017, 10:24:22 AM
i am really curious about what opinion from people out there when they know from january 2017 until august 2017, bitcoin price start rising to almost $44xx if i am not wrong (maybe the highest price i know). because i see in my city, people don't care about this and they don't interesting but once i read on local newspaper, there are article that giving info about bitcoin price which is increase so high.

but in the last two days ago, i meet new person. he asked me what my activity when i am online. i tell him that i work as writer, trader, and i made money from bitcoin. first he don't believe when i say bitcoin price in the year 2015 (which i knew bitcoin for first time) is $2xx-$300 but suddenly this year, the price is jump too high and now we see the price is some around in $4xxx.

i give suggestion to him to invest his money in bitcoin but don't buy the whole bitcoin but do it like $100 for every month for 6 month and only hold it without learning anything about bitcoin, just save it. i think he is interesting but he said he need to learn to make sure about this. well actually i don't take too serious about this, if he really wants to do it, then he is a lucky guy that i've meet but if its not, then he got his choice.

so, what is happen in your places related with bitcoin? did people still don't care about bitcoin? and how about if you meet someone new and then you make conversation and you telling him that you are trying to make money from bitcoin? what he's respond?

Well i think most of the people out there in my city are still extremely skeptical of bitcoin.

Many people, including my friends have questioned me whether bitcoin can buy anything at all. Their main concern seems to be the thing being hacked, or the owner suddenly pulling a scam, leaving bitcoin valueless.

This can't be further from the truth, really.

If you know about bitcoin, you're already extremely lucky. Good on you for aat least attempting to convince that guy to get some of his income into btc, it's going to pay off for him in the long run.
Yes, skeptical, that’s how they feel. Most of the people I meet always feel like Bitcoin is a very risky investment, therefore they shouldn’t get into it and other similar stocks. Not everyone thinks the same, there are also people who thinks it’s the best stock, and are rushing into it as long as they have the opportunity.
926  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: At what price point per BTC will it be too late for the average person on: August 28, 2017, 09:51:47 AM
Hello everyone,

I feel very late to the party with BTC. I have know of it for a couple of years but ignored it. Now I'm super sold and ready to buy my first coin. $4k is huge but not impossible for me. At what price do you feel its too late to own 1 full BTC for the average person?

I'm not interested in owning micro or milli coins.

How much time do we have left until its becomes proper main strain?

Can someone tell me where we are on this chart please?

You can’t really tell, because every country currency are not equal. But calculating by the USD, I would saythe price point that would be late for an average person is at least $10k, $20k and $30k (adding countries with low value currency, I would say it’s around $5k).
927  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn Bitcoin without investment on: August 28, 2017, 09:04:21 AM
You can earn bitcoin loads of ways online, there are bitcoin faucets, there are ptc sites that offer to pay via bitcoin
Signature campaign is even much better than investment, apart from trading. But don’t forget that trading can be the worst, you might lose everything you earned in a sec. If you want something free from risks, freelancing and signature campaign is your best options to choose.
928  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Lightning network truly centralized? on: August 28, 2017, 08:34:46 AM
LN is centralized in small banker hubs. You don't have to use them. If you pay 50$ fee you can send via on chain.

If you don't like bitcoin, its fine, you can use something else but stop spreading FUD. I've been using bitcoin for three years now and I never came across for such a high fees.
Lol, I saw that too. Now someone is trying to spoil the show, it will be better they leave Bitcoin for good and get into another crypto currency like Litecoin, Ethereum etc. By the way, I was expecting LN (Lightening Network) to be distributed and not centralized as the post claims it would. So I don’t still believe this until see for myself.
929  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: August 28, 2017, 07:56:00 AM
Current fiat currencies are already digital-fiat in a way because most of the money is not backed by paper money notes but it is just a number on the bank's servers.
Our current societies now are cashless, and the government doesn’t need crypto currencies to make a cashless society. You can go cashless with currencies like dollar and euro, as far as your bank account is activated for online mobile banking. Lol, saying cashless sounds like being broke…lmao. Though that’s not we mean here.
930  Economy / Economics / Re: New rich people thanks to BTC on: August 28, 2017, 07:23:58 AM

Imagine how many people got veryy rich from Bitcoin and crypto so far. Definitely lots... I would say thousands. However, it is unlikely that even thousands got extremely rich (I mean multi-millionaires) because most people did not believe in Bitcoin strongly enough to bite the bullet and buy it when it was worth very little. Myself included... ugh.

Don't worry you are not alone. Out of millions only thousands got richer because they believed in it.

But I'm completely positive at this movement also because there high possibility that bitcoin will rise even two to three folds than what it is today.

If we forget about the past and think of the price as it is today, (bitcoin started with today price) then we can invest a lot in it to make our way through it. That high possibility and rise can still make us millionaire if done with strategies. So stay positive always.

This is the kind of comments that gets me thinking why wasn’t I among those that discovered Bitcoin at first in 2008/2009? I wish j had such an opportunity, my life would have been much better than it is now. Well, as long as am alive, I still have the chance to make it right.
931  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: August 28, 2017, 06:47:01 AM
In my opinion, there is no need to doubt people to keep it for future profit. Now people have started to invest in the world of crypto. Can we see from bitcoin prices from time to time continue to increase, although the fluctuations are very terrible.
I don’t even support the idea of saving your bitcoin and waiting for it to grow in the future. My own opinionis that if you’re an expert in trading, then you should use trading to multiply your income than wait for the future.
932  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with altcoins on: August 27, 2017, 05:50:52 PM
My only alternative to bitcoin is ethereum because fees are considerably low and when you need to make a deposit in your account confirmations are fast you need to worry about stuck tractions unlike bitcoin which is unpredictable with congestions at times.

You have a lot of choices if you are going to gamble with fortunejack. ETH's fee is considerably low but it's value now is too high, I wouldn't gamble with this type of coin anymore because I want to look for the holding profit instead of taking the risk and gambling with this coin. The same goes with bitcoin, if you want to gamble look for some other coins that can be at your comfort.
Eth's value is not too high. It is even lower than Bitcoin Cash. However, Bitcoins are not an option to gamble with. Those coins are really expensive and I would not even thought of gambling with them at the moment or not even in future. Also, I find gambling useless and insane.
933  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin market crash on: August 27, 2017, 03:53:08 PM
Do not go for panic selling. Instead go for long term. We are advised that we should go for long term because the success is in their. And so I am advising all of you to do that also.

yes hold is the best way to earn more money in crypto world specialy if the team and the dev is always active after a few months or a year you well see that you investment start growing sometimes slowly and sometimes fast dont forget also that the price is not steady it goes up and down always
If people were smart, they wouldn't have sell out their bitcoins rather invested more in it to increase their future wealth. Dump phase in reality provides us with a chance to accumulate more bitcoins and I really pity those who have already sold out their bitcoins. I am looking to grab more of them now.
934  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: August 26, 2017, 11:27:08 AM
If bitcoin takes the attitude to form a physical bank into a competitor of a conventional bank, it is the same as a declaration of war. Right now bitcoin is true because it only uses virtual bank accounts, I also hope that peer to peer system technology is applied to the bank, at least it only needs to be accepted as a valid currency. Bitcoin is not a threat because it is an innovation that's not controlled by anyone.
Maybe we should take this the other way round by saying “can Bitcoin make other tech stocks disappear?”, which answer is probably to be YES. But for making banks disappear? No way! Even the bank won’t be adopting Bitcoin, unless they will be to regulate it. Bitcoin will stay on its own as a tech stock, and the best investment to make , while bank stays on its own too.
935  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Falling...Is it Panic Time? on: August 26, 2017, 10:56:07 AM
Bitcoin, just like stocks and other currencies, has a volatile price and rates. That is what makes it as an investment with high risk but with high return. So it may not be a panic time but instead an opportunity wait it fall in price and buy at the low price then sell at the high price.
Bitcoins are long term investments with good return but not with great risk. Dealing with them wisely can never ever put you in loss. They simple strategy of holding onto bitcoins when prices are low certainly decreases the risk of loss significantly. Bitcoins are the safest investment I have ever come across.
936  Economy / Economics / Re: Most people dont even know what this is yet. on: August 26, 2017, 10:19:02 AM
Bitcoin around the world, that's right. Bitcoin in the community, I do not think so. Actually there are still many people who do not know and understand using bitcoin. As for the store or restouran way of payment using bitcoin only in certain cities, and even not much. For me personally hope bitcoin can be more popular again, and there will be many stores that way of payment using bitcoin, because it will facilitate payment of bitcoin users.
Every new innovation needs time to be accepted widely by people. Bitcoins have best technology so far and are successful in attracting big traders and markets. With time, their popularity will increase pushing their common use. We just need to be little patient to witness all this.
Many restaurants and other famous business have started accepting bitcoins but this is not very common yet. With time, bitcoins as a payment mode will become popular. It’s cool and your good luck if you can easily cash out your bitcoins and enjoying buying your favorite things.
937  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible for the bitcoin to lose it's value ? on: August 26, 2017, 08:20:02 AM
Just the same way stocks lose value, bitcoin can also lose value but that value loss doesn’t seem to be in the nearest future because bitcoin is the new order of the day. Bitcoin is going to keep increasing and increasing till no man say.
humbly saying mates! But I am not agree with you ere because I am sure bitcoin is going to rock the floor of the stock market and the price and the Importance of the bitcoin is growing very fast and it is increasing the users of the bitcoin and more people are using bitcoin it makes bitcoin more popular so I think bitcoin is increasing the importance and the worth but not decreasing.
I do not think that bitcoin can lose its value completely.
I am sure there is a groupe of hardcore bitcoin fans who already got rich with bitcoin. They will support bitcoin, no matter what.
But they can only do that to a certain limit.
I think that bitcoin could fall in a really worst case scenario to a few hundred dollars, but not beyond it.
Yes, bitcoins are not going to lose values easily. They can be dumped by people only under special circumstances like when people lose internet connections, when crypto currencies are out of fashion etc. but we all know this is not going to take place so bitcoins will keep ruling out hearts.
938  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC as a national currency? on: August 26, 2017, 07:45:43 AM
I wouldn't like that bitcoin is tied only to one or few countries who will have it as their national currency, I don't think something like this was originaly planed. No matter that being a national currency wouldn't stop bitcoin being used in all other countries I believe that bitcoin belongs to everyone and shouldn't in any way be tied just to some countries because that would also have other consequences.
Nope, there is nothing to worry about if some country is making bitcoins as their national currency. This would not limit bitcoins just to that particular country. Rather it will make bitcoins more famous and increase their worth. Bitcoins are for everyone and this act will not change this fact in any way.
939  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If money would not be a problem, would you still gamble? on: August 26, 2017, 07:13:14 AM
I would gamble even more. Because then I do not need to think about money and about opportunity to lose everything. I would feel the pure pleasure of the process of gamling. It would be just for fun.

Gambling will be less fun, the one that exciting about gambling is the feeling we can win something precious, when nothing precious being bet then gambling wont be exciting anymore, I probably can get bored with gambling and I cant feel the pleasure of the gambling, it just the same with playing with fake chips
That means if you were a rich person (let's say a millionaire), your money wouldn't have been precious to you. You would have used it in gambling with zero worries. Even if you kept on losing, you would have placed bets because pockets aren’t empty. I wouldn't have been this carefree even then.
940  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you do with your winnings? on: August 25, 2017, 11:48:11 AM
I've read here a lot about "Gambling doesn't make you rich" So I thought about it, and it does make sense. So what do you feel about gambling then? Just entertainment? I think that's not everybody's mindset.

In the back of my mind, I want to be rich but not because of gambling. But when I gamble, I still always want to win. So when you always win, you become more rich and more risk will be involved. Anyway, if I would earn a winning bet that would have a lot of profit from, I would withdraw the initial bet or the bitcoins I deposited to get it back, then still gamble.

If you would have a winning bet that would give you a lot of profit, what would you do with it?

So what do you feel about gambling then? Just entertainment? I think that's not everybody's mindset.
You know what, it is true that this was not everybody's mindset, there aare some gambler take this as their own profit. Some are luck dependent were believing one day they could hit the jackpot price, something like that. Besides, all player in the gambling site had the same reason why they're inside this industry that is they wanted to win not to loose.
That's the professional gamblers that we are talking about, they have lots of experience and a lot of balls to take risks and they are successful. Maybe they are really made for that and maybe for anyone of us that gambles, we could win something like that. It's not easy but it could happen, we just need to not be hopeful about it.
I never considered gambling as a profession. However experienced and rich gamblers do exist. Most of them, I can bet, win by cheating. No doubt, either they had a lot of money from the very beginning or always had gambling luck. We could be one of them but still I am not going for easy way.
Same here. Gambling is not a profession. Hence, this term "professional gamblers" sounds funny to me. Professional is a word used to represent a respected person. Sorry, but I have no respect for gamblers. Gamblers are just used as pawns by the owners of gambling sites and casinos to keep their business alive and spread it to gain as much benefit as possible.
