Here is some usefull information with regards to calculating number of banned masternodes & number of masternodes with a PoSe Penalty score on the Dash network : Banned masternodesStep 1 : calculate total registered masternodes : ./dash-cli protx list registered | wc -l Step 2 : calculate number of valid (non-banned) masternodes : ./dash-cli protx list valid | wc -l Step 3 : total registered masternodes - number of valid (non-banned) masternodes = number of banned masternodes If you are using the Dash-Qt, you can get this info on the Masternodes tab. With the "Filter List" field empty you will see the full count and if you enter "POSE" you will see the banned nodes. I do not think it is possible to see just a list of nodes with non-zero scores there though. PoSe Penalty masternodes Step 1 : ./dash-cli protx list registered true | grep -i 'PosePenalty": [1-9][0-9]*' | wc -l Credits : thephez (Dash Core Team Member) Source :

Today tried to use my Keepkey to send some dash and received the following error "Encountered invalid prevhash”
I've contacted support but no response yet. Running OSX Mojave, Keepkey firmware 6.1, KeepKey Client 6.1.0.5
Any amount doesn't seem to work but after trying dozens of times I finally got a 5 Dash transaction to go, unable to repeat that though. Tried various address, can't seem to get the coins off there.
Thoughts? Did the normal stuff, uninstall, reinstall, update firmware, reboot, VPN on vs Off...
This looks similar to your problem, see last post for possible fix https://github.com/Bertrand256/dash-masternode-tool/issues/29

Its good to see someone like DrearyUrbanite give ariel a bit of attention. Poor little mermaid troll was withering away because of the lack of real sincere attention she gets in here... If anyone wonders about that lack of real sincere attention towards ariel :

It shows very clearly in the chart, the is available there: http://178.254.23.111/~pub/Dash/Dash_Info.html. Total active masternodes on DASH network plummeted from above 49xx to nearly 47xx. It is the lastest dramatical fall of DASH's total active masternodes since April, when the figure of total active nodes fell from around 4750 to below 4100. However, as the chart presents, those nodes will be upgraded and they will come back sooner or later. They won't be permanently excluded from network, they just have to do upgrade to come back. Yep, that is correct. I exspect those back shortly as they are now missing out of receiving masternode payments. They were banned by the network because of one of the following : user error, misconfiguration or underperforming hardware (not enough RAM).

https://www.coindesk.com/inside-moneros-last-ditch-effort-to-block-crypto-mining-asicsI guess not so great news for GPU miners... Edit : but good news for Botnets Lingering concerns
Perhaps a more realistic concern in the mind of Ehrenhofer and others is the proliferation of botnets on the monero network as a result of a CPU-friendly mining algorithm like RandomX. This does raise the question : does the end justify the means ? First of all who cares about the miners? It's security that matters, period. You wanna mine and profit you are gambling, if you mine for altruism then you don't care. And having botnets mine Monera and secure the network is always preferable to them attacking legitimate networks So I don't see any problems at all here. The problem with having botnets securing the network is that botnets do not have the best interest of the network at heart like normal miners do. Miners in general behave in a way thats beneficiary for them and do not hurt their network. Botnets basicly change miner behaviour from honest mining to selfish mining. I prefer honest mining (Bitcoin) over selfish mining (Botnet-Driven Network) any day. Then one has to wonder if this will all be for nothing anyways, this struggle against the natural evolution of mining (ASIC). Just my two cents on the matter...

Update on the total hashrate on DASH network: Today, total hashrate on DASH network has reached its new all time high, at 3.68 P. That is a 4.04% or 13.69% increase from peaks occured on 3th May 2019, and on 3th Nov 2018, respectively. The chart presents that total hashrates on network has remained stably at its all time high range since May 2019. Current ATH of 3.237P is from 3 nov 2018.
DASH, has actually hit its new all time high with total hashrate stood at 3.5372P at the moment.
Good info, thanks. Link to those that want to check for themself : https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/dash-hashrate.html
