Customer Service
Bitmine AG

c) beides zusammen?

Hi y'all,

Enough is enough, can someone point me to the refund form, I've had a look on the BITMINE site and had problems finding it.  Thought it might have had a link from the CPP description, but nope, couldn't find anything.

So, if one of you that has been pointed to the refund form could post the link it'd be appreciated.

@GiorgioMassa you belong in jail, or at the very least you should never be able to run a company again.

For each subsequential 10 minutes you hold the line, you get 10% more attention up to a maximum of 50% ;-)

HAHA!!

Btw. when I visited Bitmine and asked about my order, Christian told me that I will get 2TH. (I've ordered 1TH Rig shipping February)

So how come they give you 100%?
Did you use some kind of jedi mind trick.

Ah wait.. they "promised" you something...
like... do they even have a Rig Prototype ready yet?

is that the reason why RETRO GAMER disappeared? fishy?
@retrogamer regards

year.... where is retro gamer -> we have tuesday and he is LOST..... ohoh....

"ein schelm wer böses dabei denkt"

Ok now I've read again the last word of retrogamer and I can say with absolute certainty that this phrase "slept in the car at - 15 C is shit still winter in Switzerland" is a lie.

I live near Bitmine and the night temperature don't goes under 0 degree.

Surely Bitmine should immediately collect the faulty equipment so they can resolve and ship it back to you? $6000 doesn't pay for any support of any kind?

Petamine units
As part of the deal that we had with Cryptx, given the big amount of the purchase, we have agreed to setup an additional dedicated production line that would be working in parallel to the existing ones and producing the units just for them.

Dear Giorgio,

I too would like to buy some units and skip the line and have them produced immediately screwing over every other customer that ordered before me. What is the cost for that?
I suspect that if you order as many units as Petamine did, they could afford to set up an additional production line for you too. That would be 100+ units (probably 2 TH/s Rgs) so roughly a $1 million order.

Hashing speed in turbo mode up to 300 / 600 / 900 / 1200 / 1500 GH/s.

Total maximum power usage in turbo mode: 375 / 750 / 1125 / 1500 / 1875 W.

what kind of psu is in there ?

What is now with the Turbo mode???

And where is a video of the Rig???
15  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners thread on: February 24, 2014, 02:29:25 PM
So does that mean that they're now using twelve chips per board in the Rig and ten boards in the big rig.  So a total of 120 chips?  Meaning you'd need to be able to get 23.3GH/s per chip to get the quoted maximum of 2.8TH/s.  What kind of power would be needed to get 120 chips up to 23.3GH/s each?

Buy new glasses Matthewh3, there is only 8 and 10 chips per board and how would you put ten boards inside 4 U case ?

Jebote budale !

No sandman_BA

Desk 8 Chips per Bord  =  5 Bords  pro Desk

Rig 12 Chips per Bord  =  And I believe 8 Bords  pro Rig

...
It basically says that have stolen a small quantity of chips from the bitmine factory in china. They plan to make 47 miners and want to mine with them first and sell them and deliver them late. They say they are creating fake companies here in this forum to try and pre-sell them.
...
So, that's where these 50 miners came from
http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/1swrtyBsp9odruX65upeyubAVSAyggh78
Started mining on 30.1.2014.
They are now trying to sell them in two or three threads here in custom hardware.

Confirmed.
Also, on the photo of a board they (skyfromwell) posted on flicker, there you can see A1 written on chips.

It's a bit jarring to see 60+ desks going out next week to one customer when we are all waiting for a comment as to what's happening with our orders.  But they might be earlier in the queue. Might.

I think if it is discovered that they have been allowed to simply buy their way in at a late date, then Bitmine as a trusted provider to consumers is history, much like BFL.

Hi guys,

my English is not so good

I have today put me in the car and visited Bitmine (journey time 3 hours)

I was of course skeptical whether Bitmine exists at all!
yes bitmine exists and the guys are very friendly, they have shown me their operation and told and explained everything to me.

So now I try sacrament enlighten all as to why the delivery was so delayed (in short form)

Bitmine is not a big company as some might think.

Today, all electrical appliances are produced not only in a company.
But can be ordered in large companies all items.
Since we're on the issue if a company does not deliver, you can not start the production or finishing.
This also happens with Bitmien!
Then they had problems with the temperature of the chips, it had to follow new boards are designed and ordered see pictures.

Desk & Rig Board

And these are if everything goes and nothing comes in between the end of the week delivered and then the miner will be completed and shipped

I hope I have helped you a little

Of course you can communicate ( New ) between bitmine and their customers do not have to talk nicely because they are still working on it. Maschinelle ÜbersetzungMaschinelle Übersetzung
