@giorgiomassarotto

i will talk to the media, police and some more funny people. thats not the first time that a swiss company was fucked and everybody can see that YOU giorgio massarotto scammed plenty of people.

no turbomode? not the promised amount bonus modules? laid about the delivery dates? its 100% a scam not 50% or 25% and its clear AND you giorgio massarotto know it....

oh buddy you are so fucked, better leave the country with your bitcoins and fiatmoney and hide you under a rock like a cockroach!!!!
such people like you killing the whole bitcoin idea, please shoot yourself!

Unfortunately you are so very right about this :-( especially the last sentence.
Giorgio is a lying pos that cannot be trusted at all.

giorgio is just one big troll on this forum, who took a lot of money by a lot of people and doesn't give a fuck what the people say.
You can only get him where it hurts and thats the money which he loves so much that he is unable to talk to anybody after he collected all the money.

Hopefully he will make a statement soon. It's just batshit crazy what he is doing. But it is too late to fix anything anymore. I mean a simple statement or even a sorry wont change anything nerveless it would be a beginning.
Nobody can tell me he is working so hard, that he can't even write a couple lines or at least a couple tweets a week about what is going on. It's simply a lie.

I hope you will get the right punishment for what you did (even more for what you did not).

Again this turns out to be batshit crazy. I didn't expect Bitmine acting like this at all. I am more then just disappointed.

peace.

Well, right now it's still within a legal frame I think. The communication is horrible and the lies were needless...but I still believe that it was never his purpose to scam us.
He's just not able to handle the production and the pressure from all the customers. He should close the shop on the website, deliver the customers, quit bitmine and do something else.

I agree.
Besides fucking up a couple of times in an epic way he misled his customers intentionally - by:

* delivering to Petamine first (even though they ordered in January) - while telling customers that they will follow exactly like promised
* still not following the actual shipping queue (have not even made a statement about Rigs)
* delivering miners with worse performance than was agreed on
* breaking CPP contract (still has to be seen) if the 20% upgrade is true (as reported)

i dont think this stuff is legal, not in switzerland. maybe in russia...

quit bitmine and do something else is a good idea, but to late for this option.

we will see, i wasted such an amount of time with this company 6 hours more is no problem...

Hi there,
I'm a long time silent reader of this forum and I never posted anything. In fact I just registered few minutes ago because it's time to speak.
Just to be clear, I'm not affiliated with Bitmine in any way, I'm not an employee, I'm not a shareholder. I'm just a customer, like you.
I ordered my Desk just few minutes (or seconds?) after the opening, so I guess I was pretty high in the list. I choose the pickup delivery because I live not far away.

Why I'm writing? Guess... because I finally have good news: this afternoon I picked up my machine!
It's here, running in front of me. And it's delivering 1TH/s, as promised.

I had the chance to know the people that run the company. They are good guys, working hard to deliver a high technology machine. Think whatever you want, but they are not scammers.
Just my 2 cents.

LOL it looks like in your home from Giorgio Massarotto?

My UPS tracking has been updated with an expected delivery:

Code:
Scheduled Delivery:
Wednesday, 02/26/2014, By End of Day
Last Location:
Departed - Basel, Switzerland, Monday, 02/24/2014

I will say this -- They overdelivered on shipping, since I only paid for standard.

Two 6150 PSUs (650W) each according to this.. but that seems different from picture.. perhaps this is a custom build done with chips only?

http://www.ebay.ca/itm/BITCOIN-MINER-1TH-MINING-RIG-1TH-S-COINCRAFT-A1-28NM-ASIC-CHIP-1000GH-S-/310880749188?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4861efc684

1.3TH turbo seems achievable at-least.

I suspect they will give us an extra module for reaching the advertised turbo speed.

Not that it has any meaning, but giorgio massa could be swiss citizen, who knows... I don't care. It has nothing to do with the swiss or switzerland.

Agreed.
I will speak from my experience with BFL.
Honest intentions, but late/delayed delivery of product makes the miner OOA (Obsolete on Arrival).
Now... was there an intention to scam the customers from the get go? Probably not.
Also, the demand is so strong, that these manufacturers are trying to shew more than they can swallow (greed on everyone's part).

the difference between US and Swiss will be, it costs me 0 francs get my rights as customer. no company can do such things in switzerland only UBS or Glencore or a multibillion company. giorgio is way to small for such russian mafia methods. he is not the cartell or something else, more a little troll like the mtgox owner with his bubbletea...

Switzerland is sort of a mixed country. It's not as old a country as its neighbours (germany, italy, france, austria)...

OT:

Switzerland in its current form is older than Germany or Austria. Not to many years ago the fools were dreaming about their 3rd Reich. Our roots go back to 1291. None of the countries were back then what they are today.
