Bought a license over a year ago, never actually used it, want to get in to trading,
will the licence still be valid.
Also watched a video on Crossover strategy, but my Leonardo, which is up to date doesn't offer that strategy
just bollinger, ping pong and dynamic ping pong.

Hey TheMatrix101, Thanks for getting in touch. Yes, we are aware of it and trying to get it resolved. It only appeared a couple of weeks ago when the trust settings algorithm changed and by chance our negative rating came from a member who was in the default trust list. We don't have support for Yobit yet. Do you have a contact there? Here is the list of currently supported exchanges: Huobipro, Bitstamp, Bitfinex, Bittrex, Poloniex, OKcoin, HitBTC, Binance, Kraken, Coinbase Pro, CEX, Ethfinex, Coinone, OKEx, CGEX, and Gemini, Bleutrade and Kucoin should be released as soon as next week. Its not a matter of big concern for you because there is so many feedback like these where those guys used trust system as a matter of joke. Every responsible user always check the reference link for justifying a negative feedback.
You have to keep it on mind that without proper reference link or evidence those feedback got no value. Already suchmoon explained you properly what step you can take against that user by using a neutral feedback from your end. I hope you got your answer.
This is not true anymore. We have a banner at the top of our post due to one person's negative feedback: This is basically destroying our business. We are legendary members, have been active since 2014, have over 5000 customers and one guy can give feedback and this is plastered over our thread. Something is wrong here.
