Now playing two days with leonArdo. It makes things much more easier for me. And I am pleased to discover that its very intuitive UI secures a short learning curve. Nevertheless, have some Qs. What is "Active positions" subwindow for? It is always empty. And, how to reveal my reference link to promote this app?
Hey, active positions are showing your active/open margin positions For a referral link just drop us a mail at contact@marginsoftware.de

vir0n@hotmail.comGood update.
I do still experience a little issue. When I close the bot and try to reopen it, it does not. I need to remove all the pairs (I usually have 10 on poloniex) but one, and then it does work again.
Hi p3ppymon, Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean? What do you mean by close a bot and re-open it? Thanks! Jonathan When I want to open the bot with 10 pairs, it seems to loading up, but then the UI does not. In order to start the bot, I need to leave only one pair, and hence load other pairs when the bot has started. It is really weird! Which OS are you using and which market? Thanks, Jonathan

Hi Jonathan, I've upgraded to 3.4.1 on Linux. I'm getting regular crashes with this error message: terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::logic_error' what(): signHMAC: hmac not initialized ./run-leonArdo.sh: line 13: 4071 Aborted QT_PLUGIN_PATH=$DIR/plugins ./leonArdo
Hi Frank, We need a little more information to be able to help you. What market are you trying to fire up with what pairs? Can can you tell me the output of the following: uname -a lsb_release -a Thanks! Jonathan

Hi, running 3.4.1 version. When I tried to adjust manually the buy limit of the running marging marker strategy ( the buy order was already set by the bot) both Adopt Amount and Adopt Total buttons on the manual adoption window were not active. Only Cancel was active. So, I did not manage to complete what I wanted. Is this a bug or I do something wrong ?
Got it, all I need is to move not a blue dashed line but the blue arrow and at the same time to have not a zero balance of btc. Am I right?
It can be at in certain situations there is no chance to adapt the amount and that's why the buttons are deselected. Perhaps you are at the absolute min tradable amount and have no where to go? Best wishes, Jonathan

leonArdo patch 3.4.1 releasedNew Features- Re-implemented the Bitstamp market integration. Now leonArdo allows you to trade all pairs supported by Bitstamp.
- Added ETH/CNY-pair to OKCoin
- Added settings property for the chart tooltip duration. People who had issues with tooltips that disappear too quickly can try to fix this with this feature.
Major bug fixes- Fixed crash-issue when closing markets/currency-pairs
- Fixed issue in our internal scheduler for polling-actions. Now the priority and the waiting time of market polling actions is taken into account more sophisticatedly.
- Fixed internal handling of dynamic precision decimal floats. This fixes the display of relative-buy/sell prices for strategies and also issues with trailing-stop orders.
Smaller bug fixes- Changed the stop-loss feature of the mArgin maker strategy to be off by default!
- Fixed issue that the mArgin maker's stop-loss chart annotation was sometimes visible even though it was disabled.
- Fixed error that caused a crash when right-clicking active orders.
- Fixed a bug in the startup code for demo markets.
- Fixed bug in the chart-data candle handling.
- Fixed issue of missing chart annotation lines.
- Optimized Bittrex handling of completed orders to reduce the amount of API calls needed.
- Fixed issue on Bittrex that caused displayed completed order prices were sometimes slightly off.
- Fixed the display of the range sliders, to properly visualize even very large ranges.
Note: If anyone has an issue with the new patch please let us know: contact@marginsoftware.deThe current 3.4 version is still available for download as a fallback option. How can you get your copy?If you are an existing customer you can simply click on the "update available" link on the leonArdo login screen and download this version. Or if you are new just head over to website and click through to our Products section. You can also download a demo version of leonArdo from the website to try before you buy.

@Chimaera definitely played around with those features. i like the interface a lot. my problem is that there seems to be a disconnect between what the strategy is supposed to do and what it's doing. maybe I have my settings wrong? but I watched the tutorials and can't figure out what I'm doing differently.
It could be you have set a parameter and that takes precedence over where leonArdo can place a trade. Do you have an example for me? Or a screenshot? Thanks, Jonathan

@leonArdo@margin
Considering purchasing your product but had a question.
At any point do my key/secret get sent to your servers? If so, does that mean all trades are proxied through your servers? Furthermore, if your servers go offline does that make the software redundant and no longer usable?
Cheers!
Hi syleron, No! We don't send your trades through our servers. leonArdo communicates directly to the exchanges. If our servers go offline the only thing you will notice is that leonArdo cannot download the historical trade data. If you had it running before the server went down, you won't notice anything. And even if you do, you can still use leonArdo Best wishes, Jonathan PS Sorry for the delay, but we also spoke by mail

How close are you to implementing custom strategies with moving average crossings?
A full strategy editor is a bit away, but adaptable moving average crossovers will be over the next few months... Best wishes, Jonathan

What kind of indicators do this software have? Are there Stochastics?
I've already purchased the program, just waiting for the download link to be emailed to me.
leonArdo has MACD, Bollinger Bands, VWAP, EMA, SMA and VWSMA, but lots more are in the pipeline. Great to have you on board! Jonathan

Is leonArdo supporting Bitcoin Cash or this in progress? what is specified time will leonArdo team implement Bitcoin Cash in the bot.
the trading bot is not a wallet, it works with the exchanges APis - so wait till BitTrex, Bitfinex or OKcoin open BCC(BCH) trading By the way BitTrex already opened BCC(BCH) trading and many other exchanges as well. Yes, leonArdo already supports BCC(BCH). Basically, if an exchange we support has it, leonArdo has it I see it is already available on Bittrex and Bitfinex...

Hi Jonathan, I'm new to this but can you please explain what's the difference between leonardo and gunbot? thanks.
Hi Forev, The biggest difference as far as I am concerned is that leonArdo is a desktop trading terminal with an emphasis on visual trading - drag n' drop orders, visualization of the order book, powerful charts and built-in indicators. Of course both have bots which is why most customers buy our software But please, ask around and do your homework. You can also try our free demo before you buy: http://www.marginsoftware.de/product.htmlAll the best, Jonathan

Is there an update as to when Kraken will be added? I'm sort of waiting to buy leonArdo as Kraken is my preferred exchange.
The dev who has been working part-time on Kraken comes onboard full time next week so we expect it out really fast then. All the best, Jonathan
