Aston villa has very big chance to make it happen. The club can make the gap to be even bigger as long as emery's squad will able to farm three points consistently from other clubs in EPL. Again and again inconsistency becomes the main opponent from aston villa.
Sometimes, this club peforms so well but as you can see that how it was losing against other club in the previous game. Emery needs to push his club to play even better than before. This to make sure aston can secure one of UCL ticket at the end of season.
It will be also adding more income for aston villa to play in UCL next season. Im thinking emery was not putting EPL trophy as the main target. Competing against city and liverpool are very hard task to be done by the club.
In fact, aston villa is not having ambition to talk about the title race which mean it has lower target like UCL spot. We have valued UCL spot as a trophy caused by it will be also able giving the club participate on it a lot of additional income.
It will be very useful for aston villa to play there and i hope emery's squad can make it happen soon.
Aston Villa in the last 1year have been the highest point takers in the EPL. They've been exceptional at their games, winning almost always and ensuring that they stay at the top chart. No one saw them coming and they've been able to be consistent, keeping home win records this season and they've not failed to cause troubles for teams. They really need to stay that way and maintain their consistency to keep their hopes of qualifying for the UCL alive.

They've got the capacity to remain on top but I really don't think City who's now below them would let them stay there, so if at all there'd be a change in the standings, then Villa won't go below the 6th position. They're so good to even try qualifying for the UEL next season. As competitive as the EPL has been this year, so far Villa have proven to be strong enough to fight back threats and create value and confidence in the team too.

Ivory Coast against Guinea Bissau
Is the pre tournament match between the host Ivory Coast who never lost an opener match since 1992, so surely they will have a bit of pressure undergoing tonight because of their fans and how they should perform. But other than than Guinea Bissau is a very humble team with much local players and lack of experience that would make their mission very hard to pass this group with top strong teams and today is their first hard test.
Well, let’s not forget that they did chocked the Gabon back in 2017 when they played again the host and managed to draw 1-1, I won’t be very surprised if they did it once again this year.

For the betting in this AFCON we starting today’s game with very low odds for the host as usual since they are very favorable to win with @1.2 for Ivory Coast to win against @21.00 for Guinea Bissau, it’s only good for high stakes to take some profits.
Well if you ask me, I'll say that Ivory Coast are my favourites for this game, my reason is based on your statement that they've not lost an opener match since 1992, that's a pretty good record and I believe they'll want to maintain it against Bissau, which have less experienced players compared to Ivory Coast, and the hosting team won't want to take chances cause if you check their group you'll see they've got other top teams like the Super Eagles of Nigeria, therefore they'll want to start the tournament with a victory to top their group.

Well according to my findings, Ivory Coast is a team with a very good record in the Afcon and I believe they won't let what Bissau did to Gabon happen to them. Even the bookies favours them and that's why they gave Ivory Coast @1.2 odd and more than 20 odds for Guinea Bissau, however let's watch and see how the game plays, if Ivory Coast would start their opener with above 1.5 scoreline.
1283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: January 12, 2024, 09:29:14 PM

Since it is the first season for Benzema, I agree that 9 goals in 15 matches isn't bad. Moreover, Benzema often got injury when he joined Al Ittihad. He probably scored more than 9 goals if he didn't get injury problem. Unfortunately, people expect more for Benzema's performance. I'm sure people want to see Benzema is in the list of the top scorer. People won't try to understand how he adapts with SPL and Al Ittihad players.

I heard the rumor about Benzema may join Arsenal. But I don't think it will happen because Benzema is happy to play with Al Ittihad. Benzema also has a contract with Al Ittihad until June, 2026. As a professional player, I am sure Benzema will try to stay in Al Ittihad until his contract expires. Al Itihad surely won't let him to go to Arsenal, too. Al Ittihad gets a lot of advantage by having Benzema, they won't sell Benzema at any price.

New signings and putting the team in a dilemma of evicting and retaining one out of two options. When the situation happened with Ronaldo, it was said that it's cos of his influence, money and capacity. Now it's Benzema's turn, what will be said. For me I'd blame Saudi league because the teams are trying all their possible best to be recognized.Al Nassr before Ronaldo joined weren't heard about. All of a sudden, they're talked about occasionally.

It's rumoured that the league wants to secure a spot in the UEFA champions league and they shouldn't be blamed for doing all it takes to make meaning. They'd rather do away with those that doesn't really matter and retain those that actually do matter. It's kind of life's lifestyle. No doubt every team there, if in that situation will do the same as Al Nassr had done or even worse. It's all for a purpose, I don't know but likely in the coming months, we should expect to see more of these occurrences.

If Mbape sign the next contract with PSG, then I will believe that their is something wrong with him not after what they did to him when the season was about to start. I remember how he was denied entry to even the GYM where he can train and he will really want to sign a new deal. I think there is something he loves about PSG because why will you abandoned Real Madrid and go a place like PSG. I don't so.
Well I see no reason why Mbappé would choose to remain at PSG over Madrid, the Ancelotti might have made statements concerning the Mbappé but we all know that they're in need of a good and experienced striker and would definitely make a move for Mbappé once he declares his intentions to move there or he's declared free by PSG. If he wants to win a major trophy and make better name for himself then a move to Madrid would be the b option.

Well he still got from now till the end of this season's competition to make his decision and I also think he decided to stay a PSG and extended his contract last summer cause he wouldn’t want to move to the Saudi league which is not good for his career as a young player and he's very comfortable with the figures he's receiving at PSG, else he would've gone to Arab for the money.
1285  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: January 12, 2024, 09:00:53 PM

I understand that people are more comfortable watching the big teams but the small teams can be fun sometimes too even though most of the matches between small teams are dull and boring. Burnley have not been doing too well this season else one would have expected them to win tonight with ease. They lost their last three matches against Liverpool, Aston Villa and Tottenham respectively. The losses are no surprising though because they lost to better sides.

Luton on the other hand seem prepared to fight their way out of the relegation zone. Apart from losing to Chelsea, Luton won two out of their last three matches, winning Sheffield United and Newcastle. If they maintain the same energy, they might probably win Burnley. The match could actually be interesting because it is two teams fighting to avoid relegation.

One thing I love about the EPL is that every match is very Interesting to watch, even the so called small teams play very beautiful and make the game entertaining when they face each other, no wonder a lot of people say that the EPL is the toughest and most entertaining league in the world. Well there's still no doubt that some matches can be boring, but it's not very often and sometimes the big teams play boring football as well especially those one that are out of form.

Luton is definitely the least team to survive in the EPL, but in this league nothing is impossible you'll be suprised to see that Luton would struggle to maintain the 18th position and end up escaping and moving to the 16th or 17th place,  in three matches to the end of the tournament, in this 2nd segment of the season on thing matters alot for many team, which is consistency.
1286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Premier League 2023/2024 Discussion Thread ⚽ on: January 12, 2024, 08:50:45 PM
The Premier League is finally back with the second part of the season.  Smiley  What do you think about the Newcastle v Manchester City and Manchester United v Tottenham matches?

For the first match I see Manchester City being a solid favourite to win the match. De Bruyne is finally back which must have made Guardiola and fans both very happy. Because De Bruyne is one of the game changers for Manchester City as you know. His creativity and individual skills are really valuable. He made difference in his first match after injury already. I expect him to be in the starting eleven against Newcastle as well.  Smiley

The other match is also very attracting.  Grin  I think this match could be similar to the Manchester United v Aston Villa match. I wouldn't be surprised to see Tottenham scoring first and then Manchester United trying to make a comeback. I'm confident about both teams to score but it is hard to predict how the match would end.  Sad
The Premier league would be back again after the break from other tournaments and every team is currently strengthing against the second half of the season which would determine the clubs that would head into the European tournaments and those that would be relegated from EPL. Well asides that some club would be affected by the AFCON competition especially Tottenham that's got African players included in their squad, they would be facing Manchester United that's lost in their 1st meeting and would be looking for a revenge in the 2nd leg.

I think this match is going to be a very tough one because despite the departure of some African and Asian starting players in Tottenham, they still got a good player in their squad and they recently strengthened their attack. However Manchester united are the hosting team and they won't want to be defeated away and at home by United.

Meanwhile the arrival of Debruyne means a lot to City and it could play a major role in them winning against Newcastle, Pep Guardiola won't want to take any chances in this second segment of the league therfore he'll come all out with a full squad of his starting XI in that match, well Newcastle is not a team to underestimate but they're definitely favourites to win the game.
1287  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Portuguese League - Liga Portugal 2023/24 on: January 12, 2024, 08:37:12 PM
Do you think that Porto would lose points against Braga? Porto are hosting them two days later and of course they are the favourite side of the match. If you don't remember I would like to remind that their previous match ended up with Porto's 2-0 victory away.  Smiley  Technically Porto should be able to be at least as dominant as that in this match home.

The problem for Porto is that they aren't much productive.  Sad  They have scored only 23 goals in 16 matches. Maybe this has been enough for them so far to keep up with the title race. But it is quite dangerous at the same time. They would make use of a much higher contribution from their strikers especially. Taremi isn't performing as good as the previous season which is also a big factor causing this now.
In the Portuguese league, there are teams with higher impacts in the league games and European contests too. Benfica, Sporting, Porto are most impactful in this regard. For Porto, they're doing well in the league and also have good performance records in the UCL too even though they weren't able to keep up with their good performance in their last league game which wasn't so acceptable. Same applies for Benfica and Sporting who's got their own record in the European cups too.

Benfica did well at securing the three points in their last game with a good goal margin. It only shows how set they are for the task put before them. Although a lesser performance wasn't expected from them though but they're definitely a stable team in the league. The league seems less competitive though as there are still weeks left and just these 3teams are trying to make good wave in the league. Over the years it's still these three that have been the most talked about because of the feats they've attained. One would be so sure to bet on these teams and their ability to keep progressing in points in their league games.
1288  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Eredivisie 23/24 - discussion thread on: January 12, 2024, 08:27:02 PM

Every team having good and bad days with currently in this season we are having in Premier League few top ranks clubs are struggling even they spend huge amounts for the improvement but still nothing positive happening, so Ajax was also in bad shape, and they were struggling with now on recovery which is surely good, and they are back in business without losing too much time because here in Eredivisie we have no competitiveness like Premier League and difference of quality is also wide open which is not allowing many teams to improve their squads for the top quality.
Ajax is one of the best club in UEFA with having good history and performance so they are now back and most chances we will have them at the better spot until end of this season as well even for me, they can go through for the top three.
Ajax have not been at their best performances but they've definitely been winning games and have been consistent to it. Definitely a coach has his own impact in a team, once the head is faulty, there'll always be loopholes. It means a lot for a team to get victorious consecutively in a row and for Ajax, that's caused a gradual improvement regardless not doubting that they still have to put in more work. They've got players no doubt but the squad needs to be better, Ajax is a team better than a narrow win, at the moment though, finding the right player who's top and ready in all areas to give that competitive capacity in both the domestic league and the European leagues will be hard.

Every team won't want to loose their kept men and every player that's be free are the ones that weren't so solid for the team. It's quite expensive to get for a team a high valued player no doubt and Ajax management may not likely be up to the task and it's going to be unsafe to settle for a less standard player.Their winning consistency is good but they just have to find a way to stop the wins from occuring through a narrow means. The coach is good at what he does but he has to improve himself and the team too, once all the necessary characteristics needed are in place, then it'll be an easy ride for Ajax.
1289  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: January 12, 2024, 08:15:23 PM

well, if he had come back right away I would say he could play well again, but unfortunately he came back temporarily, and for the time he was at Dortmundo I really doubt he would come back and play well at Manchester United, the problem with Manchester United and Just like Chelsea's problem, many good players who played for those two teams in recent years stopped playing well. I believe that the problem is not with the players but rather the problem must be with the coaches of these two teams who spoiled the good players who played for these two teams in recent years. For example, we saw the case of Ronaldo who left Juventus where he scored a lot of goals at Juventus but arrived at Manchester United and couldn't play well.

Ronaldo at Manchester United couldn't score goals, but when Ronaldo left Manchester United then he started scoring goals, so much so that last year Ronaldo was the best goal scorer. When I see Manchester United signing players, I immediately think that they are players who will lose their skills at Manchester United, unfortunately. and teams like manchester united and chelsea have been teams that destroy all the players who play for those two teams
Every team has an impact it causes on the players, sometimes the players see the benefits in the team and basks in it, they perform well but when they make a move to another team, maybe their performance slacks. It's just unpredictable but sometimes there are factors to it. It's only advisable that a player be careful about every team decision he'd make. Left for me I'll say, Sancho made the wrong decision by moving to United, and it's really affected his football career over the months.

Sometimes a team's performance is depreciated and it's risky that a player seeing that condition would join and expect to do better all of a sudden. Sometimes the manager's strategy may not complement the players' style but there just has to be a form of endurance and push through too. Well the whole style of football is unpredictable and should be embraced and worked on when the need arises.
1290  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 12, 2024, 08:06:13 PM
Tomorrow match between Napoli vs Salernitana and just like i said before sacked Rudi Garcia and hire Walter Mazzari seems a big mistakes for Napoli because under Mazzari their performance was compeletely messed up and Napoli statistics also looks worse because from 5 latest matches in Serie A Napoli only get 1 win and they even only can able to scored 1 goal from those matches so these results isn't showing they are defending champion of Serie A and for their opponent Salernitana we all know seems this team is no hope in Serie A because with only gets 2 wins from 19 matches it's hard for them to survive at this competition

If Napoli can able to performing well i think it's not hard to beat Salernitana even Napoli can beat this team with big scores but it's quite hard to predict the outcomes of this match considering Napoli performance was not consistent lately especially Napoli will fight without their goal machine Victor Osimhen who defend Nigeria national team at Africa Cup so Napoli conditions doesn't really good for this match and Napoli has low odds @1.35 but i am not really sure this option could be a safe bet or not but i was thinking other options just like both teams to scores which is more good instead of pick Napoli win
Napoli were going through a tough time and this prompted the call up of Mazarri. At his debut game, he did well to win, even though much is expected of him, he just shouldn't be blamed if up until now the team are struggling to be consistent in victories. At least they're not always loosing games. They've got some wins and some losses too. Even when they played away from home to Roma who were a better side too so definitely it'd have been difficult for them to win although a draw wouldn't have been much of a bad result.

But we should note that Mazarri is a new boss, yes we won't give him as much leisure and overlook that'd cause him to be relaxed but technically he's new to the team and he's got to put his players and strategies together. The new year games have kicked off and so he's got all he needs to implement new strategies for the second half of the season as he definitely would be held accountable for any of his flops this time around. His period of grace is technically over.
1291  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: January 12, 2024, 07:57:02 PM

If Real Madrid does not interfere with the Super Cup final match between them and Barcelona, I think Real Madrid will win. I did not witness a strong performance from Barcelona yesterday, and those goals seem fortunate to me because Osasuna players are playing as though they do not want to score goals. Osasuna had numerous opportunities to score goals yesterday, but they failed. If that had been Real Madrid, I think Osasuna would have scored four goals. If Osasuna takes the match seriously, Since the custodian isn't that great, I think Osasuna will score if they play the game seriously and defeat Barcelona.

Real Madrid and Barcelona will play the final of super cup very soon, and I think the match will be like el classico match because the match is going to be little tough, Barcelona will take the match serious and play any how rough game because they are playing against real Madrid, whenever real Madrid and Barcelona is playing, Barcelona always take the match in a rough way and that's why you will see the match will be so boring, xavi will be happy and thinking that he will defeat real Madrid, so we will be waiting to see if he can make Barcelona team to defeat real Madrid.

Real Madrid's level of performance on the pitch is very much certain to earn them the Spanish Cup trophy. They delivered a good victory against Atletico Madrid and are unceasingly seeming promising too. Their rival at the finals would always be Barcelona and whichever way they come, they'd always be the victorious team, if they noticed they've defeated Barcelona in their first meeting this season and are even performing better than Barca currently.

Barcelona themselves aren't performing near to the rate of Madrid's and so it's certain that there may be no hope for them again. Real Madrid won't take it easy on them and sternly would want to earn the trophy to themselves this season. Their performances this season have been good and top notch too and their progress shouldn't be surprising.
1292  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 12, 2024, 07:48:34 PM

Joao Felix is unavailable for purchase by Barcelona due to financial constraints. Barcelona would rather not purchase Joao Felix for that reason. Should they permit Joao Felix to return to Atletico Madrid, they will later regret it as they lack a player as skilled in that role as Joao Felix. I always watch Barcelona games, and every time Joao Felix enters the pitch, you can see that the game changes because he always moves the ball really well, allowing Barcelona to score goals. It's even better than before. At least Barcelona will know if they made the right decision or not if Joao Felix leaves.

In regards to Branthwaite, I think Real Madrid needs a defensive player badly. His play has drawn attention from both Real Madrid and Manchester United, which is good, but I don't think Real Madrid will sign him. As it stands, Real Madrid needs a defensive player badly, but they don't want to sign anyone because they think their injured defensive players will recover well. As a result, they didn't worry too much about any defensive players; instead, they concentrated on finding the player who would wear number nine, and I believe they are in the process of acquiring the player.
Felix has always been a good player, he's a loan player no doubt but he's performed more than he did with his original club. Barcelona has given him the type of tempo he needs to play with. They're a good and committed team and their players are coordinated. The coach himself is young and knows what he needs and builds his team to deliver rightly. It won't be bad to watch Felix stay to do more at Barcelona. Atletico didn't favor him as much as Barcelona has. He's now out of his shell and has built more confidence in himself as well.

I personally don't think that after being watched to grow by Barcelona, then they'd let him off their camp. And I'm convinced that he also would want an extension with the Spanish side.
What kills a team is favoritism and it's one factor that should be worked on. Coaches should not involve favoritism as it may have an impact on the game outcomes and as well cause a whole lot of technical errors to occur and it may affect the players' conditions. They need to be encouraged and made to put in efforts to working in the team. It'll build their ball playing abilities and causes positivity in every game outcomes.
1293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Turkish Super League 2023/24 Season on: January 12, 2024, 07:40:16 PM

Financial issues is a very big challenge to any club because in a situation were the need to sign more good quality players will arise but there is no means of signing them it becomes a very big barrier to the club because if I'm not mistaken that's exactly what Barcelona is currently going through now because they are financially unstable and considering there current poor performance there is a serious need for them to get more good and quality players in other for there next season to go smoothly. Although Beşiktaş has many young players but there performance is not enough to take them far so whichever way they seriously need to sign more players in other to balance the team.
After Covid era still many clubs are facing these financial troubles, and they are losing their spots because mostly many are not able to bring quality changes which increase their performance even media rights and other deals are doing good but still these are not enough for them to have better and positive changes which are surely going to have serious impact in coming days.

Besiktas is also having same problem which is surely needed some good and quick intention but how this is also big question Barcelona and many Italian clubs are having bad time with things are not favorable so hopefully here they will be able to have some positive change which will increase their sources, and they will also able to have better changes.
The financial situation of Barcelona at the moment doesn't require an irrational spending. It requires careful consideration and study too. Barcelona needs to get out of the situation fast and so they wouldn't dare trade their chances. They've got eyes on some players who are or will also be willing to join them but they just can't squeeze out that funds because it'll lead to another jeopardy.

It's so sad that for the mean time, they'll be left with just free transfer options or low budgeted players. Adding a high rated player in the team would also mean a careful study of his salary incentives and finding a plan that would befit this player and I don't think any player of that stance, would want his salary structure reviewed. The best thing for Barcelona is just endurance whilst finding quick means out of this situation so they'd be back to acquiring the best guys in the game. The Copa del Rey is on and definitely, they're expected to perform better in most of their encounters.
1294  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: January 12, 2024, 07:32:44 PM

There are lots of people speculating like you because the only big chances to escape is between Manchester United and Galatasaray, even though we shouldn't be able to conclude thats Copenhagen is playing badly in the Champions League. Because we don't yet know what their potential is and its true that Copenhagen managed to proved it to everyone who know there is no doubt that they are not a club that is easily underestimated by any club, including Manchester United and Galatasaray, because clubs that are underestimated are able to read their opponent weaknesses so they can exploited them to achieve victory.

Seeing Copenhagen able to qualify for the round of 16 through quite difficult obstacles is an impressive achievement because they are in a group between clubs that is quite difficult, but unfortunately its struggle may only reach the round of 16 because it looking like Copenhagen will have difficulty getting rid of Manchester City in the round of 16 knowing the gap the quality of players is far superior to defending champion Manchester City.
At the moment, the UCL round of 16 draw is out and for some teams, it's going to be a serious tussle and for some it'll be a minor jump through to the next stage. Judging based on team strength, City has a better chance to advance than Copenhagen, so does PSG, Dortmund and Bayern. For the remaining fixtures, the teams are strong and the result is just unpredictable.

Arsenal and Porto are in good form, same performance range, the probability is shaky, thesame with Napoli and Barcelona. For Madrid and Leipzig, one would say Madrid are in a better position to advance but the German side shouldn't be underrated though, they're also good in their own way. For Inter and Atletico, it's going to be a serious battle, none of them would allow the other to just go freely without making it tough. Hopefully these teams would use their home advantages wisely and to the best of their ability too.
1295  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: January 12, 2024, 06:54:56 PM

To be honest, I don't really follow the development of the teams competing in Serie A. so, I don't really know any developments. but that doesn't mean I can't find out the statistics of the teams competing in Serie A, including AS Roma. what is certain is that AS Roma is experiencing unstable performance even though AS Roma actually has a pretty good front line, and Mourinho should be able to maximize it. I don't know why Serie A teams prefer the 3-5-2 pattern, even though there are still many ideal systems. the 3-5-2 pattern is actually effective, but it must be filled by competent players in each position. at least Inter always uses this pattern, but Simone Inzaghi is smart in placing his players and implementing his strategy. at a minimum, he knows when to rotate players depending on the opposing team. well, Jose Mourinho should have been smarter because in fact Mourinho has long experience and has brought several clubs he has managed to success to become champions under his tutelage. however, what we are seeing now is not that special in Mourinho's hands.

Talking about the playoff match between Feyenoord versus AS Roma, to be honest I quite doubt AS Roma. moreover, the first leg match was held at home to Feyenoord. referring to the betting market for a while, the home team is favored by bookies. so, the question is whether Mourinho will remain loyal to his defensive system in his away matches, especially the match against Feyenoord. if so, it could be that the home team will take advantage to win the match and maximize every opportunity to score a goal. however, this match actually still has quite a long time lag. there is still time for AS Roma to improve its performance.
The Serie A is one of the top league in the football World, with alot of great history in top European competition, it's got clubs with good strategy as well. We'll as we all know José Mourinho is  a defensive manager a very good one at it, known for parking the box especially when he's having the lead in a game, we'll over the years it's favoured him cause he's won lot of trophies in different leagues with such strategy and even got to the finals in the Europa League against Sevilla last season.

Their is tendency that Mourinho could change from his defensive pattern and go all attack against Feyenoord, cause currently it's not really favoring the club, except he would introduce players that are very good defensively into the team, cause they've been in a very poor form lately and have lost some few important matches. Well just like you mentioned, there's still time to improve their performance before this match based on the long time lag and I hope Mourinho utilises the current ongoing transfer window and strengthen his team very well.

Ivory Coast was into group A because they are as a host so they will starting first match in this competition and at their squad Ivory Coast has Ousmane Diomande, Franck Kessie, Jonathan Bamba,Jeremy Boga and Jean Thierry Lazare and mostly these players is important player at their club actually Ivory Coast under Jean-Louis Gasset has impressive performance because from 9 latest matches in all tournaments Ivory Coast only lose once and on the paper at group A Ivory Coast should be able to qualified to the next round because only Nigeria is the strongest opponent on that group

Guinea-Bissau will be first opponent for Ivory Coast and as a host first match will not be so easy for them because the fans hoping Ivory Coast can able to overcomes Guinea-Bissau and if they can able to do that Ivory Coast journey to this competition will be more easy and if i am not mistaken this is their first met at big tournament because previously whether Guinea-Bissau and Ivory Coast was never met however Guinea-Bissau actually is not in the good shape because they had just lose with big scores from Mali so there is a chances for Ivory Coast to collect 3 points from this match even if possible win with big scores and for betting options Ivory Coast has low odds @1.23
Ivory Coast the host of tournament are in group A of the competition. They’ve got a good squad who are quite quality in their respective clubs. Now they’re in same group with Nigeria and where we see Nigeria as the only strongest team in that group. With Ivory Coast’s quality, I think they’ll be joining Nigeria past the group stage of this competition.

Guinea-Bissau who’ll be Ivory Coast’s first opponent aren’t in a good shape, and it’ll be quite difficult for them to defeat the host team especially in a match opener. So this will be an easy one for Ivory Coast cause if Guinea-Bissau could lose with a big defeat to Mali then I doubt if they'll be able to stand a chance against Ivory Coast that's been one of the strongest contenders of this tournament over the years. They got better players with experience that are in top European clubs compared to Mali.

That's an impressive record by Emery's Aston Villa. I can't remember the last time Emery guided a team for a such impressive continous performance, because I only remember that he got sacked at almost every club he managed. LoL. Their consistency, home win records, and ability to cause trouble for other teams have indeed been noteworthy. The unexpected nature of their success adds an exciting element to the competitive landscape of the league.

But I'm still doubting that they are able to compete for the title considering the competition at the to five is so tight, only six points gap between first and fifth position while Aston Villa currently is second. The Competition in the second half of the season will surely increase, especially with teams like Manchester City with their key players coming back from injuries likely to intensify their efforts to reclaim the top spot. The battle for top positions will undoubtedly be intense, and it will be fascinating to see how Aston Villa maintains their momentum and navigates the challenges ahead.
Emery is really doing pretty well with this Villa team,he’s managed to remain consistent especially at home. It’s been a while he’s achieved such feat with a football club and now. Now they’ve made the league quite competitive and dynamic. They can’t yet be defined as tirle contenders because they’ve not yet proved to be champions because they’re not yet winning consistently and away from home. Manchester City and Liverpool seem to be the only teams wanting the league seriously as the competition this second half will be fierce.

I would love to see how Villa will be able to pass through this storm to try and come out top, but it’ll be better they target top 4 than trying to go for the league because it seems pretty impossible, well nothing is impossible if Leicester could win the EPL title in the 2015/16 season then anyone can. However I don't see Villa having same team spirit like Leicester when they won they league so targeting top 4 is not a had idea, than chasing wild goose.

Liverpool's victory in the league cup against Fulham with a score of 2-1, it seems that there are some parties who feel dissatisfied because Mohamed Salah is not present, but of course even though Mohamed Salah doesn't appear, I think Liverpool shows their performance well even without Mohamed Salah, Liverpool can win match. Indeed, Liverpool really needs the figure of Mohamed Salah because with Mohamed Salah Liverpool's performance will be even better. and I think if there was Mohamed Salah, Liverpool would probably score more goals. In the second leg of the semifinals, it will certainly be an exciting match between Fulham and Liverpool because Fulham has certainly learned a lot from the previous match against Liverpool and without the presence of Mohamed Salah, it certainly opens up good opportunities for Fulham. .

but if you think about it, the absence of Mohamed Salah will make Liverpool's performance less than optimal, but in the absence of Mohamed Salah, Jurgen Klopp will definitely provide good direction and strategy for the Liverpool players so that in the end the Liverpool players will be able to play. to adapt without Mohamed Salah. Of course we have seen Liverpool's match without Mohamed Salah, even though without Mohamed Salah, Liverpool could have won. Yes, of course there are other players who can be relied on as you mentioned.

Liverpool won their match against Fulham and they’ve had 2 wins out of 2 since Salah got absent due to the AFCON. This team have tried to maintain victory even with his absence but they’ve struggled and not scored plenty of goals. And this Liverpool team is used to scoring plenty of goals, i feel the second leg of the encounter will be quite fierce especially as Fulham tried to contain them this first leg though they couldn’t hold for long.  Moh Salah still out so I think Fulham will learn from this match and head to the next with all they’ve learned.

But we must not forget Klopp is a tactician and knows the best way to cover up for Moh’s absence and that’s what he’s done in the last 2 matches and they’ve all proven effective,  they'll need to remain consistent and perform well without their star player, Moreover they still got the likes of Gakpo, Nunez and Diaz that would keep the club going while Moh is away for international duties.

For now, the bookie is giving odds @ 3.70 on Lens for the match against PSG at the Stade Bollaert-Delelis, Lens' home ground. while PSG with odds of 1.89. there is something a little strange for me referring to this bet, although the odds will change before the match is held.
Apart from that, I haven't received any information regarding this match. so, we can wait and research before this match is held. however, on paper PSG is far superior to Lens. even though this match will be held at home to Lens, it will not be easy for Haise's team to provide fierce resistance to PSG in the match. but at least, Lens was able to recover and is currently in 7th place in the standings. not that bad, considering this team doesn't have a squad that has the same depth as the French League giants. last season, Lens was able to compete closely, one of the reasons being that they didn't have a tight schedule. they only compete in Ligue 1 and the Copa de France. this season, Lens took part in the highest caste competition, namely the Champions League, although in the end they were eliminated in the group phase and dropped to the Europa League. even then, they have to go through the playoffs phase first. which means, this season Franck Haise's troops are really being tested. and yeah, as we know and have seen, Lens is unable to maintain its consistency and performance. for me it's normal, because this team doesn't have enough competitive depth.

On the PSG side, their progress in the Domestic League can be said to be on the right track. after several weeks of winning, PSG was finally stopped by Lille with their winning record because the match ended in a draw. however, PSG was still able to continue its winning streak in the following two matches. in the next 3 days, PSG will play an away match against Lens. for now, I won't speculate too far ahead of this match. moreover, Lens performance is currently starting to improve. of the last 5 matches they played, Lens lost the last match to Nice. and we'll see how these two teams meet. will Lens be able to hold a draw, it will be interesting for us to wait.
I think the odds in this fixture is initiating that this match could be a draw match, and that’s why it’s unsafe to actually bet on right now. PSG is better than this Lens side but PSG could falter though but if I'm to pìck a side, I think I’ll still go with PSG, because they're better in terms of league positions,  quality players and good management,  PSG would show their class and try not to drop a point.

Lens doesn’t have a pretty good squad to compete against PSG, and owing to the fact that they’ve played in the uCl Nd got some players put due to injury. PSG as we know are better picks for this match than Lens because they’re progressing quite alright and will want to increase their lead on the top of the league. Lens could be stubborn at home and try to steal a point though, for this reason, I’ll double chance on PSG to be on a safer side.

As far as I have observed and followed, Benzema was injured and missed several of his matches with Al Ittihad. in the 19 matches played by Al Ittihad, Benzema only played 15 matches with his team. plus, the system implemented by the previous coach did not suit Benzema's playing style. yeah, as some rumors have reported that Benzema doesn't get along with Nuno Santos. it seems that Benzema doesn't like the system implemented by the coach who previously managed Al Ittihad.
now, Marcelo Gallordo is in charge of Al Ittihad. at least Al Ittihad's new coach is bringing an offensive system, and Benzenma is returning to playing as a pure striker or center forward.

IMO, Benzema can actually still be relied on even though he is 36. the problem is, this team is not filled with potential supporting players. in the end, Benzema's performance has not really improved so far. I think it's not just Benzema's problem if Al Ittihad wants improvement. Ideally, club management must bring in several newcomers who can be relied on. good in terms of scoring goals, as well as contributing to helping Bemzema as a goal in his team's squad. which means, Al Ittihad must bring in several wingers who are quite competent and can be relied on. thus, Al Ittihad still has a chance of at least finishing in the top four of the Saudi Pro League. Well, let's see, this competition still has a break before it starts again.
Benzema was doing pretty bad at the start of the season and this could be blamed on his injury and the coach’s style of play. Though I think there’ll be improvements now with this new coach who’s now playing a different style and making Benzema play his traditional position. Hopefully it would help the team get better with time, Benzema is a world class player and with the right backings and players surrounding him, their's a tendency of him improving better.

I think the team needs some more additional creative players who’ll be able to help and assist him upfront so as to get the goals. Yes, the goals, because he’s still very active and can deliver at any time. They still have a chance of finishing top. 4 but they’ll have to be pretty better than early season to be able to achieve this feat. As the title defenders in would be very embarrassing if they fail to finish in a good position, even with a balloon D'or holder like Karim Benzema.
