BTW, the ICC has proposed a 6-team tournament for the 2028 Olympics. I am surprised. They should have went for a 3-team or 4-team competition. Anyway they want cricket to be played only by the pig-4. So why include more teams? All the other team sports (including football and field hockey) are having either 12 or 16 participants, and the ICC has suggested to limit the number of participants to a minuscule level. Arsenal must have learned their lesson from their last match against Manchester United in the league. It was a really bad defeat by 3-1 for them. The last victim was Manchester City you know. But I can't say that Manchester United are very impressive in matches away. They have been able to win only the half of those matches so far.
Arsenal on the other hand are amazing in matches home. They have 7 wins and 1 draw now. They could have beaten Newcastle as well actually but they didn't have a good day about finishing. Arsenal have been successful against Manchester United in Emirates for a few years as well. I expect them to keep this up by another win.
I also have the feeling Arsenal can win this match despite Manchester United having good run after break, and they are doing good work in defense while not conceding more goals and their attack is also having good support from their midfield which is now playing with better combination which is having good results but still playing against team like Arsenal at their home could be challenging for them and this could be decisive for these three teams at the top as well because if Manchester United able to have positive result then surely this could be helpful for the Manchester City and give big setback to league leaders Arsenal which having impressive season from match one. Reminded by this topic, I went ahead and checked what's the sale prices of houses in my area, and what's the rent prices look like, and I have to say it's really not worth it, not in the long run at all. Companies are where it's at, because if the company you own do not go down, then it's going to keep making you profit and the more you invest the bigger you could get. Of course you could also bankrupt, but it's not even close how much you could make with crypto and stocks compared to houses.

It was really unbelievable to see Napoli being eliminated in the Coppa Italia this early and against a much weaker team. There was some rotation in the lineup though. But even in that situation Napoli should have been able to fight harder than this. Because they have had a big motivation in this season to become as successful as possible. Osimhen entered the match very late like in extra time. I understand Spalletti about preserving him for more important matches.
But I don't think they have such option to see this cup less important. They aren't a team that win this cup very often in the end. But winning the Serie A title would still be a huge compensation for that.

Chelsea and Liverpool have underperformance in this season but I disagree for both team missing qualify for UEFA Champion League next season, current standing between Liverpool and Chelsea have the same points and behind 10 points left from Newcastle United on 4th place and 11 points left from Manchester United, I don't think with half matches left in Primer League both team can reach maximum points.
Actually Chelsea have new recruitment and they will come back strong at second half season and get opportunity back to the top fourth standing and possibility reached with UEFA Champion League spot standing for next season.
I disagree with you about these two teams because with current form most chances they can lose their Champions League spots because things are not good for these two clubs in first half of the season, and now they have to give their best but with this we need poor run of form from Newcastle United and Manchester United as well which is not happening because these both clubs are at their best and having good quality and performance as well which will keep them for having spots in top four for the next season's Champions League spot as well. Currently, both are trying to bring fresh players for increasing their quality, but things are not favourable because they are already have enough quality, but their poor run is due to poor strategy and losing their momentum which is important if they want to be good for the better spots in this season. |
