1741  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks are a business, and you are the cash cow on: April 04, 2023, 06:49:30 AM
I think pretty much all of us already know that banks are businesses and they generate revenue for what they do for the community, which is to keep their money or let them spend or transfer them. All their models, services, and offers are in some way monetized for themselves and whenever we use any of their services, ATMs are a big example for that of their frequent usage, they earn money from that.

I've always thought about how much money banks make only by the ATM fees when you use an ATM of a different bank to withdraw your money. Imagine how many people use the ATMs per day, and per month. And that is only one of their products, they have a lot.
1742  Economy / Gambling / Re: My list of good crypto casinos on: April 03, 2023, 08:44:34 PM
Most times the issues that are posted on social media are those that the casino represetative failed to handle and left without any clear outcome so the players feel cheated and try to call out the casino, but most times the case are never solved even though it gets escalated  on social media and the casino always stand with the decision of their support.
That's because the casino has no desire to resolve the case and let the case be like that. The casino deliberately wants to deceive members who are experiencing the problem so that the casino can get their money and pretend that the casino did nothing wrong. This problem arises because users do not do more research about the casino so they choose the wrong casino and it has happened many times. Users must learn from this experience or from other people's experiences so they can be calm playing gambling and not get into any trouble at the casino.
Or maybe it's not always like that and it's sometimes the other way around where the player himself is wrong and just blames the casino because they are not letting them complete something which goes against the terms and conditions of the casino, it's obviously not something any casino would allow and if users start blaming the casino, they can clear the issue but wouldn't do as the players say of course.

These kinds of users don't really deserve even receiving a response, but in most cases, casinos do clear the doubts for others to see so that their reputation isn't harmed due to the fake allegations.
1743  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots 101: Basics, Strategies, and Discussion (with poll) on: April 03, 2023, 07:45:31 PM
It's funny if there are still people who say they want to stop playing slot-type gambling but that person still comes in and gives reviews on slot game threads.
It seems that he is a crazy gambler so he says that slots are bad and annoying games but in his heart says differently and really wants to continue playing in slot games.
Slot games can make gamblers addicted because the games are very fun to play and make everyone who plays slot games constantly curious about getting maxwin.
It's a lie if gamblers say that slot games are bad to the point of wanting to stop playing them.
Well, it may sound funny but what he said is a fact. Out of 100 sessions of playing slots, you can hardly come out as a winner in 1 or 2 sessions, and in all other sessions, you will most probably lose all the money that you had when you started playing. He is not wrong about that or being aggressive or annoyed by slots.

And if he can't resist discussing it or even playing it even after saying all that, it's because he is already addicted and he can't help it even after realizing that he is just losing, he still keeps playing. That's what addiction does to you.
1744  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any casino site offer Ludo game? on: April 03, 2023, 06:45:45 PM
Via Casino? Nah i haven't seen one on any gambling website, but if you want to play Ludo games on your smartphone I believe there are some Ludo games on the play store for android users, I just don't know if they have the online capability or multiplayer like some gamers call it, you will have to find that out yourself, Ludo isn't fun if you can't play with real people around the world, even if it's available on a casino platform and you only have to play with the casino BOT the fun part will instantly gone.
There is one in PlayStore called Ludo Star, it is probably the best and the most popular one out there. It is an online game where you can play against others and win or lose coins. You can login into the game using your Facebook account and you will see all your friends that also have the game and you can even invite them for team-up matches where you and your teammate will play against another team of real people.

It's a fun game that everyone can play and enjoy. The reason why casinos don't have Ludo is probably because it isn't a fast-paced game and it consumes a lot of time, so gamblers would barely like to play it.
1745  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Using AI to predict outcomes on: April 03, 2023, 06:12:41 PM
of course it is the best decision in making your predictions to determine the outcome bets from the analysis you made before, but why are people starting to consider AI as a tool to make their predictions and/or adjust to the predictions that have been made so that they refer to corroborating conclusions? or reverse direction, using AI is not just for most people here to determine their bets in my opinion, it's just possible because AI can provide the explanation we ask for something we don't understand so many people try it to test whether AI can predict correctly, and how accurate the predictions are. maybe like that I guess.
There can only be two reasons why someone would want to use AI to research and predict the outcome of a game they are willing to bet on for them, the first reason probably is to get an easy and guaranteed win, and the other reason could be the laziness for not doing the research and analysis themselves as it can be a time-consuming and tiresome process.

But no matter what people want, the thing that matters is what the reality is, and the reality is that AI isn't really up to the mark to do this task for now, so no matter how much someone wishes to have an AI do their work, they will have to do it themselves if they want to be able to win.
1746  Economy / Gambling / Re: Recommendations for Real Cryptocurrency Casinos on: April 02, 2023, 07:25:45 PM
Guys, I appreciate your input on the internal exchanges at crypto casinos. However, I believe we're getting off track from the main topic of this thread. Let's try to stay focused and keep our discussions relevant to the original post. If anyone has further thoughts on the topic of crypto exchanges at casinos, feel free to start a separate discussion or thread. We can continue our conversation there and delve deeper into the specifics. Thank you for understanding.
Lol, you are right that it gets out of hand so quickly when someone starts talking about a different topic inside a thread that primarily has a different topic altogether, that is how all these mega threads have come into being and if a topic isn't self-moderated, it becomes very difficult to control this, to be honest.

Anyway, getting back to the topic, have you tried all the casinos and gambling platforms that are available on this forum? I think almost all of them are basically cryptocurrency casinos since when they were launched, they all only accepted cryptocurrencies, they may have added fiat deposit and withdrawal features later on.
1747  Economy / Gambling / Re: NEW Flush.com Crypto Casino - ♠️ $BTC ♦️ $ETH ♣️ $DOGE ♥️ $LTC on: April 02, 2023, 04:45:54 PM
TRC-20 is also quite expensive these days after they raised the fees a couple of months back.
The only really cheap option is USDT on BEP-20 with an average fee of around 0.20$ , thats actually a bargain compared to the other 2.

But of course it's always best to have various options for the customer to choose from. They can then decide themselfes if they care about the high fee or not. I bet some don't.
Even if they did not raise the fees, I think it will rise on its own due to the high demand that it was getting because I believe that more and more people are using TRX as alternative to heavier cryptos most especially for gambling purposes.

Other than USDT BEP-20 I think there are coins which has a cheaper fee than it. XRP is one of it. It can then be followed by LTC and DOGE coin but USDT still has an advantage between them because it was a stable coin so we won't worry anymore about the fluctuations. Only poor gamblers will care about the transaction fees so it's a must for a gambling site to add more cheaper alternatives in order to attract them.
1748  Economy / Economics / Re: Should you save, when you are wealthy? on: April 02, 2023, 07:11:54 AM
You first need to understand the meaning and purpose of saving itself before going deeper. Savings means an amount of money out of what you earn that you keep and don't spend for your future so that when you are not earning anymore or in case you need more than what you earn like in an emergency situation, you can use the money you have saved.

You don't need to separate any money and call it savings if you are already earning way more than what you spend, and the money that remains is already what you can consider savings, and that is the case with wealthy people. Wealth makes wealth, so what they do is make investments and start new businesses that generate more wealth for them, and with that, they don't need to have savings since they already have it in the name of wealth.
1749  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambler Loses 1.4 million USD in a bet with lower than 1.01 odds! on: April 01, 2023, 06:52:30 PM
Let's not speculate too much and focus on the amount of the loss and the odds we bet on. As typical gamblers, we thought that those odds would give us a nearly 100% chance of winning, but unfortunately, that didn't happen with this bet. It's really disappointing, especially considering the large amount of money involved.

For billionaires, this amount may not be an issue, but for most gamblers, it's a significant loss. Some even hope that gambling will change their lives if they hit the jackpot.
Thinking that the odds like 1.01 give you a 100% chance of winning is wrong in the first place because there is a small percentage difference and we all know that casinos and all their games have the house edge factor, so it should always be in one's mind that they can lose literally any bet, no matter the winning odds, and that's why it's better to set the base bet carefully.

I think it's not a small amount even for a billionaire. No one becomes a billionaire or ultra-rich overnight, so they definitely know the value of money, it doesn't matter how much they have or they spend, losing $1m in a single bet is still a lot.
1750  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slot Tournaments - Ever Heard of it? on: April 01, 2023, 06:38:30 PM
   -  I have only heard of such kind of slot games. And if there is such a slot game system here in cryptocurrency I will not participate in it.
It seems to me that the former will only cost me more as a beginner there.

Why are you OP have you tried something like that too? or have you tried it too? I'm just asking because I was curious about this article you posted here.
As written in the post from OP, some of the tournaments don't require any money from the players for registration or taking part in the tournament, so there is basically no chance of you losing any money in the process since you will simply just join for free and play to win the winning prize, or one of the prizes if there are like 3 for top 3 players, etc.

I personally have never heard of Slot tournaments, but from what I've read here, I think it must be fun competing with other players with the same amount of chances and time. It definitely depends on everyone's luck who will stack up more points, but it's fun though.
1751  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam Alert DuelBits Scam $1100 on: April 01, 2023, 12:38:03 PM
Now what's the problem? Duelbits have a KYC rule in their terms of service, if they request it to you, it's their right to do that. If you can't provide KYC to them and they're not accept to return back your deposit amount to your address, it's not a Duelbits' fault because they're don't have any obligation to accept your request!

You have two option, KYC in order to withdraw your $1,100 or don't KYC and leave your funds, there's nothing should be discussed anymore.
Most casinos won't ask you for KYC straight ahead, and they let you play and even withdraw smaller amounts if they suspect nothing unusual happening from your end, but that doesn't mean that they don't require KYC or will never ask you for it no matter what you do. If you are trying to withdraw a higher amount and they are asking for KYC, what's wrong with that?

You should have read their terms and conditions before starting to gamble with them if you knew that you can in no condition provide any IDs or documents for verification because you should know that casinos require to comply with AML and other regulatory rules.
1752  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: April 01, 2023, 10:39:03 AM
These two teams were in a fierce rivalry last season. Liverpool have been left out of the title race this season, but their performance in matches like this can determine the champion.

Some important players in Manchester City will not be able to play in this game due to their injuries. Phil Foden has had surgery, he won't be able to play until the end of May. Haaland suffered an injury to the national team, his condition is uncertain. In Liverpool, it is rumored that Darwin Nunez and Tsimikas have recovered from their injuries.

Liverpool will play to enter the top four in the league. Manchester City will play to stay in the title race. It is difficult to predict the outcome of this match because we may encounter a big surprise, but I think we are likely to see a lot of goals in this match. Let the excitement begin!
One of the most fierce rivals in English Premier League are going to face each other today in one of the most important match as this is important for the Liverpool which is currently at sixth after playing 26 games and having 42 points with if they want to jump at fourth then surely they need to cut the difference of seven points which is between them and Tottenham which is also having good run in last few matches and not going to lay down easily from their current spot and Manchester City which is defending their title and having currently eight points difference from leaders Arsenal with having one match in hand things looking not easy for the both teams.

But, recently Manchester City at home doing good job and Liverpool is having unpredictable because they won against Manchester United at home and then lost against Bournemouth in away game so today if they are able to hold Citizens at their home then surely this could be one of the best for them and big below for the home team because this will create problems for them in chasing title but most chances today they will be at their best for the close race against leaders Arsenal.
1753  Economy / Gambling / Re: What sort of Weekly & Monthly Bonuses do Bitcointalk members want? on: March 31, 2023, 08:44:04 PM
well that's it, the first intention is not to achieve the bonus requirements but rather to have fun, that's the best choice.
I very rarely use bonuses, for me bonuses will only burden our minds to achieve the target conditions specified so when gambling it should be fun but thoughts become emotional because we are too focused on bonus conditions. so I often avoid bonuses that casinos give except for weekly bonuses like my favorite casino.
like i bet in a week total bet $5000 and can get bonus code $2-$5. to reach this bonus it's easy enough to ignore the terms and enjoy each of my betting sessions.
in the end accidentally sometimes within a week these conditions can be achieved without us thinking about having to pursue these conditions.
Quite right!  I agree with you that from the fact that the head and brains all the time when you play are filled with thoughts about how not to miss your bonuses, then the game becomes somehow tense.
And you need to play for your own pleasure, so that there is a relaxed state, sometimes interrupted by natural emotions when you win, well, or when you lose.
And thoughts about bonuses only violate this state and interfere with interesting play.  So casino bonuses are not always and not for everyone a good marketing ploy in casino advertising.

I think a lot of people think about it just from the experience of their games.
What kind of bonuses is that you are talking about? I think bonuses are claimed before starting to play a game, that's at least what most casinos offer. When you make a deposit if you are new or old, if there is a bonus associated with the deposit, that is immediately added to your balance and then you can start gambling with your balance along with the bonus.

And I believe bonuses can give you the upper hand when you are gambling because if you have deposited $100 and the casino has added a 100% deposit bonus, you will have $200 to play and that might help you hit a multiplier as you can play longer that way even if you are not winning initially.
1754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: History of Crypto Gambling: What is the closest/best successor to Directbet.eu? on: March 31, 2023, 08:15:33 PM
You can barely find decentralized casinos these days, having a business model like that is far from reality anymore. The reason for that is probably because of regulations and laws imposed all around for money laundering and stuff and casino businesses don't want to get in trouble and stay on the safer side because it's not easy to establish a business and then see it being taken down by the authorities.

So casinos mostly have a centralized structure these days so that they can comply with the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions where they operate. I think someone can actually try creating a business model like that, but I'm not sure if it will get enough success and recognition.
1755  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The future of CBDC in gambling. on: March 31, 2023, 07:45:51 PM
Governments doesn't really force CBDC to be adopted by any service platforms, they use this as a tool to tackle the crypto currency when people say fiat system is old so government claims their current CBDC is same as blockchain and with most people unaware of what is decentralised money will go after CBDC. However about the casinos there won't be much affect for Bitcoin or other cryptos due to the inclusion of CBDC cause it's going to affect the fiat based users more in my opinion.
You are either too innocent or you don't really watch the news and read about current affairs within the blockchain industry, otherwise, you wouldn't say that governments wouldn't force any service or platform to accept CBDCs while their primary focus behind creating it is leaving Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies behind and make all the services and platforms accept and utilize CBDCs.

The spread of CBDCs will definitely hurt Bitcoin or altcoins in one way or another. There won't be peaceful changes within the industry and the authorities will force their way away and they don't care about anything coming their way.
1756  Economy / Gambling / Re: Freebitcoin.in on: March 31, 2023, 07:05:04 PM
Have this website improved? The last time I play some roll games on this website was years ago and I do have some winnings and losses too, is anyone still making something good out of this website? Please share your experience, now that Sats are high in value they are giving too low of sat every hour, this is exhausting and that's why I don't bother to use the website anymore, but I believe they should have improved better right now.
If by the improvement you mean an increase in faucet rewards, then no, probably not, as the price of Bitcoin is pretty high, so the rewards are probably too low compared to what they used to be back in the day, but if you talk about the whole website and the services they got to offer, they surely have improved a lot and added a lot of new things over the years.

When I used to use the website in the past, all they had was a free roll, a lottery, and the Hi-Lo game, but now they have got a lot of options for their users and investors and are probably doing pretty well, from being a simple faucet website to becoming this big, they've come a long way.
1757  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🎉BetFury Affiliate Program is live| 💸Earn with RevShare up to 60% on: March 30, 2023, 09:22:43 PM
It is really difficult to correctly predict the combo bets because here you need to predict few bets correctly in order to win the money. Even if you lost one bet, you will lose the combo bet. So it is really risky to go for combo bets.
The only reason why people will try their luck on these bets is that if they win these combo bets, the reward will be much higher as compared to win a single bet.

If you ask me, i will prefer to win a single bet even though my profit ratio will be less but it is better to avoid the loss by not playing the combo bets.
That's why it has better pay offs when you win. Higher the risk, higher the reward, it's based just on math. When you try to catch on easier bets you will have lower reward ratio.
Both of the styles can equally make you ton of money and both can make you rekt. There's no right or wrong way to gamble, there are just personal preferences.
There is an alternative of low risk but bunch of low risks get together to make one big risk. Which happens in sports betting, you can wager on 10 games for teams with 1.40 or under chances to win, individually they all have a great chance to win, but when you make 10 of them on the same bet, that becomes a bit of a trouble and that is why it's risky.

I believe that the risk you take in that regard would be better than betting on 2 underdogs to win, which could be same odds when you look at the math, but 2 underdogs winning together would be a lot harder to happen than 10 favorites to win at the same time. There are differences and small nuances like that.
1758  Economy / Economics / Re: #Quittok: Desire for positive work environments and greater work-life balance on: March 30, 2023, 07:42:11 PM
I don't use TikTok that much, so I haven't seen any video of that nature or even heard about it. I believe toxic work environments truly need to be changed or totally closed down or exposed, and every employee should be given the respect and work-life balance they deserve it. But, to be honest, if I was to leave my job for any of the reasons mentioned, I would simply just keep it private and not broadcast it for the world to see.

Social media and trends can be used for good causes and we have seen that happening in the past, but it doesn't necessarily mean that almost everything should be shared on it. Some things are supposed to be private and personal, and they are meant to be kept that way.
1759  Economy / Gambling / Re: British Horse Racing - With Prediction To Win on: March 30, 2023, 07:02:48 PM
Things are obviously not clear about OP and what he is trying to sell, I know he has mentioned that it is a kind of video game screen or display that reveals the winner of a real horse race before the game finishes, but other than that, nothing is really clear and understandable. I also don't get why he has mentioned a profile from a website where he might be working or something.

@OP, it might not be a good idea to give out your account names and addresses, etc. You should keep that confidential and only share it with someone privately if you get to have a deal with someone.
1760  Economy / Gambling / Re: How succesful will AI projects be to win the house? on: March 30, 2023, 06:25:02 PM
Well. Putting it simple. If there is an edge, AI (and future AGIs) will find it. No doubt
The thing is we’ll probably move to a scenario where there is no edge at all on the games and in the long run the house wins.

Still possible to use AI to manage bankroll strategies and try to find an edge on some skill games
I think it would be AI against AI. It is bad idea to think that the casino hires dumbs specialists. They will use the same tools and most time the casino has more opportunities due to their money.
And there is ToS, and it is possible to include some rules when casino can prohibite using AI and ban gamblers if they suspect it.
It will probably be foolish to think that casinos can't make use of AI to detect unusual activity if users can use AI to beat the house. They might be the first ones to make use of AI technology in their favor before their players can get to it. And you are right that they can easily make changes in their terms and services and include the rule of banning gamblers from using tools to maximize winnings.

Casinos are a form of business, so they will probably take all the necessary actions to prevent their business from going to loss, including the prevention from AI and other tools that might give players an advantage over the house.
