It's a crap coin that already airdropped for the bitcoin holders. It's the same as bitcoin gold, cash, vision and etc. I think that he was regretting it due to the not selling at the peak price caused by he was forget to swapping his coins. It's a dead coin right now.

Any exchange sites that offered no fees for the trade can be considered as a shady exchange site and it has a very high possibility to be the scam project. It looks very sad to see in another way exchange site is become a very crucial part of crypto ecosystem.

That works the traders must send back their money to the wallet after the trade. Some may lose their coins but exchange sites were giving insurance for them all.
