For the new coins themselves, I agree with you that many new coins will eventually become worthless and only become junk in the wallet. And I personally will also sell tokens that I get when the tokens have a small value compared to deciding to keep holding it and in the end it actually has no value in exchange.

Lol. If a coin have no use and so no demand it will never have any value. Yes it can have today value that is made by promoting that coin with the money you gave them for the coins you have. Why would something useless have any value? the value of a coin depends on the buy order in the market, sometimes the coin has a high price but there is no volume because they have no more buy orders and what is left is only sell orders that I usually experience when getting coins from airdrops and from Givewey The buy order will determine the value of crypto but it should be matched with the sell order to create the real value for cryptocurrency. They have not volume and what was happening there just a manipulation that already created by the team or whales to play the market only. That looks very thing to happen with a coin. |

ive received this airdrop last night, but when i read their smart contract, its not available to send because send function was locked..
its only for estimation on your wallet.. dunno when the token is available to send, is anyone have information about when this token are transferable ?
It will never be transferable as the contract that already used in the exchange sites have been replaced with the new contract. I have an opinion if the team has already locked it through the code. You can't do that until the team will announce if they have opened it and i think that will never happen. |

I have witnessed the growth and falling prices of these alts. In fact, Komodo is the coin I am most impressed with because they have realized some of their ideas and the team is still active. I think only such alts deserve to survive the storms of 2018. As for new projects now, I think it's totally shit and I'm quite worried about the ICO market of 2018. the coming years.
Almost all of the new projects are crap and as you said and im still stay with credit as my best choice. I have some amounts of komodo and the development looks very good. As long as the altcoin has a very good progress and it deserves to survive even in the bearish market. |

I think the best option would be to invest in Bitcoin and ether, because these are the first two and for me the most promising coins in crypto.
I agree, and i would consider the top 3 - 5 since they're volume are huge in the last 7 days and investing on those coin/token is worth and good for long term. And buying in cheap and waiting for the market to rise up is a wise decision. But some altcoins are really good for a swing trade. But isn't it too long for us waiting for those top coins to get the big pump as the pump can happen periodically with the medium coin like credits, chainlink and other. It's better to divided our money into the some coins that can bring more volatility for us. |

its been a year since you made this post and here you can find the answer. Market is not yet recovered and maybe it will end before the halving. For now our best hope is the upcoming halving ,hoping to eliminate all the negativity and bring back the healthy like we saw in 2017. This time is a few months before halving and there is no indicator that the market is starting to increase dude. I just think if the trend like what happened in 2017 will come next year or at the end if this year. Halving needs progress to give its effect to the bitcoin and whole of crypto market. As less miners will mine bitcoin. |

I think theres no more ico project and ieo projects are now invading the exchanges, but for me ieo and ico is almost the same, doenst mean if a project conducts ieo it will be successful, ive seen projects that made thier IEO but failed.
ICO and IEO are the same thing and the only thing that makes it different from one to each other caused by the exchange site that puts such ico to be launched on its platform and gets instant listing after that and so far there was a lot of failed IEO in the market that still exist until today. that's why to choose the old promising coin like credits is a better option. |

The halving will probably happen in early 2020. We better hold our coins until 2021 because the price of every coin might rise up because of the halving that happened in bitcoin. We better expect a bull run since the supply of the bitcoin will become half that will probably lead to the price of it to rise up even more.
Everyone is anxious about the halving but saying people should hold till 2021 should be personal decision. My rule is that when I make profit on any coin that I hold, I sell some to take profit and that strategy really works. Sometimes you hold with high hopes due to good news flying around and later regret, some guys see good profit but ignore to take profit which is not wise. Just take the profit as fast as we can caused by we don't know when the bearish trend will occur and it's always become the best decision to secure our profit and just hold them all in our wallet. just expecting a huge gains will not be the best decision as we are putting our position into the big risk. |
