1461  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why 6000% price growth in just 24 hour on AurumCoin (AU)? on: January 28, 2019, 05:28:31 AM
When I visit the CMC site today I saw that there is a coin name called AurumCoin (AU) has huge price growth and its almost the second expensive coin of the crypto next to bitcoin I think so Why this much growth on a shit coin?Anyone noticed this?

But it looks like not enough volume to trade that coin on any exchange? Huh
Someone is trying to manipulate people to buy the shit coin it's unbelievable for a shit coin to have such increase within 24hrs, it is also possible a pump and dump group pumped it to have such increase.
That doesn't require a huge amount to pump the shitcoin, you can see this thing usually happen in the shitty exchange site. But it looks impossible to the pump group tried that. It has been pumping personally.
Pump group will aim the big market.
1462  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cold Staking- Did it happen? on: January 28, 2019, 05:26:36 AM
I remember in late 2017, a few projects talking about enabling cold staking with PoS coins. Where you could store your balance on a paper wallets and generate a proof key to stake with, thus never exposing your private key to the internet. Did this come to fruition in any projects?
You can't and basically you must send your wallet to the staking address and there will be a locked period for your amount. I still don't even know do you able to take your priv key or not. ethereum has a plan to do that and the team has stated if someone wanna staking to the blockchain must lock their amount for 1 quarter.
1463  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think CREDITS (CS) is a very well organized SCAM? on: January 28, 2019, 05:24:49 AM
I knew it from the very first moment when I joined their Telegram group. But when I asked a few questions, I got banned from posting. I was soo shocked. Those were very basic questions that every one should have the right to ask about any project they are investing in.

So I started googling and found out this thread.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3186812.0

and some video as the upper thread talked about. I was like wth. My doubts were right.

CREDITS is nothing but a well-organized SCAM......... SCAM

- Just check their telegram members dropped from 76,000 to 56,000 More than 20,000 members were dropped. well those were not members those were FAKE BOTS

- Every time you ask them about the Mainnet or ask a question about the low trading on exchanges, they block you.

- They have around 20 members team of scammers marketing experts in their Telegram group. Every time someone tries to raise a serious issue, one of them pops in and ask questions about UPDATES or like MEETUPS or like GENERAL BLOCKCHAIN trend and the admins shift their focus to that.

- They don't have a solid product but and keep doing FAKE PROMISE and giving FAKE HOPES to people by putting out ver 1,,2,3,4,................ infinity unless you are all dead times versions of testnet.

- People stating fake stories like 'I bought 20 grand credits', I bought 6 thousand worth of CS blah blah, I want to HODL forever, I am HODLING my 60 k CS, I want to BUy blah blah, but then I messaged them like hey I want to sell my CS you want to buy, and guess what, they blocked me too.

OH MY GOD!

Circulating supply used to be 127 million before...now it is 153 million.

Check out this new thing. They are releasing the token supply.

TRUST ME, PEOPLE, that's gonna be the biggest SCAM in the history of the blockchain.

Anyways the above are what many people's thoughts about Credits. That's why I'd say Stay away from it.. What do you think?

im not a fan of CS blockchain but you must know that

1. They have stated in so many times if they will release the blockchain at this quarter, if you keep talk about time anytime and they consider that as a spam.

2. Not only CS but if you have joined in so many big platforms and they are all getting decrease on total members of their telegram group.
You can now try to take buddy as another example

3. That means the locked period for the team's token has already ended.

These what i got from watch credits tele group.
1464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it better to exchange your altcoins for dollars or btc? on: January 24, 2019, 11:38:15 PM
if now it depends if you want to secure dollar assets to be a good choice, but if you want to use assets owned to add select btc and use btc for that
What's the different between the stable crypto and bitcoin? it's on the volatility. I guess based on your opinion and you don't know what are you talking about dude. It's about how to avoid the volatility if you are wanna secure your money and keep the value become stable.
1465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans for this year on: January 24, 2019, 11:36:07 PM
for this year, there is no meaningful plan here, disappointment has filled my entire body, I am enough not to follow anything else, at least until my disappointment is over and there are new hopes that arise.
In this mood it is not necessary to operate out and buy cryptocurrency. She feels your attitude towards her, and can specifically do bad.
And what do you mean with it?So many newcomers in the crypto don't even know how to understand the fundamental of crypto market itself. he was complaining the bearish market. In the speculative market pump and dump is a usual thing and everybody should know about what will be their risk.
1466  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TokenPay Discussion on: January 24, 2019, 11:33:47 PM
Hi All,

I am a new member to this Altcoin Discussion forum and recently found out about it. I would like to start a thread to see what people think about tokenpay? If anyone is invested in it?

Recently there have been some great news from those guys being released and lot of people seem to be waiting on their DEX release called EFIN and few other projects that they have in the pipeline.

Thanks!!
This is a crap project. The team is a bunch of liars. Why you expect from this crap dex? They can't even create a fully working product. Refuse to pay bounty which make them all raised a lot for money.
Look at the price right now and how it's still promising? tenx is much better.
1467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is crypto politcs bad for the Blockchain industry? on: January 23, 2019, 11:06:00 PM
Considering how several Bitcoin forks have turned to politics by defending their own visions about the future of Bitcoin as a cryptocurrency, several events have unfolded within crypto land. One of those events is BCH's Hash War back in Nov 2018, which has caused a disaster across the whole crypto market due to loss of investor confidence. Due to crypto politics, there has been a clash between several factions looking to guide Bitcoin in their own way.

The Bitcoin SV project believes to follow the original Bitcoin whitepaper, while Bitcoin Cash believes to be the original Bitcoin itself. Both sides have been defending their views, with their respective leaders (such as Roger on the BCH side and Craig on the SV side).

As such, it makes me wonder whenever crypto politics is bad for the growth or reputation of the Blockchain industry? What are your thoughts? Smiley
The politician will only think about how to get the benefit and to dominate the market. Both of these politicians on bitcoin cash and SV even claim themselves to remove bitcoin and put their coin as the top of cryptocurrency that will be dominating the whole of crypto space. This such a bad example of how bad the politicians for crypto.
1468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth to invest in Ethereum or wait for Ethereum 2.0? I want to invest 5k on: January 23, 2019, 11:01:25 PM
I have 5k and i want to invest in Ethereum. But i read that Ethereum 2.0 will come soon.

Would you invest the 5k tomorrow in Ethereum or wait for Ethereum 2.0?
Ethererum 2.0 means the hybrid system has already implemented and what are you looking from this? buy while ethereum has already moved to the hybrid system means you must prepare a lot of your money consider less inflation due to the implementation of ice age protocol.
1469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain Taking Out Credit Agencies on: January 23, 2019, 10:59:49 PM
Looks like there's nothing blockchain can't do.

Surely, eliminating the middleman is good, and if people can access financial services without a credit agency, then we as consumers win.

https://cryptomenow.com/this-blockchain-startup-aims-to-eliminate-credit-bureaus-like-equifax-out-of-the-loan-process/
Blockchain means distributed ledger system and this has a lot of potential to be used in the various transaction and not only to access the financial service but it can be used to do a commodity transaction.
If the potential of blockchain will have digged and the say bye for middle man.
1470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why ICOs fail on: January 22, 2019, 10:56:58 PM
Many ICOs fail it is because too many doing PR rather than do the development, money for PR is not small amount of money, it's huge to advertise something in public, especially in internet. Yes ICOs need PR but remember the development too, many project after sale slowly growing because they lack of money for development, they only think where we should list this token...
Indeed, why should they spend time and effort to create a quality product, if you can spend money on advertising and other PR, and then get a lot of money
Product is important but at the same time marketing and PR is the main thing that will determine how success the product to be used by the users. Big marketing doesn't mean if they can create a lot of money instantly. what would be sold by them?
1471  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC should be for big whales on: January 22, 2019, 10:54:26 PM
That is right. Because I have also noticed on the exchange. they didn't implement kyc or a minimum trade but only for those bigger trade amount. Because they want to know more about the trader or the investor, I hope they did the same to the investors with only low amount trader.
Didn't you think if it's too risky? They can deposit unlimited amount but as unverified account and they can only withdraw 2 btc for each day. The whales should be included on the accredited investors.
This looks correct consider they are having unlimited money.
1472  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The best airdrop ever ! on: January 22, 2019, 10:51:31 PM
You didn't really read the op, did you ?

Oh trust me when I say I read the OP.  I have been a big fan of free airdrops for a long time and requested free airdrops on twitter.

So you understood that the topic isn't about airdrops really ?
It's about an exchange who fucked up and sent for $530,000 worth to 10 lucky users.
And that caused by an error in the system. This is not an airdrop. the team was leaving the system with the vulnerability and that sent the bitcoin and ethereum to the participants. Lol they can do that manually and that even better than used the crap system.
1473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why Bounty Hunters Hate KYC !!! on: January 17, 2019, 11:36:27 AM
What i know,  KYC means Know Your Customer ! Bounty hunters are there to Support ICO Project to spread the word about the project .. BUT as soon as the Project manager mention KYC then many  Hunter run away  ! Why? Is it  because  people  don't want review their identity  for security  reason  or people  are joining campaign  with bot software ..
With the possibility of your IDEA can be stolen by the scammer and then is it a good idea? A bunch of scam icos have asked KYC but the disappear after that. So, who will responsible for that problem?
This has already happened in so many times if you were including in the old bounty hunters.
1474  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Is Going On In Crypto World Now ? on: January 17, 2019, 11:34:07 AM
Last year everything about crypto  went  really  bad  But Crypto  Investor  never  give up  hoping  that things  are going to Change  this year !!
This year Two  Big Exchange Is in Big Crisis, Hit BTC And Cryptopia !! Is anybody  behind trying to manipulating the cryptocurrency  ? Exchanges platforms are shutting Down  and the Market always keeps dropping, isn't  it a sign  of  someone fighting to  Shut down  cryptocurrency  ?
Cryptopia can't be considered as a big exchange site and it's not even placed on top 20 CMC. A person with a lot of money an manipulate the price of any cryptocurrency in various exchange site.
It's getting shutdown due to the various reason.
1475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How important are TPS? on: January 17, 2019, 09:44:08 AM
If we're going for a decentralized blockchain platform - how important are TPS in your opinion?
It's not so important, TPS is needed to runs dapps platform but this platform must have a lot of demands. If that platform doesn't have a lot of demands and that will be useless. So far TPS will be working when the platforms have a lot of demands but it lacks of scalability.
1476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH Fork? on: January 16, 2019, 10:51:38 PM
What is the reason for the fork?

Anybody mind to shed some light?
The reason is to decrease the inflation and replace the old protocol with a new one that already used the new improvements to give a better scalability and stabilty. The hardfork will be related to the improvement of the existing protocol and improve it through use improvement proposal.
1477  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still prefer ETH? on: January 16, 2019, 10:50:02 PM
With the current ETH fork issue, what is your opinion on it?
I have no problem with it because it may better to detect the vulnerability code rather than know it after it has already implemented to the protocol. Is there a problem with this delay and tomorrow another exact date about when hardfork will be implemented to the network.
1478  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ethereum will rise again. on: January 16, 2019, 01:50:47 PM
you're right, ethereum prices will increase later. it's time because it's almost mid-year. so all cryptocurrency will increase including ethereum. even though xrp is currently ranked second, but ethereum will overtake it again. maybe eth prices will rise after hardfork later.
Actually its have been long months past the etherium are still in the dump price. And yes it's almost mid year now and ill think it is the time etherium will be going to increase the price. So we need to wait of the etherium and believe on it to reach again to $1000.
Even the hardfork gets another delay and that doesn't give a bad impact to the ethereum price because they are realized that the fact that ethereum will get its limited supply and then just curious about what will be happening after hardfork. I believe another bull waiting for ethereum soon.
1479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Attacker Returns $100K to Gate.io after Ethereum Classic 51% Attack on: January 15, 2019, 11:53:37 AM
What a virtuous hacker! He probably wanted just to prove that it is possible, and returned money to make the case even more exposed to media.
How it being possible while the total amount that already stolen caused by the double spend attack was more than 1.1 millions dollars. I guess they have an intention to tell something to the ETC developers. Ummm the chain still centralized at this moment.
1480  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Blockchain projects do we really need? on: January 15, 2019, 11:51:52 AM
Guys, I really hope to meet significant P2P or Blockchain projects. I am a big fan of BitTorrent and BTC, I really enjoy IPFS idea of Filecoin. But what about others? I heard many projects talking about their speed, scalability, anonymity, but do we really need them? No one project has so many nodes as BTC, so all other projects are subject to attack. PoS consensus is centralized.  dApp Radar shows a couple of thousands of users at all. And so on. I will be happy if you will convince me that I am wrong. Please give the list of your favorite projects, why they are so unique and do we really need them. Thank you.
If you are saying that POS is centralized and can you explain what's happening with ETC recently? Isn't getting centralized? Bitcoin is not centralized because the nodes is widely spreading around the world.
What about the tokenization platform?
