I think that you should not count on a positive decision on September 30. the recognition bitcoin-ETF will take "quite a long time" for the reason that the crypto-currencies themselves are very young. Example: the last asset that was approved by the SEC was copper, "that was on earth for 10,000 years."
It will become a bad news and i guess that will give a very bad trend to the bitcoin. The altcoin will get a huge impact caused by that. However you may still check the ratings and countercheck/verify it additionally to your own research before making an investment. This is still a good site for evaluating ICO projects and is referenced by many investors when researching new ICO projects. ICObech has had a long development time and I believe it will not go away if the ICO is still growing. Truthfully speaking I don't really believe in litecoin. For me it is a another fork of bitcoin in some case. It can not be next bitcoin from its nature. Of course it is one of the best coins, but not better than bitcoin
Litecoin is not a bitcoin and it's similar to the bitcoin fork coin, it has offered only the fast blockchain compared with the bitcoin and it has no other value. So the price is going down but the difficulty is going up. This has no sense. I have some scenarios but I'm not sure, can someone give a better explanation?
1. Difficulty grows because of ASICs
2. GPU miner move from mining Zcash & others (because the mining is not profitable anymore, so #1 again)
3. Something else above my knowledge.

my personal opinion is that a good ISO must have an initial version of the working product. Without a product, these are the air locks of the project organizers, nothing more. In 80% of cases, they do not even know how to implement their idea in technical terms and collect money simply for an idea.
As for me its not even necessary that an ICO has initially a working product because what matters most is the legitimacy of an ICO and its kind of product that people used an applied for their daily living that can make life at ease, because there are product that highly technical and futuristic but people hard to adapt because of the current situation and not massively applicable. That team is forgetting to create such a product that user friendly and easy to be used by everyone. AFAIK you can try to see that product of buddy project and a lot of people have been used it and there was no a lot of problems have discovered by the team. This is not a real reason I think. Ethereum has smart contracts and has a platform for new projects. Bitcoin does not have that. This is the biggest difference Ethereum has been building a new platform and it's really different with bitcoin. otherwise these people will try to sell their ethereum as fast as possible if there will be a lot of the people that hold bitcoin try to sell their stash to the market. I have been contemplating on what happens when a particular altcoin is listed on an exchange. I think that, the team that owns the altcoin allocates some of their tokens to the preferred exchange custody so that the exchange can create some sort of initial buy or sell orders. This is something I have been contemplating upon for quite some time now. I want to find out different opinions from the house. So what happens when an altcoin is listed on an exchange?
That's true, i remember QKC has offered a lot of QKC coin to the binance and additional payment in the fiat or major coin to be listed on there. In my opinion, coin prices are currently based on ETH prices, as current ETH prices are falling, and that is the common currency used to buy altcoin. No, basically the price of ethereum doesn't give a huge impact to the price of altcoin but it seems like there was a party that has been controlling the hype and you can see that how it has become a very bad thing.
