Nobody has said selling Bitcoins for cash is illegal. It might help if you stopped making stuff up and actually read the complaint.
A complaint, by definition, is made up stuff Even if true, nobody has still claimed selling Bitcoins for cash is illegal. Even in the "made up complaint" that was never stated. I've given up on the Bitcoin community's common sense long ago.

This question has been asked a thousand times before - getting fiat out of Gox is impossible, hence why the price is higher.
This. Also, arbitrage in Bitcoin is ("risk free" by definition) all but impossible at the moment unless you have millions in cash on more than one exchange. Any trade that has a delay cannot be risk free.

There have been fake coins around, especially on ebay.
Do you have examples of fake coins showing up on ebay? Keep in mind that selling them on a site like eBay wouldn't really require a detailed counterfeiting job (as the buyer can't analyze the coin over the web). Granted, the buyer could obviously just reverse the payment...

1 BTC for my place jk aha. Like that's gonna happen. I would sell for 0.15 BTC. So would I. EDIT: Actually, I'd sell for 0.12. Starting a bidding war would lower the sell price for both of us.

@Faince1985 If you're happy to take 20% less I can do that!
@yatsey87 Thanks for the advice, I can better most deals you are offered. I don't have enough rep here for people to trust me not paying upfront, I don't think there is any way around this?
I think you would get a lot more interest if you offer BTC at 20% less.

I`ve heard that if you link a credit card to your account on Coinbase, they`ll allow you to instantly buy 1 BTC per day. What I`m wondering, and what I hope someone can confirm is, if you keep a low balance in your bank account, they would then draw funds from the `backup` credit card, correct? From the customer`s perspective, wouldn`t this be ideal?
What I mean is, most of us with our dirty FIAT credit cards get rewards, such as 1% cash back. If we could `force` coinbase to utilize the credit card, would we not be essentially making exchanges for free (ie. nullifying the 1% coinbase exchange fee)? Anyone try this?
They mark it as cash advance. You won't get any rewards.

Its the banking Wire Pin and meaning you will have to load funds through us. But you can also withdraw from paypal directly into the card.
so its not your only option in loading the card. You can use other merchants to load it with.
This is the list of countries that allow withdrawl with paypal. [...]
That's not what a BIN is.

As the SmartQ Z Watch is running Android and a SDK software is available, it should be possible to make a Bitcoin widget or an Bitcoin app for the Z Watch.
I wonder if there is any interest in developing a simple BTC ticker for the Z1, im willing to donate one smart watch to anyone who can make this happen.
If you forward me the SDK I can give it a shot.
