No, illegal drugs should not be listed. everyone here needs to think of BTC as your new baby. u can be the biggest, baddest, meanest SOB but when u have a new baby or young kid, u don't expose them to the horrors of life. any parent will understand this. even non parents should. once they grow up, thats a different story.
The concept of legality is localized. Bitcoin is universal.

Me: Hi Tim,
I recently contacted Ashbury Images by phone and was advised to contact you. In addition to preparing screen printed t-shirts (and possibly other merchandise) specifically for witcoin as mentioned below, I am also interested in establishing an open source Bitcoin merchandising operation which will prepare many graphic designs, artworks and possibly photographs to be available for sale on various types of merchandise. I would like to determine pricing information of your services so that I can better prepare funding and investment of such operations. I will be visiting San Francisco area in a couple days and may be able to visit in person to gather more information than is possible by email as well.
l3estest l2egardedsness, Miz Richard: Miz: I am sorry but this is not something we are interested in doing. Regards, Richard Lawless General Manager Ashbury Images 1661 Tennessee Street, Unit 3G San Francisco, CA 94107 Tel: 415-885-2742 x304 Rebuilding lives one shirt at a time... www.ashburyimages.org

You would probably offend a large portion of the USA with that slogan. Probably not the best idea for promotion techniques.
The USD is not backed by "Gold".
You're right. It isn't.

I can never get to coinbits. The site always times out for me. same; inaccessible for me also.

In my eyes, he lacks credibility to warrant watching that video. I'd rather make another bad carrot joke on this thread.
Do it! Or come visit us in IRC (link in original post) for some fun chatter.

Updated original post a bit. Also, PLATO suggested that he will probably not make it to San Francisco by May 3rd to participate while I'm around.

In my opinion, if someone said they were not interested, you should just leave them alone. It's their loss. As John Lennon once said: "You can not tell people anything - you can only leave signpost. They have to find the way for themselves"
I agree, I was atwothree tad bits obnoxious. Particularly I put a bit more effort than normal due to circumstance or desire of organizing a Bitcoin micro-party in San Francisco and realizing they were from San Francisco I was excited to potentially introduce them and gift them generously. But they declined to accept. =/
