im looking att trex and i think someone tring to raise the price. Is this how u manupulate? Wont it be for coin to pump fast?

Someone is looking out for this coin, otherwise it wouldn't be on bittrex before viral, the dev just got his twitter account so you are probably looking at the next big coin. Got on bittrex without any hype, that says a lot really.

this is exactly how crave started
did this coin go through some early fud or something?  How was it so overlooked?
603  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit.com -- The Social Gambling Game (formerly moneypot.com) on: May 14, 2015, 05:48:35 AM
Moneypot is a good system can we still invest in the bankroll? Will new casinos on MP have tip bots and stuff?

Yup! It's an open bankroll, you can invest and divest at will. We provide the APIs to allow casinos to have tip bots on the chat server, but since we don't run the casinos it's not up to us

But I do hope there are some interesting chat bots running soon )

Ahh I see it now very simple to invest and divest. Moneypot will have a new casino or 2 soon. Maybe is good time to get in.

Coin has great features how or why is price low?
605  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit.com -- The Social Gambling Game (formerly moneypot.com) on: May 14, 2015, 04:37:05 AM
Adding those links to the top of the website is actually a good idea.
Agree! It's a nice touch. Sorry about the lack of updates on this sort of thing, been so busy with MoneyPot I've been neglecting some of the more basic design things. On the positive note, I did have the time to add some much-requested features to MP API (hash invalidation, partial satoshi wins, and a fully functioning tipping system!).

606  Economy / Gambling / Re: DaDice.com - Next Generation Social Gambling Dice Experience on: May 14, 2015, 03:58:18 AM
For anyone wondering what really happened, look no further than two pages back. Instead of fixing issues, DaDice thought it'd be fun to post offensive images and call the bug reports trolling, while having the audacity to slander a highly established site that has never lost anyones ever money. Even after what should be a humbling lesson, they continues to spread lies.  The affected users is presumedly lot more than just fauceters, and the 5 BTC story is pure fantasy to make them seem like the victors LOL.

To start the attack I used the leaking of private information that had already been brought to DaDice's attention. With this it became simple to compile a large list of all players email addresses, some of who I'd select to target. This was made easy, as all need to do is make a get request to select them.

The next part was the easy part. DaDice uses no csfr protection, and uses GET requests for all sensitive information. So all I had to do was create a website that issued withdrawals, and made divestments. This is as sample as using an image, or in my case just an iframe. I didn't have much time, so I just had the script loop through and do divestments and then make a withdrawal to one of a couple addresses.

After that, all I had to do was send the email to the players I targetted and dropped the link on irc to help me spread it.

Although the script made thousands of requests, most didn't go through due to the hot wallet instantly becoming empty. Most didn't go through because of hot wallet size, but I did manage a enough pocket change to make the hour worth while:

If your withdrawal history contains one of those, please contact support and I'm sure they'll give you a refund. If not, let me know here and I will.

The moral of the story, you should spend time fixing your site instead of criticizing others.

Wow, so this must be one of those "should have been more humble" scenarios.  Well you found a bug or 3 guess you get bounty?

Devs, the wallet shows 2 btc were gained from advertising, where is the public ledger showing the coins that were bought with this 2btc and then burned according to OP? Whatever you do with the 200+ btc from crowdfund/sell wall is your deal but this particular portion of this coin must be extremely transparent. Otherwise, it defeats the purpose of it. I only hold 5,000 but want to buy more when I see this process actually occur. By transparent, it needs to be screenshots/txids/public burn address etc.
Dev?

I would possibly be available to help with collecting ad rev, purchasing VIRAL and burning transparently if the dev is interest or in need.

Third party such as yourself would be even better but Rambo is right. This should be addressed asap before anything.

Given current buy support there was very little benefit to buying in early. My own fault though should have anticipated it. Devs may want to consider enlisting some traders to help support the coin early on. This isn't fud, but below crowdfund on day 1 isn't good for the life of the coin as those buying at 2-5k now are going to make support levels a pain.

It's been open for trading for one day. Hardly enough time to indicate where buy support is.  The "low" price is because of a wallet virus scammer that dumped ~55,000 coins at market price.  Definitely not an indication of real-world support.

Great point, not the day one thing because it should still have support but the hacker dump I forgot about. That's probably the cause then.

I am surprised it's so close voting between the freeloaders and 50/50's. Keep the votes coming the data could be valuable.

What if all coins are not sold before ICO ends , in that case that huge sell wall will act as a Obstacle.

Read OP

I suspect that some crowdfunders are going to dump some later on today but I suggest to you all to stay the course and sit on your stacks. A 25-30% gain is nothing. I will be laying in wait to snatch up the cheap coins and wait on the moon shot!

Soo you think the price will go below the PO or crowdfund....?

This is what all good coins do. Or to put it bluntly, it will be price spike, price dip, long time at dip until everyone's given up then epic price rise by whales as they slaughter everyone at the top. If the devs are good it will then crash again then people will weak hand out and then the whole process repeats. If dev team gives up at this stage then it dies. There's altcoin trading in a nutshell, you can tip me here: 1C7gnut9YTMA2heWChF7r8Q22pMVjuYPsE

For a very recent example of this see Archcoin, no i am not promoting it, but its a prime example of how this works. Just look at the 7 month charts on it.

Great site oldmate, please keep it updated and running it helps keep things organized when I want to try new casinos. Plus the reviews come in handy, you should consider adding a little forum.
616  Economy / Gambling / Re: Poll: Are faucets actually good for Casinos? on: May 10, 2015, 04:43:31 AM
I would strongly prefer deposit bonuses as the house. Faucets doesn't help you keep customers or create cash flow.

This.  Plus people that use faucets to gamble are much more unlikely to actually deposit money and play.

These are my thoughts as well. I wonder if all the faucet supporters would be so supportive if a faucet was just play money  vs. Bits of btc. Assuming they just want to try a site then they don't need actual money to do this.

My worry is faucets are creating a userbase of people just looking for hand outs vs. supporting the bitcoin casino economy and development.
617  Economy / Gambling / Re: Poll: Are faucets actually good for Casinos? on: May 09, 2015, 08:57:32 PM
Just like the poll says, if you want to explain your vote please do but leave out site endorsements.

Any options for 50 50 vote? perhaps you should add that. Good as in because people can test the site without having to deposit some amount. This only applied to a new site though there are many faucet lickers as well in a top dice sites.
Anyway the faucets amount are quite low, considering the trouble to get it into the minimum withdrawal needed for the sites, it will be not an option to say that it drains the casino.

P.S : Not everyone is lucky enough to win huge from just faucet
Added 50/50 for you. Regarding the drain I should clarify that I'm speaking in terms of server resources.
