I did something really stupid.  I backed up my wallet.dat yesterday (I thought but can't seem to locate) Today when my wallet wouldn't sync, I deleted everything and redownloaded the wallet.  Now, I can't recover my old wallet.dat with my coins.  If someone can help, I will pay .2 btc if I am able to recover my old Incog coin wallet.

PM me

Here I used this in my PC repair days, https://www.piriform.com/recuva it works quite well, keep an eye out for the wallet.dat and restore it

here's my address: 1NekEW8e6QHXcR1XNMUPNrzDneLsuXTR5e

Btcdrak don't expect these twisted idiots to read anything. They usually have a hidden agenda, or zero patience,  and/or mildly retarded. This forum will call scam on anything and are the most pessimistic group I've had the unfortunate pleasure of witnessing. The whales who invested did so for real reasons half the jack offs asking for proof of everything and crying scam have .3 btc at most their opinions mean about as much as nothing. Fucking X box scumbag generation is what they will be remembered as.

Buy Vericoin.
1144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [VIA] ★ Viacoin ★ ~ the future of digital currency ~ ★ on: July 19, 2014, 11:21:54 AM
Revelation, we realize you missed the IPO.

But its ok...you can still buy in. The current prices are ridiculously cheap considering where VIA is headed.

Or you can keep asking irrelevant questions and watch the investors get richer.
If you think that questions regarding:
1.dev's vested interest in the coin after caching out
2.innovation in the source code
are irrelevant, what kind of an investor are you? Myopic?
I am debating should I invest or not and these questions are very natural and important.

im not myopic but you're obviously illiterate. those questions have already been answered in this thread and the in the PRE-ANN.

learn to read.

pay me 0.1 btc and i'll hold your hand through all this.
There is no info on
1. dev's vested interest, apart from one post where he claims that he bought 10 VIA at 7001 sat, so should I assume that his vested interest is 10 VIA?
2. source code is a copy of bitcoin. ANN is stating the FUTURE and not the PRESENT. We can only inspect the present, currently existent source code.
Did you do this due diligence?

oho pain pain and painful fudster is everywahre.

He says it's not FUD just he wants "to know whether to invest or not." The next time I want to invest in something I'm going to slander it first and see if that makes it easier to make investment decisions. Sounds like a great investment strategy. (This is sarcasm)

Edit: asking questions and saying things are sloppy copy and paste are not usually the best way to get answers from anyone. If that's how you operate in real life then chances are you live in a third world country.
1145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ARCH] Architectcoin ICO on*Bittrex*Wallet just Released! Chat/Exchange! on: July 18, 2014, 06:15:44 PM
I do not know who would buy at 2800 and sell at a loss...before ICO ends? Ridicules

ARCH will go up

Someone dumped down to 1800. I will guess they simply dumped a lot to themselves, as otherwise... yeah, it is sort of ridiculous.

I'd like the devs to speak up about what will occur in the situation where they simply don't get enough funds to pay workers like they planned. Say if they get 10-15btc total, will they stick around, and just go with a different model? What is the min. they need to go with their worker model?

At 200-500K coins, the coin would normally be worth much more than ICO prices then. But that does require devs to still stick around... if the ico continues to bomb out, and devs vanish, even rare coins will flounder (i.e. XLC).

This coin got a bad start because of other coins and their issues? Think how stupid that is...anyway here's the answer to the questions you asked I pulled it off the op.
Makes sense if they don't get 80% they wouldn't be able to support it long term. Ty FUD for ruining a good coin...fuckers.

"Note regarding bounties/employment: Employees are required to post once in our thread claiming their desire for a certain position,
then PM our development team for further discussion to make sure we are a good fit. In your PM please be as descriptive as possible
regarding what you can offer and your time commitments in order to move the hiring process along faster. All positions are contingent upon
the ICO selling at least 80% of it's totality. Payment of Salaries will occur on Friday of every week for every new position. Bonus's will be paid on
top of salary for confirmed hype/marketing that proves extremely effective. We will have a spreadsheet of everyone's user names, their positions, their pay
rates and btc addresses to keep track of you all. Please give us a btc address that can be reused to cut down on clerical mistakes."
1146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ARCH] Architectcoin ICO on*Bittrex*Wallet just Released! Chat/Exchange! on: July 18, 2014, 06:12:35 AM
If everyone would like to see a live demo of the master key and it's alert service we can arrange this, you just need to keep the wallet open. It's a good way to get familiar in case we need to use it for reasons described in the OP Smiley

Let our team know so we can coordinate a time to broadcast on the network, if there is enough interest I'll try to wake up our main wallet dev, if not we can show it off tomorrow. Something we didn't mention that I suppose may be popular with some people, the master key can orphan blocks if our network ever forks and get it on the correct chain. People may not realize what we have here but our wallet with all these current features is just a base. We can and will add everything possible to the wallet, we are also looking into Prypto as a an option for Architectcoin (their services look amazing).

Edit: We have added an extra community manager position which may already be filled depending on the applicant's response. Due to no applicants for the trollbox and market guru positions we have removed them as well as they were also unpopular.

Thank you again for this article: http://www.btcfeed.net/coins/architectcoin-no-miner-dump/

I wouldn't mind seeing a demo of this sounds interesting!

Wallet is nice you guys delivered on your screenshots. Cheeers! I'll nab some more coins later.
1149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ARCH] Architectcoin ICO on*Bittrex*Wallet Chat/Exchange Rates bountys! on: July 17, 2014, 05:40:58 AM
ICO exchange volume = 1,5 BTC /day  Wink
available ICO volume = 100 BTC  Tongue
so to sell all ico volume we need 60 days.  Cheesy
if i buy now, i cannot sell before 60 days.  Grin
exchange volume must grow or investisors must wait 60 days before they can sell!  Grin

Yeah looks like arch devs took the heat and bagholder FUD from past shitcoins. It's too bad cause this looked like an easy 100% flip.
1150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] [VIA] ★ Viacoin ★ ~ the future of digital currency ~ ★ on: July 17, 2014, 02:24:30 AM
Be prepared for the FUD storm created by individuals who want it cheaper.

Read all about Bitcoin's issues with Counterparty and Mastercoin. BE informed of the tech involved. This is an evolution of the blockchain.
This is as important as anonymity.

No, this is way more important than anonymity. Because in this day and age, real anonymity is a huge red sign to authorities which are worried about terrorism and tax evasion. I think anonymity is overrated and a fad because for 99% of daily usage, it doesn't matter.

VIA however has no such concerns and allows blockchain adoption to reach an entirely new level. If the dev delivers (and I don't doubt he will) this will be absolutely huge; possibly even in ways which would astound all of us at this point.

+1000

It would appear btcdrak is finally able to do everything he wanted to do with bitcoin and was unable due to btcs limitations.  If you didn't buy into this ipo then this time you really missed the train; and no this is not meant to hype. The proof is in the coin/blockchain.

Guess I'll play the voice of reason role on this thread. Have you been in crypto longer than a day?? If yes you know there are hype/trolls. You also know there are whales don't be naive. The devs seem to be the most honest fucks I've seen in a long time. They didn't tip toe around the truth and for god sakes they are giving those types a reason to be a part of the coin.

Of course the market is controlled by whales, pump/dumps as well as hype/trolls. Nobody has disputed that fact. Again, it just seems weird to see a dev blatantly state he will pay people to do those things as jobs.

It may also minimize how effective hype will be, since it's stated right here in plain sight that they are paid hawkers. Not that anyone should believe hype anyway, but evidently some must believe it to a certain degree.

I'll buy more after I see this chat/exchange wallet is working. If the whole ico doesn't sell then my coins can be worth more. Bring on dis wallet today devs if possible.

Pay me to hype? Yes! Pay me to manipulate the market which I do already?? Sign me up!! Anyone who thinks this is a bad incentive is blind.

Darkcoin?  Yes that was a massive coordinated pump that became fueled by panic buys. It worked because Evan and crew dumped extremely slowly.

Auroracoin? Oh shit same thing, whales.

Uro...OMG whales again.

But wait what about vrc??? Great coin yes, whales ?? Yes, whales again. In fact if it's the same guy one of the biggest whales just posted in this thread. Oh gee wiz it's funny how when prices go up people think it's because of the coin, that is only partially true.

Truth is it's whales. Not your devs not your beloved coin whales. Feed the whales btc and you have happy people accept the truth.

Maybe ARCH could find an architectural project to align with?

I am not sure if this has been done in crypto.
1154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] [VIA] ★ Viacoin ★ ~ the future of digital currency ~ ★ on: July 16, 2014, 02:03:16 PM
The last few pages literally make me lose faith in crypto traders...

Never invest in anything unless you know exactly what it is. I swear its like 90% of the VIA investors dont read. The pre-sale is guaranteed for 7 days, and WILL close at a random time AFTER. That means, there is absolutely no obligation for the dev to close the IPO now, later, 12 hrs from now, or 1 week from now. This can go on until who knows...hence the word 'RANDOM'

Everyone here is so quick to throw out the word 'scam' because as we learn in crypto, if things dont go your way, its a scam. Yea we all want a higher share percentage, but things dont always work out the way we want.

Invest in the coin for the sole reason of it attempting to become the future of digital currency...a coin with the potential to break the alt barrier and sit alongside, if not over, Bitcoin.

Seriously guys, this should be a hard lesson to all complainers out there to know 100% what you're investing in.

edit: and again, if anyone is seriously considering bailing out without a loss, pm me and I will gladly buy your VIA @ IPO price.

I invested,  you are a huge hypocrite though regarding calling out scams. Considering the fact you invested in this and called scams on other ipos I invested in. Get your facts straight we all just invested in a non escrow ipo with over 600 btc. If you feel retarded now then this would be the correct feeling.

Bought some today, probably a good idea to release that wallet early it looks sweet and may help gain confidence.  Plus I want to test that chat out.

what if ICO fail ? any insurance for buyers? bittrex buying back ARCH ?

Bittrex said they will destroy any unsold coins. If devs don't release wallet then bittrex refunds everyone.  I think bill posted this a page or 2 back.

be smart.go to see what happened to ICB before throwing money to this shitcoin.

Attention icb bagholders, there in NO mining in this coin. If you can't see the difference in potential then remove your blinders.

We are officially live on Bittrex everyone!

https://bittrex.com/Market/?MarketName=BTC-ARCH

Almost missed this ty for the update. Do you still need a block explorer?? I know a few people who can do one. Oh and when will you announce people you are selecting for salary?
1159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ARCH]Architectcoin 100%PoS ICO on *Bittrex* In-Wallet Chat/Exchange Rates on: July 15, 2014, 10:22:45 PM
People look at ico's like they are any different than buying anything else off an exchange. You buy coins, then you hold/stake or sell coins. Either way I'm still giving my btc to someone and I can't stand most of you...I'd rather pay a coin dev and this one is paying for promotion on every level than some wanker dumping coins on me.
Edit: Oh great viacoin dev is up to $277,000 my shares just shrunk a lot.

When is this thing going live, it just keeps spinning on bittrex? Also where is bittrex they normally give some comments about hosting it.
1160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]ARCHITECTCOIN(ARCH)100%PoS ICO on *Bittrex* In-Wallet CHAT/EXCHANGE Rates!! on: July 15, 2014, 08:01:13 PM

I use bittrex but no exchange is going to do that. For one you're asking for more time exchange owners don't have in the first place. You mentioned a bunch of icos yet only the failed ones. Curecoin, noirshares, nxt, heavycoin and the latest from btcdrak looks promising. Oh and the viacoin ico funds are over 300 btw and no escrow. So If you don't get your investment back then you do on others. It would appear this icebergcoin was overpriced, and had a mining phase. Did investors think miners hold coins?Huh?

I only mentioned bittrex/polo ran ICOs on purpose. Of course others have done much better, NXT being a prime example. Perhaps I am in the minority, but I feel if an exchange decides to run an ICO, they hold some responsibility as far as how honest the devs are and how the funds are used. Exchanges do make money on these things too, after all, and if an exchange like bittrex evidently wants to run these things over and over, they could simply put an employee in charge of bookkeeping and payouts.

Polo now has guidelines such as these:

Poloniex must have the coins for the ICD upfront.
A plan for how the ICD funds will be used must be submitted.
Poloniex will hold all ICD funds. All withdrawals from the account holding the ICD funds must be approved by Poloniex staff, and must be consistent with the submitted plan. A public ledger will be kept of all withdrawals, including their destination and purpose. Do not expect to make massive withdrawals on the ICD funds account.
An ICD can only be made by an established member of the community.
Identity verification (preferably through a scan of a government issued ID) is required for all users wishing to create an ICD.

Two things stand out. Identification + Polo holds all funds and withdrawals must be approved by staff and consistent with the submitted plan. No massive withdrawals.

In the "real world" I used to own and operate a business, as a start up company I would never agree to a third party holding my funds hostage. Essentially as adults we have to police ourselves and not over spend. Do you think some busy exchange owners should hold your business funds like a parent to a child? I invested in viacoin and will invest in this, at least I know both devs have a shot at innovation.  Poloniex policies have cost them tons of money along with bad calls they made and other mistakes. There is a reason bittrex is becoming the number one alt exchange.
