1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People have a complete misunderstanding of Bitcoin. on: April 27, 2024, 09:42:51 PM
I know someone that will continue holding their Bitcoin even when the price is high, they will keep holding because they don't know when to sell or when to keep holding. Cryptocurrency need understanding of the market for one to keep making money from the market.
The market can be confusing sometimes but it is still better we keep holding rather than trying to sell when we supposed to hold.
In case we misunderstood the market, it is better for us to ask questions to get clarification.

It's no wonder that people know so little about investing in Bitcoin. In fact a lot of them don't know anything about investing in fiat currencies either.
They got some informatiom that investing in Bitcoin could be lucrative but to often they think that profit comes just from holding Bitcoin in wallet, they don't know anything about the market and how it's functioning. There is still a long way to go for people to understand how crypto is working, it's still to often mistaken by fiat currencies.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Please, I urge you to buy bitcoin! on: April 25, 2024, 05:41:40 PM
In many educated nations people are buying the Bitcoins. People living in villages or uneducated people still aren’t aware of the coin and its benefits. The smart and rich people are becoming more rich through the Bitcoins where the poor and the uneducated people aren’t aware of such an amazing asset. Due to the fixed supply of Bitcoins, all are buying the coins and pumping it. So yes this should not stop at all.

I agree, many people are still not aware of Bitcoin or crypto currencies in general. It's still something strange to them and many of them haven't even heard about it.
The solution is raising awareness, education and break the fear from unknown. Many people stil think that Bitcoin is something illegal or too risky to deal with.
When we add to this many frauds related to Bitcoin its not do strange that people are reluctant to invest but with joint efforts that can be changed.
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Gambling A Hobby? on: April 23, 2024, 05:42:47 PM
A hobby is an activity that you enjoy doing in your spare time.

Synonyms: pastime, relaxation, leisure pursuit, sideline

Source: https://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/hobby

Based on that definition I think gambling can be considered as a hobby though money is involved but as long as you are having fun and responsible on it it is all good.

No matter the true definition gambling is hobby as long as it has a form of fun in your spare time and sometthing that you enjoy regardless of final outcome.
At the moment when you relay on gambling as a only source of income or additional source of money it becomes much more serious, you put much more effort and time in it and it can't no longer be defined as a hobby.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the number of new investors reduce? on: April 23, 2024, 09:08:22 AM
The halving was a major event that attracted many new investors to bitcoins, some started investing seriously some months to the halving just so to make some profit from it.The halving was what attracted them, but now that the halving has come and gone, do you think that the number of new investors will reduce for the now until the next halving is close again?

There’s a huge chance that many investors lose some confidence on bitcoin once it starts to not reach their expectations post-halving. They just need to understand that the results of the post-halving event won’t really be until well after a few months.

For those who will stay invested however, it will be good for them. Many will try to sell their coins allowing more people to accumulate more bitcoin in the process.

I'm not so sure about that. It's hard to estimate the exact number od investors and people investing in Bitcoin come and go all the time but actually I think that only limited number of them stays involved all the time and have some serious knowledge about the market and all Bitcoin related processes.

6  Economy / Economics / Re: It's better to invest now than to regret it in a hospital bed. on: April 21, 2024, 05:38:42 PM
I'm absolutely supporting investing i crypto, but smart investing with some strategy otherwise you might regret bad investing and big losses.
Having set your goals and have your eyes on the market, be open for new oportunities but also careful for possible scam might be the good strategy to make your old days financialy more secure. Also, it's always good to have some exit strategy and back up plan.
7  Economy / Gambling / Re: How to self exclude from anonymous gambling sites on: April 20, 2024, 05:50:39 PM
if somebody wants to selfexclude from Fairlay, i could buy their old account from them (its anonymous anyways, only email and password, which can be changed).

WIN - WIN
It sounds funny but it is really the way to self-exclude yourself.
Of course it don`t help, if someone wants to continue gambling - there are lots of casinos, where anybody can register(possible with some restrictions) with the same games, but if someone decides to stop - it can motivate at least.

PS. I don`t recommend anybody to but or sell accounts, it is only your decision.

I find it the same way, self-exclude doesn't help at all, it's just a decoration of a casino but it still depend on the will of the gamblers. It's true, we can self exclude ourselves in a certain casino but since create an account is very easy, we can always try playing in other casinos. I think the solution of addiction is stopping gambling, not fooling around ourselves that would only result to bigger problems. However, I don't blame the casino for having that kind of feature, becasue it's better than nothing at all, although it's not really too helpful.

I agre, it's a nice feature but actually doesn't help to addicted gambler.
It's all in the head and strong will, in fact that someone is willing to admit a problem and not trying to foul yourself. That maybe might help to more selfi disciplined gamblers.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever Projected how to spend gambling profits while the game has not played yet? on: April 18, 2024, 12:07:22 PM
The worst ridiculous and ugliest moment I have ever encountered pertaining gambling is when a
As a matter of fact, he was nowhere to be found all through the weekend and could not even take his calls because he felt messed up of himself for the false promises.
While time passes by, you can imagine how he narrated the stories and felt remorseful of being a d!ck head as the game failed him as predicted.

I consider this as an unwise decision made by most gamblers. It's like building a house without any foundation. I've seen so many gamblers in my local area, pricing and making plans to purchase some new items hoping that their next game will come out well. Shouldn't we consider this a bit of addiction? I call it stupidity as winning in gambling isn't guaranteed and you don't know what might happen, you will end up losing more than you imagined. Your friend shouldn't be like that but rather wait for his winnings to be sure of first before planning out such weekend gatherings. Though I don't see any reason for him to be hiding as even you and others should know very well that winning in gambling isn't something that happens as expected.

You 're right, this might sound like building a house without foundation but actually many gamblers act irrationaly. They count on money they didn' t win yet and if they are really addicted they believe that next game will give them winnings they often already spent in advance. Because for such gambler failure is not an option.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: Financial Advice for a young millionaire on: April 17, 2024, 02:37:31 PM
Money corrupts people, we all know that. A great deal of money that gives you the feeling that you can have and do anything cooul be dangerous for anyone not just such a young person.
So my advice would be that he should be aware that all this money could easy disappear one Day and that he still needs education and think about his future. Also he shouldn't be focused only on himself and spend only for luxury and pleasures but also share a part of this money for some good purpose.
10  Economy / Gambling / Re: tell me the best online casino on: April 16, 2024, 07:28:10 AM
I couldn't name just one online casino as best because every gambler has its own preferences and priorities.
For me it's very important that casino has a licence so legal business and that it has good customer support that is always available in case some problem appears. Also, I like bonuses and easy withdrawals but for me security is first and that is why I choose reliable casinos with good reputation.
11  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Has your bank or credit card told you they will stop you buying crypto? on: April 15, 2024, 07:51:04 AM
According to my experience banks in EU usualy don't ban buying of crypto currencies including Bitcoin but most of them see such transactions as a potential risk and because of that you might not have a good credit score and bank could deny to you some of their services like loans or bigger limit on credit card.
I know that my banks tags crypto transactions as well those on gambling sites as a big risk and doesn't like such clients.
12  Economy / Gambling / Re: My betting strategies on: April 14, 2024, 10:21:51 PM
I think that in some moment every gambler thinks he has developed a strategy that helps him to get winnings or at least to minimize losses. That is usualy in good moments when bettings go well.
But actually at the end it turns put that it has nothing to do with strategy but just good luck and a bit of experience but rainy days need to come
Once you've get obsessed with big winnings and focused only on so called strategies gambling losses its charm and might become dangerous for you.
13  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why they need a license if bitcon is not money? on: April 14, 2024, 06:13:32 PM
even those licensed casino , all we need is trust because we are entrusting our details to them.

Definitely, but not every license casino can be trusted.

yeah , that is correct because those casinos even licensed are sometimes scamming players this is why I said entrusting each site is important but better to dig deep about which site are we engaging and depositing our money.
keep safer and look for much decent and responsible site than those scammers.

Well, I agree that licence is no guarantee that casino could be trusted. However, it's some kind of guarantee that is paft of system or regulator that has certain mechanisms to monitor its business and even protect players so that you know that you can report irregularities, scam or similar. So I always feel more secure and protected with licensed casino and at least I don't have the feeling that  I'm part of something illegal.
14  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Five best nuts that works for anti- aging on: April 12, 2024, 09:41:16 AM
There are far too many things that ee eat claimed to have antiaging properties, including nuts.
I don't know if that actually can be proven and how it's measured.
However, I think that all nuts are healthy and should be involved in our diet on daily basis but for some there are some restrictions because if you eat too much of them they could even harm you. I think that brasilian nuts are im that category
When it comes to aging, I belieive that the great deal is in our genetics.

This time I don't agree with you. The actual spam is your comment not mine. Had to warn zarzab it's a new address.

It's a new address because my Mycelium wallet generates a new one each time and it's just easier to copy that one then to look in the history to get the previous one although I could have done that
Also I know zazarb for years and we have history of cooperation for anyone that is concerned.

20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Referral bonuses are waste of time on: July 08, 2023, 04:36:14 PM
I have seen some people that have only one down as affiliate marketers and they are not making any attempt to make any improvement to that situation,  this could be the reason why some people see affiliates as a waste of time.
I think you're on point to that considering being an affiliate means you need to have good connections across most industries. What I mean on across industries is that anywhere you'll find a gambler, they might not be seen on their physique but we have lots of gamblers. These days to be an affiliate means you need to try all platforms where you will need those links, you'll never know who you might end up convincing.

Sometimes the referral stuff looks boring to people and tiring. The bonuses when it is small is usually a turn off for many and instead of using the affiliate link they could decide to jettison it. I don't really look at bonus at registration that will be given but the real package that the casino has. Going for the is better sometimes than looking at what comprise the bread.

I agree that it's important to look at the whole package that particular casino offers and choose the best options. Although, there is not much difference, it's just the nuances that differs.
Often referral stuff takes too much effort and too much time for very little result and that is just another feature to attract players but you can't count that you will benefit much from it. Gamblers who think that referral bonuses are something they can make money or are very wrong. You should just focus on playing.
