421  Other / Archival / Re: Bank Account Freezed on: July 30, 2020, 06:06:53 PM
How are you sure that bank or Cybercrime police had freeze your account due to bitcoin trading? Or are you guessing? If trading bitcoin isn't illegal in your country then the account shouldn't freeze. It would be possible the source of the fund who sent to you during peer to peer trading have a problem. Who knows if the buyer-seller is a criminal. Perhaps, there is some suspicious activity on your account noticed by cybercrime. If you are sure about your incoming funds to your account then you don't have to worry, just try to contact your bank by which department your account has been blocked then contact with them properly.

I don't think that the bank account is freezed because of Bitcoin trading. In most countries authorities need a very hard, solid reason to freeze account and in most cases a warant too. So I beleive that there is some suspicion.about illegal activities, money laundering and similar, not necessary of the owner of account. Anyway, people should check all the facts and background before they share information like this.
422  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do hackers steal huge amounts of bitcoins? on: July 30, 2020, 07:25:30 AM
What kind of question is that, why hackers steal Bitcoins? It would be like you ask why bank robbers rob the bank. They want.money, of course, and it's still easier and safer to hack Bitcoin wallets than rob the bank or similar.
Also we have to be honest and say that many Bitcoin services like exchanges and similar as well as private persons don't care enough for security so in many cases hackers actually have easy job.
423  Economy / Economics / Re: Cash Is Trash on: July 29, 2020, 09:10:31 PM
Although cash is slowly going to history we still can't without it. Cashless society is something we would like to achieve but still large number of people is still using it and it's not willing to give it up.
I wouldn't say that cash is trash, maybe is just a form that becomes oldfashioned in this high technologies era but I think despite that it will not disappear over night.
424  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the best welcome bonus for you? on: July 29, 2020, 08:26:23 PM
First of all, I will make sure the site is old and legit.

$50 welcome bonus is good for me. But there are some that gives 100% bonus of up to 1 btc. That is good enough as well, I can deposit 0.002 btc to receive 0.004 btc.

I wish if the bonus is given without any wagering requirement or any other conditions. I know this can be misused but i will still prefer gambling sites give us some free money initially to play at the sites.

If you need free money to play at sites, you can make use of the faucets which are available within the sites. If gambling sites start giving money only on signups and no wagering requirement, then people will make the accounts and withdraw the bonus money without even playing at the sites. This is the main reason why no gambling site take this risk.

Yes, but gambling site can make certain conditions for bonuses, like no bonuses given if you don't play or even to define the minimum games played or minimum amount gambled. That could be one of the solutions. Faucets will not help you very much to collect the funds for gambling.
425  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we going to see another PANIC on: July 29, 2020, 07:29:00 PM
Bitcoin has decreased significantly within last days. In some of the local group I am active, some people are trying to sell their Bitcoin, some are looking for what's happening and it seems to be little panic here.
If the price continue to decrease, I think it will create more panic which will bring capitulation, will not it?
Seeing/reading this right now makes me relly proud of myself. Why proud? Because I know that I make a right decision that I did not sold my bitcoin during it was low. Because I trust bitcoin enough that will increase its price again all I have to do is to wait and earn bitcoin as much as I can will it is low.

Important learning that you can pull out of your experience is that Bitcoin is the most profitable on long term and that you need to be patient
Even though the price is in upward now there is no guarantee that it will stay so however you always need to have in mind that Bitcoin price will always go up and down but you need to stick to your strategy and your goal. And panic selling in never a good decision.
426  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should there be any age limit of Gambling? on: July 29, 2020, 03:33:56 PM
Having in mind that gambling can cause addiction.and that is dealing with money of course that there should be age limit. Gambling is not suitable for children and teenagers at all and could have bas consequences on their development and phycholgy. Besides setting appropriate age limit it's very important that gambling sites have efficient mechanisms to check if gambling person is under age. From my point of view the lowest limit to access gambling should be 21.
427  Economy / Speculation / Re: What's happening with Bitcoin & altcoins? on: July 29, 2020, 12:46:13 PM
Currently Bitcoin price is on the rise. It's hard to tell if this will last but many expect that this upward trend might continue or at least keep at current level for a while.
Some altcoin investors sell the coins to invest in Bitcoin so the price of some altcoins is going into opposite direction compared to Bitcoin. All in all nothing unusual I would say and nothing that we haven't seen before.
428  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 900,000 illegal bitcoins. on: July 29, 2020, 10:18:06 AM
Somehow it's so hard to free Bitcoin from this scam and illegal stuff reputation. Although fiat money is involved in all kinds of criminal activities from money laundering to terrorism financing, everyone is always pointing to Bitcoin
Yes, Bitcoin has been used on dark web (now replaced with Monero) and in illegal activities mainly because of better anonimity compared to fiat. But Bitcoin is much more than that, criminal and illegal activities are not defining it and it has much more.good sides than bad sides.
429  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Vietnam bursts an illegal casino who used to handle bets worth $3 billions on: July 29, 2020, 07:42:00 AM
To my opinion Asia has very big and developed gambling industry. People who come there to gamble, like in Macau have great deal of money to play for. Big money is involved there and where is big money, there are big interests, especially from organized crime, it's no wonder. In places like that you should be very careful, otherwise you might get involved in not so very nice stuff.
430  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: JETWIN CASINO HAS OFFICIALLY REFUSED TO PAY ANY OF MY 25,000 DOLLARS IN WINNINGS on: July 28, 2020, 07:50:34 PM
How do i get a court order i dont know how to do any of this. I will definitely call the authorities and j have offered to give them the kyc documents they would need. Please someone tell me where to go from here.

Besides the address  provided above you should contact the server and domain registrar for any information you can extract, check the address in the Google map and see if that address really exist and it is a building or office or not a house of anybody that was being used by jetwin, you will have a tough luck but any action you will do don;t post all it here, they maybe tracking if you are going to pursue.

That is the first step to take but it will not be enough. I don't think that will do to.solve the matter. To my opinion he should notice the authorities to take some legal steps. That will be much more effective than to try to do something as individual. This is also the good lesson for the future, not to play on gambling sites that are not checked and trustworthy.
431  Economy / Economics / Re: Bank's loss crypto's gain? on: July 28, 2020, 05:51:39 PM
I think this is an important reason but it is not the only reason why people leave banks and go towards Crypto, there are sure to be many banks that have declared or will bankrupt, in addition to you mentioned there are banks that do not have sufficient balance and do not allow people to withdraw their balance as they want, Like the Bank of Lebanon.
There are other reasons, the most important of which are the centralization of banks and their complete control by governments and the ability to monitor or freeze the balance of any customer in these banks without sufficient reasons and so on.
Soon people will realize that this banking system is corrupt and they have to replace it with Crypto, but that needs more time because there are also problems in the Crypto System, the most important of which is the refusal of governments to deal with Crypto so far.

This is not completely true, at least not in countries of western democracy. Banks don't babkrupt over night and governments don't have the insight in.customers data without any reason and without regulatory body.
Yes, cryptocurrencies are alternative to banking.system however ww still can't rely fully on.crypto and ignore banking services. Everything has good and bad sides and so cryptocurrencies and banks also, there is no black and white situation.
432  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING SITE INVESTMENT on: July 28, 2020, 03:43:41 PM
Its a passive income, yes it might be small right now but its passive. OP doesnt need to learn about trading or gamble his money an hope to win.
He just invests, waits and makes a small passive income on the side.

Not a very interesting investment if you'll ask me, the return was too small, and considering the risk that we entrust our money to the casino, I think that risk is high enough for you to think twice before continuing to consider investing as a passive income.

Before, we thought that investing in a casino would bring easy money as they win most of the time, but what OP has showed is the evidence and the reality.

It's not very interesting and exciting investment, yes, that is true, however if you have some small amount you don't need and can just forget about it for a longer period of tine, why not, it's a kind of passive income. It's not big profit, but isn't the investment either and the risk is minimal.
433  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How much BTC would you need to buy to increase the price by 1 percent? on: July 28, 2020, 01:00:08 PM
Very interesting question but actually I don't know how to calculate this. I don't know if there is anyone that studies Bitcoin market so seriously that could make some relevant calculations. I guess that every fugure that appears here would be pure guessing although this might encourage someone to make relevant analysis. And it would be really interesting to see the final result so if market really reacted with price increase.
434  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's your favorite crypto for gambling? on: July 28, 2020, 11:57:53 AM
Cryptocurrency gambling sites provide lot many options for spending with its increased number of cryptocurrencies acceptance. Crypto gamblers prefer bitcoin for gambling even though there are lot many other cryptocurrencies that are faster than bitcoin in terms of transaction and fee. Ethereum is much preferred by me, because with ETH only I've spend big expecting big return.

ETH is very convenient because is fast, which is quite important when gambling. Most users use Bitcoin because they trust it the most and it's still the best and nost prefered cryptocurrencies. Although maybe isn't the most convenient crypto for gambling, players feel safe using it and you don't have to bother with many other, mostly useless, altcoins.
435  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is $10,000 on: July 28, 2020, 09:27:09 AM
And this is it, we are already at $11k, it looks like the bull run is really here as the FOMO is slowly forming from small to big FOMO.
We didn't expect this, what we expect is that a bull run during the halving or the post halving bull run which could happen next year, but here we are, it came early than expected and this tells how unpredictable really the market is.. Hey OP, it's 2 days and we are at $11,000 now, maybe 1 week from your post, we will be seeing a $15k price.  Grin... pardon me, this is how people think when they get into FOMO.

Don't rush so fast, this is still far away from bull run so don't make premature conclusions. Not so long time ago we had similar situation when looked like Bitcoin price is heading fast forward but then pulled back below 10000$.  Although situation in the market looks good now that doesn't mean it will stay so, so let's have a little patience.
436  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which website do you usually go to get your news and casino reviews? on: July 28, 2020, 07:36:56 AM
I am not a full-time gambler but when it comes to reviews for independent feedback and reviews the best source is Bitcointalk because the one sharing their feedbacks and experiences are the one who actually plays here, and if there are issues they are posted or reported here and the administrators of the project are quick to resolve the issues.

I see that many users here, including me, choose this forum as a source of information.
That is just the proof that a quality information about gambling could be found here and you can use this as relevant when checking some gambling site, experiences of other players and similar. I think that casinos should really care about what is written here.
437  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers are back with another trick. Be alert!!! on: July 28, 2020, 05:52:04 AM
New and more sophisticated scams appear all the time. People need to developme general awareness that they can become scam victims if they are not careful enough.
Don't trust different giveaways and that someone will give you something for nothing. Everything that sounds too good to be true, it isn't and there is no such thing as free lunch. Besides money you can also lose your personal and financial data and that can be even more dangerous.
438  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin touch $15K till end of 2020? on: July 27, 2020, 08:41:01 PM
Obviously we have another goal. Few days ago we were discussing if price can touch 10000$ now 15000$ is another limit.
It's possible that Bitcoin comes to 15000$ by the end of the year, with Bitcoin is everything possible. However, first we need to see if Bitcoin can break this 10000$  barrier for a longer period of time without bigger corrections and that  the price will continue to grow without pull back.
439  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports betting biggest winners. on: July 27, 2020, 03:56:57 PM
How would you do that guys? do you consistently bet on parlay with big odds?

I do bet but not often. I am not the kind of person that place a big bet on anything. I am afraid of losing but seeing people on the list with corresponding amount of winning is quite surprising for me. I can't believe that it is possible to earn that kind of amount through betting only. Maybe they win often than lose.

I.also don't bet big amounts, that is not for me. No matter how good odds might look I don't take big risks.
It's possible to make big money with betting, there are also some examples that I know but for that you need to play big and also lose big. It's not possible to win all the time and at the end the question is how ratio between won and lost actually looks like.
440  Economy / Speculation / Re: When we will see $12k Bitcoin once again? on: July 27, 2020, 07:35:22 AM
This is very funny. First we have topics all the time with theme when Bitcoin price will cross 10000$. Once this happens questions like when will price cross 12000$ or 15000$ begin.
First it's hard to tell if this will be growth for a longer period of time or another correction will come soon like it happened often this year. So, let's wait for a while before we start talking about higher price levels.
