You have any pics of the laptop? Is this an M18 model?
543  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: need your help to take over Spondoolie on: May 13, 2015, 06:33:41 PM
Depends how much resources and funds you got.
544  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: would you consider 0.08 Cent per kWh cheap nowadays ? on: May 13, 2015, 06:32:19 PM
Nope,  I can get half that price in several locations.

Are you sure you can get 0.04 Cent not 0.04 USD? OP is living in a paradise if 0.08 Cent per kWh is the actual price.

Good point, I can get $0.04/Kwh which is .04 USD

546  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Terraminers sold cheap, need someone to confirm delivery first on: May 12, 2015, 02:37:22 PM
$500 is way too high for a Cointerra Terraminer.

I leave my miners running, but I also have whole home surge suppression installed.

I would be interested.  Will these be compatible with the S4 also?

549  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Antminer Comparison S1,2,3,4,5 on: May 06, 2015, 07:42:38 PM
A cost of electricity must be used in there, cause even that S1 will ROI if it has free power.
550  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Can someone help a total noob? Can I make mining profitable in my circumstances? on: May 06, 2015, 04:24:26 AM
If power or heat is no concern, you could very cheaply max your U space with miners like the Cointerra's as very few people can run them and make money.  Since you have free power I would say start with these as they will probably take the smallest amount of capitol and also they are rackmount.
551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Is CPU/GPU mining actually still worth it? on: May 05, 2015, 08:33:46 PM

I would recommend GPU/CPU mining for someone to learn about mining, and see the ins and outs.  For profit not recommended on the major coins.
Uhmm, sir, that was not my question. You havent read my whole thread and just posted something, right? I dont care about making profit through that. And I dont plan to buy a mining rig to mine some coins, I just want to know which Algortithm/Altcoin I could mine that would be the best for me

In that case there is a website for that.  http://www.coinwarz.com/cryptocurrency

Plug in how much hashing power your rig does on the various algorithms and the website tells you what you make the most profit on given current market prices.

Good luck.
552  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ASIC and invoice on: May 05, 2015, 06:53:40 PM
Why not buy from someone and have the control boards removed?

Then you can ship the miners at a scrap value cause they are non operational.
Then have the controller shipped separately to a different address and name at a value of what its worth? $25-$35?

Not illegal and better then just lying on the paperwork about value, your just walking that thin grey line between the laws.

Either way best of luck.  Glad to see someone trying very hard to mine themselves.

Hello and Welcome.
555  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Is it to late to buy ANTMINER and start for a beginner ? on: April 30, 2015, 08:28:23 PM
Its never too late to start.

I started 8 months ago and doing well.  Do your research and make smart decisions.
556  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Any decent Bitcoin Miners Still out there? on: April 30, 2015, 08:25:46 PM
Spot rentals on nicehash  or westhash  can work if  your power cost too high.-----Sadly for most of us our power cost is too high.

As for a good miner to buy at this exact moment the answer is all are overpriced.

You can only buy a used  bitmaintech antminer s-3 miner if  you power cost is 5 cents or less a kwatt. plus you need a good psu on hand.

S-5
sp20
sp30
sp31
avalon 4.1 all cost too much

A used s-4 if your power is 5 cents   a kwatt is okay

My vote is underclocked S1's that you get for free or for a couple bucks a unit with low cost power.

559  Economy / Goods / Re: Premium quality handcrafted beef jerky on: April 27, 2015, 04:20:33 PM
A Review.

My beef jerky arrived, I sent BTC first, no escrow used and they came through.

The packaging: It very nice it is thick paper lined with foil.  As foil is a much better barrier to oxygen then plastic, I expect this to have a very long shelf life.  Once you open the package there is also a zip-loc on top making it resealable.

The beef:  This is not some store bought cheap jerky with stamped flat beef.  This jerky is nice strips of beef, some pieces had some slightly marbling which I do not mind.  All the cut pieces had some good thickness to them.  Very fresh and flavorful.

Original:  I nice medium flavor, taste is similar to a marinated steak with a slight soy sauce flavor. No spicy at all.

Double Black: Similar to the original but with a slight smoke flavor to it and less soy sauce flavor probably due to the smoking.

Original Heat: This taste is mostly the peppers on this one you do taste a slight taste of the beef but the peppers are over powering with taste, while I would consider the heat low to medium it does build as you keep eating.  It is modest enough though most people will not have problems with a few pieces.

Cracked Pepper: This has a good cracked black pepper taste, with the taste of the original in the background.  It has a low heat from the black pepper, but the taste is really good, this is some fresh black pepper.  Even though the black pepper taste is strong there is some flavor from the original following the pepper.

Lime Cracked Pepper: Decent amount lime flavor in this one, enough to give it a little tartness.  The black pepper flavored has been taken down a few notches on this one compared to the Cracked Pepper, although the marinade of the original is still adding to the taste.

Conclusion:  This is high quality beef jerky with very good tastes and much better then I can buy in an of my grocery stores.  I will be ordering more I could easily make a meal out of this.  As far as my top three for my personal tastes. I like; Double Black, Original and Cracked Pepper the most out of the five.

Thanks for reading,
MC
