281  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: February 19, 2024, 08:22:22 PM
To be honest it is getting humiliating for Bayern. At this point they are feeling like they have been a terrible team all along, whereas it's actually just a few games they have been bad. The point difference is 8 now and I am pretty sure that Leverkusen already got the title with this, we are ending February, there are very few games left, and I doubt Leverkusen would drop 8 points until the endo f the season so even if Bayern wins 100% all the games left, they may probably still not be crowned champions.

12 games left, needs 3 losses, 8 points loss at least, and Bayern will wait for Leverkusen to lose that, but I highly doubt Leverkusen would lose 8 points in 12 games. They are playing with 2.62 so far, and that would mean 30-31 more points. Bayern would need 3.1 points per game to catch that, which isn't possible.
282  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: February 19, 2024, 07:44:34 PM
The ending is predictable, like a one-man show: PSG triumphs again. Their superiority makes it seem like they're playing a friendly match with themselves. Football's thrill derives from uncertainty, from not knowing who would win until the last whistle. PSG lacks suspense, right? I get your point about the Saudi Pro League being more fascinating. At least there, competition is more lively and surprising.

The Champions League is clearly Enrique's focus. Ligue 1 seems like their training ground. Then there's the Mbappé departure drama. Im here for the soap opera. If he leaves, then? Will a major storyline twist or PSG's unstoppability occur? Enrique has his job cut out.
Honestly, they should take advantage of this as much as they can because next year they will not have Mbappe. I am sure that they can get a lot more players later on when the salary cap from Mbappe is wide open, which means that they could get someone great or a multiple great guys but still they would be closer. I think other teams may have  slight chance next year, depends on the players they will get of course, if they get amazing players then maybe it won't be really needed anymore.

I think it Is quite important for PSG to figure out what went wrong there too, because if Mbappe and the president had a deal, and then Mbappe decided to leave, they should see what was the problem and if they did anything wrong at all.
283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: February 19, 2024, 06:56:43 PM
I get that Milan could be inconsistent at times, but we are talking about a team that should be able to beat Monza at least. Sure they could lose to better teams and I would be fine, not saying just Juventus or Inter, but Atalanta or Lazio as well. However, they should be able to beat Monza, that is not a good team at all, just makes no sense to me.

I believe that we are going to end up with a world that has to be accepting that Milan just dropped the ball so to speak. They could have been second place and take over Juventus, and not like Juventus is doing alright neither, they are doing terrible so it would have been a smart way to approach it, and instead it ended up being not so great for Milan neither, a shame really.
284  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you stick to some Casinos or do you try out new ones? on: February 19, 2024, 06:18:07 PM
Sometimes I try new ones, but that doesn't mean that I do not stick with the same casino neither. Trying out new casinos is a must, considering they also have crazy promotions usually when they are starting out to attract customers, the early days are the best days to make money. I have seen a place give out so much affiliate income that, if you invite your friend, and they lose, you make almost all of it, and sometimes they win, so overall both of you end up in profit, if you ever want to share that with him of course.

Early days of a new casino usually becomes like some abuse system, which is fine if the yare aware of it, not like you are hacking their system, they are giving out so much, and this makes them a lot more fun to gamble when they offer such things.
285  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: February 19, 2024, 05:11:22 PM
Chelsea does have a "decent" defensive line, would say they are better than United to be fair, but they are inconsistent, I have seen them play defense so well that they prevented any attack even before they happen, and also they are good with passing as well, their contribution to offense is no joke.

However, they are not like that every game, some games the yare great and some games they are not that great at all. We should consider the possibility that they are not that great overall when you consider the bad games they had as well. I mean sure they played amazing against City, but they also didn't play well at all against much weaker teams, which shows you the inconsistency problem in general and that should matter.
286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: February 18, 2024, 08:16:32 PM
Making these grand changes on the team just because of a few bad games doesn't make sense to me. If Bayern won, they would be ahead now, they can still beat Lazio on the second leg, so that's not even important. Meaning they had just one bad game, the one against Leverkusen, if they won that then all would be fine.

This type of grand change decisions are never good for a team, they could very well sell those players but what happens afterwards? Maybe they would get even worse? Who can guarantee that the players they sold will bring in good enough money to get them even better players? What if the new players that comes to the team end up being terrible? Look at what happened with Mane, they wanted him so much, and couldn't wait to get rid of him at the end.
287  Economy / Economics / Re: Food security might not be a priority for younger generations. (2) on: February 18, 2024, 07:15:43 PM
These type of investments are not mutually exclusive. You could have a farmer who also invests into NFT's and cryptos as well. I believe that the farming and ranching world will keep going for a long time, without a doubt and we should see them make a lot of money in the future.

Maybe not as ineffective as it used to be and some higher technology system will be figured out eventually, we do not have enough lands and farmers today, so we need to figure out a way to make more crops with less land and less farmers, but eventually it will get better. These same people could also take their profit from it, and buy bitcoin as well, just because that looks more promising, doesn't mean that they have to do only bitcoin investment.
288  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy pressure on: February 18, 2024, 06:14:10 PM
50k is of course depending on the nation, because in my nation that would mean you would be rich, you could have 8 kids and still be able to look after them (well at that point money won't be your only issue lol). However, considering it as USA, and if we put that into my nations situation, I would say probably someone who makes around 10k a year. With three kids, and 10k a year, you do not live properly at all.

There are a few problems there, first of all if you are not ready for it then you should not have three kids, it is unfair to them as well, but as long as they have mother love and father love, even if they are raised in poverty, they will become good people who will help the world. Isn't that all we should want as parents? Sure we would also love to give all of them Mercedes and yachts and buildings. However, I would rather have a good person as my kid, then a rich one.
289  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Spot Crypto vs. Forex: Choosing Your Path to Prosperity on: February 18, 2024, 01:29:24 PM
I think you would get two different results at two different places when you ask this. If you ask it here, then bitcoin will be the answer because it is the bitcoin place, and if you ask it at some forex forum then they will say forex is the answer. Of course, that is not going to be easy to decide, and we are going to end up with some different results.

It should not be all that crazy to see people having trouble deciding, because they are both risky. But, there is no long term holding at Forex, and that is what I like to do with my earnings. Sure I trade, but my goal while trading is getting more bitcoin, and then I hold it, and make money from that too. Forex doesn't give that option so I keep it in bitcoin trading.
290  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: February 16, 2024, 06:39:02 PM
The fact that the games started is wonderful, only a bit of time left until we see how the league will restart. We have not seen too many big name changes so far, we did expected to see some big name transfers from the clubs but as far as I am aware, nothing like that happened.

This is why I honestly believe that the situation could be very well, not going to end up with anything that would be good at all. I know that it is going to cause a lot of trouble, but at the end of the day we are going to see it be similar, because there were no transfers. Why expect something different, when you have the exact same teams end up play exact same games? They should be doing the same again and again and I do not expect any difference at all.
291  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Forecasting the areas that will receive cash flow in 2024 on: February 16, 2024, 05:48:06 PM
A high amount of money will go into AI based coins and tokens as well. Not just have it in the name, not just something that would be "AI is in our roadmap", I mean something that people already built and want money for it. So, if you can use it and get good results then they could do it.

At the current moment, building something close to chatgpt and midjourney is not impossible, a very good developer (or better team of developers) could develop something close, not the same thing, but worthy enough for investment. What can they do in that case? Ask for more funding to develop further and have more data centres, that way they could promise for better results, but first they need to show something to people as well.
292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Trajectory Of Crypto Based Payment Systems Thus Far. on: February 16, 2024, 04:39:24 PM
This certainly has been something that has taken some time for sure. I mean we are going to need some sort of paypal-esque company that allows bitcoin payments AND bank payments together. That way, people who want to pay with crypto, could pay in crypto to people who want fiat, and people who want to pay fiat to a person who wants crypto could do that too. This of course is not easy, paypal has been around for two decades now, more than that even, so I think it would not be possible all that easily for many companies.

However, Coinbase could start at USA, which would mean that they would have 400+ million population all allowed to do exactly this, and when they grow more, they could get Europe, and when they grow more, they could do more. Not that this doesn't exist, it is just not that common at the current moment.
293  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading psychology and TA on: February 16, 2024, 03:14:32 PM
You need to have a solid psychology, an emotionally rock that doesn't flinch at any movements and can do what they need to do, but also remember all that you study from TA as well, and you should study TA because even though that may not be the answer at every turn, it is still by far the best way to make some money in the crypto trading world. These are not mutually exclusive things, but you need to be perfect on both of these. Mastering them can be achieved one by one as leaning them simultaneously not necessary as long as you just paper trade.

I have never seen someone make consistent money for years by trading daily without knowing TA, that doesn't exist and can't be done. This is why it is better to put some decent efforts on this always as much as we can. Would make it a lot more entertaining for all rather than getting a feeling like going back to school.
294  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading with bots on: February 15, 2024, 02:51:02 AM
There are way too many people who support certain bots, but also there are many of them who are resellers as well, so it is really not clear if they are saying it because they like it, or they are saying it because they got good results from it.

I personally used a few, I am not going to name all of them because then I would get hate and I do not want to get into arguments with all of them now, but I can tell you that there has been some that existed long before last cycle, like during 2017 as well, and they had bunch of errors and issues and they made people lose a lot of money as well. They might be better now, haven't used one in a long time, but I can tell you, 5 years ago, they all sucked and they were terrible.
295  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to manage gambling winnings on: February 15, 2024, 01:21:52 AM
The one common thing that everyone talks about is the fact that you should never share it with anyone. This isn't even just something you could tell to other people when it's regular trading or investment neither. Basically, it is clear that you should not tell that you have money to anyone ever, that's the most important part. I like to just keep on complaining that I have none and life is so expensive, sometimes it's true that I have none, sometimes I do have some money but yet I still complain.

Everyone thinks that I am very poor, and there are times when I was rich, I still made them believe that I am poor. That's the most important part. I get that we are going to have very close people, like parents or spouse, they can know about it.
296  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC or Love on Valentine's day. What's your pick? on: February 14, 2024, 04:33:53 PM
As a married person, this is not even a question for me. I would give up everything I ever owned, to spend one more day with my wife, she is the clear winner. Of course I work hard and provide for our family because I want to provide for her, and I want her to live the best life.

However, if I am not going to spend quality time with her on valentines day then why am I even working? What is the point of it? The best thing to do in this case would be just spend time with her, for OP's case just find love. You may take a week off, or you may not because there is no guarantee that you will find someone there. In a situation where you already have someone, it is easy choice, but when you don't have someone then you may not know the real answer.
297  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: February 14, 2024, 03:55:24 AM
Who hasn't had ups and downs? I think he's talented, and his commitment to Chelsea until 2031 indicates he's committed. I think that Pochettino's setup hasn't helped him flourish, especially in terms of finding a striker to finish his opportunities. I understand the frustration. I hope Enzo's best is yet to come with time and the correct changes. Chelsea's financial stability should allow these strategic changes, so don't rule them out

Barcelona's interest shows his potential, right? I think Chelsea can recover if they can handle their current issues, especially maximizing Enzo's potential. For now, patience and support are key
Obviously he signed a contract so he can't leave whenever he pleases, but if he is too upset, the new thing that the players do is they go to public (media usually) and say that they are unhappy and wish to leave.

This causes some trouble with the player and the team, and the team punishes him, not play him, even give him fine and not pay a weeks worth salary or something, but eventually the team has to realize that they can't force a player to play, so if the player goes public, then he will get offers and when Chelsea realizes they can't get something out of him, they will just end up cashing him out. He was paid a lot, way too much, and expectations from him is too high, more than what he could provide for the team.
This has been good if you ask me because teams could sell any player they want, or just not sign any player they want, so why can't the players have the same rights?

If Chelsea wanted to sell him today, there are really not many things that Enzo can do, well he has to agree to go to other team as well, but Chelsea would have shown the world his value, at that point he is the unwanted man in a team he is forced to stay, if you are getting paid 15 million a year, and Chelsea agrees to sell you to a team that offers 8 million a year to you, why should you leave 7 million a year on the table? Eden Hazard literally retired that way, by just collecting cash every month from Madrid without even playing there for many years.
298  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Changing initial option and losing the bet on: February 14, 2024, 03:21:24 AM
It is definitely a sad feeling and I agree that it doesn't really make it any better, it feels like you should almost always go with the first option, that would make things a lot better for you and the result will be more right than wrong. I get that people could lose bets, that's normal and you can't expect to win it always, but when you change your decision, 50%+ of the time you lose.

The first one into your mind must have a proper reason that you would make some money and that is why I think it should be the most important part. I get that it is going to be hard and you are going to end up with a result that will not be easy, but as long as you are dealing with a good bet, just don't change what you are betting on at all.
299  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the most underrated sport? on: February 14, 2024, 12:52:24 AM
I still think that F1 is not getting the attention it deserves. I get that it's wagered a bit, and I get that it is not too much "betting" when we are talking about stuff like Max winning almost all races and all that, but at the same time it is going to be fun to decide on other stuff, those still matter.

Like who would make a podium is usually unknown, we have seen Checo miss the podium so many times, and we have seen so many different cars, from Mercedes to Aston to McLaren to Ferrari, many cars made it to podium last season, and if you knew that, you would do fine. This is why I still think that there could be a lot more betting going on with that sprot and yet when I look at it there isn't really that much attention. Plus NFL as well, that doesn't get all too much attention in crypto world, it is a major sports in the USA.
300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your take on Social Media platforms on the Web 3? on: February 14, 2024, 12:19:02 AM
When people are outright against some stuff, I see that as stupidity. I am not saying the ones that currently exists needs to be the ones, but before facebook there were a dozen other famous stuff that didn't get as big as facebook, or before twitter, or even tiktok, there were hundreds and hundreds of places like tiktok, but none of them got as big as tiktok at all.

This is why it's quite important to remember that what we have in this part of the crypto world may not look all that amazing at the moment, but it also means that we are not going to end up with anything that would never happen, we could one day have a good one that is popular in the future as well. So, always keep that in mind when you are investing into something.
